Jarldom of Ashfall
Jarless: Myriane Ashgold
Path: Way of the Crow

Dynasty Bio: For as long as most can remember, the Territory called Ashfall has been under the control of the notoriously greedy and warlike Clan Helbrook, based out of the fabled Helbreach Keep. They were a strong folk that produced powerful warriors, buying the support and gold of others with brute strength and burning spirit. The Jarl before Myriane was known as "(the) Burning Axe of Helbreach", and was known all throughout the Kingdom for being a brutal, barely honourable man. When King Beron set off for some foolish journey, the Burning Axe of Helbreach offered no assistance, instead withdrawing into his territory and preparing for the next big battle. The battle never did come, however. For him.

House Ashgold is very new compared to the late Clan Helbrook, rising up during the period of time where there was no King to dispute its ascent into power. Originally containing only a single member, Myriane gets by using her new found influence among the other Houses in Ashfall, in addition to her surprisingly extensive resources. Having risen into power in the absence of a King, Myriane has not yet sworn her fealty to the King of Norsia.

Province Name/Number: Ashfall / 6
Fiefdom Bio: At the centre of Ashfall is the fabled Volcano, Helbreach and its great keep, known only as Helbreach Keep. Helbreach is located in a cluster of mountains and hills close to the coast, surrounded by wide tracts of fertile, relatively warm land. There is a large settlement known as Ashen Hearth bridging the Broken Fork, which marks the midsection of the Great Shard River leading from the central mountainous region to the easternmost coast. Another large settlement, called Direwolf Pass, is nestled between a pair of immense mountains to the west, where the main road passes through to the neighbouring Jarldom. Minor settlements are plentiful, especially in the area surrounding Helbreach.
House Ashgold
I should probably be mentioning that I'm joining this, and that I'm taking Territory 6 if it's still available.
Alright, I'll make another character then, this time to your new parameters~!

@Tatsua: Alright, I've given your bio a look-through and I have to say it honestly doesn't fit. Especially given that I have a character contracted to Apollo's sister and she has none of the same limitations or abilities listed there, and logically both siblings would not be too distant from one another in power. It's simply not how things are established to work in this setting on top of that.

If that's really the only problem, then it shouldn't be all that hard to get accepted. Keep in mind that I'm only working off what was mentioned in the OP, so it can't be helped that there might be a miss communication~

Given that you don't seem to see anything else wrong with the CS, once I patch up the inconsistencies, can I be accepted?

Oh, and you're wrong about Artemis and Apollo logically having similarities. They're very different kinds of deity, save for the sun and moon stuff. Also, meta limitations of oracular abilities are only half the problem, it makes sense for there to be some sort of IC protection against futurehaxing.
Things are a little hectic on my end, have another deadline coming up in a day and a half. My bad about this falling over, I just got a rather important deal the other day, so I've had to work more than I expected.

"Hm? You looking for something?"
Name: Cecelia Goldsmith
Age: 15
Personality: Cecilia could easily be described as a quiet, careless girl, one who's seen her fair share of lazy summer afternoons. She's curious by nature and easily excited, making her stand out among her peers whenever something interesting is going on. Some might call her lazy, but she just prefers to take things slowly, not rushing anything when she doesn't need to. Surprisingly selfless, mainly because she derives happiness from the happiness of others...
Clubs: N/A
Contract: Apollo, God of the Sun (and more).

Name: Apollo
Type: God
Personality: Apollo is a cheerful enigma with a taste for romance and flair. He appreciates most forms of music, and his most favoured trait is "foresight."
Powers:
Blessing of Sunlight-
A simple, all-around blessing from one greatly associated with the sun. With it, Cecilia finds herself empowered by the warmth of the Sun's embrace, granting her increased clarity of vision and making all of her powers stronger. Her eyes will never pain from staring at the sun for long, and in its grace, she may recover her stamina and wash away her weariness in mere moments.

For her alone, the sunlight cleanses the very deepest parts of her spirit, bringing her rest and protection for as long as she remains under its watchful gaze. The higher the sun in the sky, the stronger these effects become, and the more filled with sunlight she becomes. Conversely, the further the sun is from herself, the more her strength wanes, until it eventually reaches its lowest point at the stroke at midnight. Being away from the sun for too long makes her weak and drains her power, as the sunlight inside of her eventually fades as well...

Healing-
The ability to heal injuries by drawing upon her own life energies and sewing together the severed spirit of a target. While this means her healing is superior to most, and that she can heal virtually any injury or ailment save death, this also means that she risks herself whenever she hazards to heal with her own strength alone. Healing is a dangerous and draining art that she, as one who is human, should never have dared to attempt.

The presence of the Sun eases her burden and helps her potency, but the only time it can take the entirety of her burden is when her strength is at its peak, during the minute it is highest in the sky. At that time, she may heal to her hearts content, although not without limit. Additionally, when separated from the sun or when consumed with the dark of night, her healing becomes increasingly more costly and difficult to preform.

Arrow of Sunlight
Cecilia possesses the ability to control sunlight to some extent, bending it and focusing it with her own will. While rather draining on her strength, she is able to draw upon astounding amount of solar energy using her own spirit as a focus, gathering power from the sun and allowing her to focus it into a devastating arrow. Using the bow created from her mind and heart, she is able to fire these arrows at great speed and accuracy, delivering hot, almost laser-like shots from an exceptional distance. That is, if there's enough sun for it, and if she's in the proper location for such a feat of power. Much like her other abilities, her capability to preform this is based entirely on the cycle of the sun, and at the height of her power, the burden is greatly reduced.

Gift of Song
As a girl contracted with the God of Music, Cecilia's singing is a league above that of most mortals, with no practise or actual talent required. Her music can ease the sorrows and cleanse the hearts of others, so long as she contains enough sunlight. That said, this power isn't all that interesting, but Apollo claims that it's "The most important of her skills." She thinks that he should probably be more helpful, though...

Using the power of song, Cecilia technically has the ability to greatly amplify her power and allow it to effect many people at once. That said, she doesn't actually know about this ability, so she can hardly use it until it is unlocked.

Gift of Prophecy-
Cecilia's Gift of Prophecy is pretty lame, she doesn't quite understand it enough for her to be even able to see the future, let alone produce prophecies. Still, she does have a very sharp intuition, and tends to get unexplained hunches that lead her to good fortune. Apollo claims that her Gift will grow as she matures, but warns that it will leave her forever if she loses her maidenhood. Eventually, she'll be able to see clearly into what has yet to occur and perceive the very designs of the universe. Probably not anytime soon though, and never without a certain GM's approval...

Fusion: When Cecilia fuses with Apollo, she noticeable ages and her hair lengthens greatly. Her body seems to become a source of pure, warm sunlight, causing her to glow brightly and turning her eyes a beautiful, golden hue.

Glorious Sunlight-
The power that comes from having the Sun God himself within one's own body, Cecilia's body begins to radiate small amounts of sunlight, fuelling and strengthening all of her powers. For as long as they are fused, her wounds and weariness will continuously heal until they are no more, or until her Fusion ends. Using her abilities too much will deplete the sunlight within her own body and cause them to gradually become more costly, but simply basking in the sun passively for a time is enough to completely recover it. Additionally, even after her fusion has ended she remains with the warmth of the sun within her for a while, powering up any powers she intends to use.

Bow of Sunlight
Temporarily summon's Apollo's own Bow and lends Cecilia his divine archery skill, allowing her to launch her Sunlight Arrows with peerless accuracy, range and speed. Unfortunately, this takes up so much power that she is simply forced out of her Fusion state moments afterwards, while the Bow remains for but twenty seconds afterwards.

Radiance
By focusing sunlight from her body and through her eyes, Cecilia may emit a potent energy burst consisting of errant energy and sunlight. The wave of power is powerful enough to knock a sturdy man over or send a smaller human flying, depending mostly on the distance between her and the target. As Radiance is targeted with her eyes as a focus, only something she is able to focus on can be struck, and its effects are limited entirely to whatever she targets. This is also quite draining when used repeatedly...

Summon: As a God, Apollo doesn't manifest for just anything, and there are certain ancient limitations to what he can and can't do. In the brief time he is kept in this world, he appears like an attractive, blonde man in his twenties, wearing clothing reminiscent of ancient greek wardrobe. His bow is strapped to his back, but he rarely gets to use it, due to his particular limitations. When summoned, he may preform a single miracle, before he must leave the world for two days, leaving Cecilia to her own devices and unable to fuse for the duration of his absence. Miracles must either be a single Healing, a single Sunlight Arrow, ten minutes of Fusion, a single original composition, or a single vial of magical medicine.

Apollo possesses more than a few abilities of his own, but he is sworn to never use them for his Contractor's benefit. This list goes on, covering subjects ranging from releasing deadly plagues to seeing clearly into the future. As expected of a god.

I have no issue with people getting their NS reviewed.

I think he was more asking you, the GM, to actually look over and provide comments on his CS's content, concept and overall balance.
