I'm not entirely satisfied with this roleplay at the moment, and I hope that something in it perks my interest more than what has happened so far.

Also, think that Victor is already not doing all that well as a leader. The fact that Lupa did not simply walk into the main building in wolf form and attempt to kill Beatrix already shows a great deal of respect for him, so how does he respond to it? By challenging her, insulting her and questioning her honour. He knows her backstory, and he's apparently supposed to be intelligent, so he should at least show a rudimentary ability to understand and deal with Lupa's dated mindset.

Lupa, who had been quiet up until this point, seems to have grown tired of listening to the female vampire speak. She rises from her seat with an air of command about her, and when her voice comes out, it's tinged with a noticeable bit of irritation-

"It is out of respect for the human Victor's skills that I have not already torn your head from your body, Vampire. I have no liking for your kind, and I would shed no tears for the loss of your undeath. But for the sake of the Hunt, I have agreed to spare you and your brother. We are not here to like eachother. I am here to kill Vampires, you are here to kill Werewolves, and we are improving our fighting ability by working together. If it means killing you to maintain the strength of the pack, I will not hesitate. Do not tempt me."

With one last, quick glance in the direction of the other Vampire, Lupa redirects her gaze to the senior Regiment members-

"As for questions, I ask for confirmation about what we discussed before. I am joining you, but I bow to no man, not even of my own kind. I respect your leadership and strength, Victor, so I will not undermine your authority now that I have joined your pack. I will cooperate with and follow the man Carson, but if he proves his weakness of mind or becomes ensnared by some she-witch...I will not hesitate to take command."

With this final, ominous statement, Lupa settles back into her chair. She was completely calmed down now, and watching the humans in the hall carefully, as if measuring their reaction. Particularly, she was searching for fear in Carson's body language, probing for signs of weakness before she would inevitably be following him into battle.

Of course, I'm not silly enough to think that the first usage of the stat system in the thread would be done correctly~!

Regarding Power, I assumed that was relative to the POW stat, but I can specify it if necessary. Range will always be assumed to be contact unless specifically stated otherwise, in which case it will be one foot or a half-foot (assuming you mean "Effect Range" rather than "Activation Range".)

Where did I state that I could control other people's characters? I put those limitations into text specifically because I do not expect any of the player characters to fulfill those requirements. if they do, I will make a special exception and speak with that person regarding their vulnerability.

This is not a contradiction. The second point is saying that if she hums or plays a trombone to transmit her commands, she can only provide directions, rather than giving full orders.

Finally, her ability's effectiveness has nothing to do with the victim's ability to resist, or their willpower. It has to do with the structure of their mind, which is why only the simplistic minds of children or animals are usually affected. Even an extremely intelligent or wilful child would still be equally affected, because of how their brain works.

Runes:

Rune Listing

Vector: A simple rune which provides linear momentum to independent entities in close proximity to the rune. Think of it as a localized "Push" plate, ejecting objects or people in a specified direction at variable velocities.
Gravitate: A moderately complex rune that creates artificial gravity on a specified plane, usually a wall or ceiling.
Nega-Gravitate: A mirrored version of the Gravitate Rune, providing an inverse effect by removing the effects of gravity in a specified region.
Sleep: Creates a jolt of magical interference that causes affected body parts or electrical devices to "Fall asleep" for a time. If it effects a living being's brain, it may cause them to literally sleep, or perhaps only find themselves drowsy.
Intercept: Intercepts other magical phenomenon in contact or very close proximity with the Rune.

Yggdrasil Seed

Seith: Pied Piper

Gloria's Yggdrasil Seed has given her an ability relating to the Pied Piper. Using this power, she is able to heavily influence weak or simple minds, particularly to follow her or listen to her commands. This is ineffective against most, but animals and children are both vulnerable to its influence.

-Commands must be conveyed through some sort of music, produced directly by Gloria herself. (i.e Singing, humming or playing a flute.)
-Victims do not remember hearing or following Gloria's commands, with some exceptions.
-Range is limited to the distance in which Gloria can be heard.
-Can take effect even if only heard quietly, or from far away.
-Does not work through recordings or speakers.
-Does not require victims to understand the language being spoken.
-Can also affect adult humans, but only if their mind is in an especially vulnerable state, and they do not actively resist.
-When used through mediums besides spoken song, commands are limited to basic directions and "Follow me".
-Once ensnared, the only way to cancel the effect is to stop Gloria's singing*

*Commands given that extend past Gloria's "song" period will remain even after the song has stopped, until the commands are followed through or Gloria is no longer living.
