Plunder is a random thing, it'll probably take their weapon and a random skill (I'll actually randomize it if you'd like, or you can choose or something.)

God, I always have such a hard time posting once I've been left behind.
Her sister's candies are all stated to last an hour. Sure, if you happen to be unnaturally resistant to being drugged, it's a given that you'll be less effected.

There isn't an antidote, as they're more drugs than they are conventional poisons. A medical-nin with the know-how could probably go hard and reduce/nullify their effects, but this is the same with any other attack, so it's sort of a given.

The fact that it can be hidden in food doesn't change the fact that you're an idiot for eating any food given to you by a kunoichi. Why do you think everybody in Naruto eats at the Ramen guy's shop? He probably has a ninja seal of approval saying that all his food is legit.

EDIT: Their limitations are all stated, unless you want me to include things like "Can't be swallowed in a vacuum" and "Isn't capable of rapid teleportation."

C-Counterplay? You mean like, not eating strange candy given to you by an enemy Kunoichi?

The best way to judge equipment is to use "Kunai Rating", which bases their balance off the effective power of a kunai. In this case, if Kunai were a 5, her candies would be a 3 or a 2. That puts her safely below the Kunai Rating, meaning it's probably balanced.

EDIT: Oh, and as Reflection said, they were never really meant to be used on players.
So, is it fine for me to keep the other candies if I remove the focus one? Because that seems to be the only one you had a problem with...

I don't really think her special candy is anything like soldier pills, really. They're literally just drugs, and don't improve her capabilities at all (except for maybe helping her study, or preventing her from being distracted easily.)

Personality:
Mitsuru's a hard person to deal with, as she commonly acts as if she's completely disinterested in others. She's sarcastic, careless, greedy, lazy, and everything else you could possibly dislike from a person. However, she can also be a surprising anchor for those around her, with her relaxed nature and ability to stare pressure in the face like it's baked goods. She's an introvert, although she has no problems talking when the situation calls for it. Even if she doesn't like it.

Dislikes being criticized, even though she tends to be rather critical of others. While she may sometimes act tomboyish, she hates being called a tomboy, probably because of her sister's constant teasing. Also, she inherently doesn't trust food given to her by strangers, because of the countless poisoning "accidents" at the hand of one of her sisters.


History:
Mitsuru has always been overshadowed by her older sisters, and with good reason. Seemingly out of nowhere, the three of them quickly grew to become some of the greatest kunoichi in the village, and were hailed as geniuses in their respective fields. They were the pride of the Yamada Clan, and eventually ended up earning the title of the "Three Yamada Sisters". However, there was a fourth sister, born to the second wife of the clan's head, several years apart from the others. That sister was Mitsuru.

Ever since she was young, Mitsuru has been treated poorly by those around her. When she was at home, her family insulted and degraded her, saying that she had inherited nothing but dirty, commoner blood, and that she was hardly worthy of possessing the clan's secrets. They taught her grudgingly though, as if holding some small hope that she would have the potential to become anything.

They were disappointed. Mitsuru was never particularly successful in the academy, outside of certain traditional exercises. Those few shinobi close to her outside of her family saw that she had talent, but she was clearly wasting every ounce of it. She lacked drive, the motivation to actively engage in training and the desire to succeed at anything in particular. The only time she could work properly was under the spiteful gaze of her sisters, whose mere presence inspired her to become stronger, so that she might have a chance to shove it in their faces.

She graduated the academy with mediocre marks. Throughout her academy life, she hadn't done anything particularly outstanding, besides a few fights here and there. Her teacher didn't like her, not so much because of her personality as it was due to her utter and complete lack of effort. In the end, the only skills she had worth using were hardly impressive ones. Sure, she was good at the basic techniques of a ninja, such as methods of stealth and deception, but she only ever used them to swindle money from the store owner down the street.

Another disappointment. What a waste.

Now, she's set to begin training for a position in the Granite Guard. Ordinarily, she would never have been recommended for such a position. However, her eldest sister put in a "good word" for her, and she was sent away out of their hair and into the hands of another teacher. Convenient for them, as they seem to have been growing increasingly busy as of late...


Clan: The Yamada Clan, which was once rather unextraordinary, but has risen into relative fame lately as a result of the renowned Three Yamada Sisters, who were exceptionally accomplished Kunoichi. Mitsuru is the fourth of these sisters, born to the Clan Head's new wife after his old wife passed away several years earlier. This makes Mitsuru the youngest in the household, although she is hardly treated nicely just because of that fact. In fact, nobody even acknowledges her as one of the Sisters, because of how much of a failure she is.

Dreams and aspirations: The end goal of Mitsuru's life is to surpass her sisters, although she has done well to avoid expressing this. She wants to get back at the world for the way they've treated her, but has yet to find the drive to achieve her aspirations.

General strengths: Having been trained by both her father and her older sisters, Mitsuru has quite a bit more knowledge about being a kunoichi than most others her age. With the more traditional of shinobi techniques such as stealth, reconnaissance and information gathering, she's quite skillful. Much like her eldest sister, she has an equal affinity to all types of combat, and thus can evolve into any kind of kunoichi she favours. She's good at keeping a cool head during tense or pressuring situations, making her surprisingly reliable when things get tough. Oh, and she's got a good eye for pretty much everything that doesn't require empathy. She's pretty bad at that.

General weaknesses: Her lack of motivation has made her a poor fighter overall, and she doesn't really like to confront her foes directly. She doesn't enjoy fighting alongside others, and her tendency to antagonize her allies makes her a horrible teammate in a group battle. Additionally, her poor social skills make her unable to detect subtle nuances in the emotions of those around her, meaning she may not notice brewing conflict until it happens.
