Yes my name is shit, please don't refer to me by it. Just call me Alpha.

I'm mail and my thing is science fiction. If it involves space travel, I've probably looked into it, since that's my big shebang although I am rather fond of cyberpunk and near-future as well. I'm also big on Atompunk, which is essentially taking the nuclear-obsession and Cold War hysteria of the United States from about 1946-1968. Best example of that is the Fallout games (Which, yes, is one of my favorite series of video games).

I'll do other kinds of roleplay but I really like Nation Roleplay, and typically the sci-fi ones since it's fun making new races, tech, etc. As a result I do like me certain empire-building RTS's and 4X games, like Civilization, Rise of Nations, O.R.B., (And maybe Sins of a Solar Empire if I had a better computer ;-;).

Appearance: (photo or details description): Morris retains the brownish, rotted skin that most ghouls have. He has a little bit of hair on his head, but not much else. He typically dons casual clothing, but if needed will wear leather, metal or any other armor given to him. He usually wears a large-brimmed hat and will tip it over his face, in a, rather vain, attempt to shield his face from those who discriminate. His voice is low and raspy like most.

Biography: (include personality, fall's, details about upbringing where were they when the Mojave fell reasons for wanting to join this mission etc Please make it detailed) Morris was originally supposed to go into a Vault with the rest of his family. While they did, the particular Vault suffered a severe infestation of radroaches and most were forced out. Most weren't able to withstand the severe doses of radiation around the vault, but, somehow, Morris survived--not in the way he wanted--but he survived. He scurried across the wastes, some were friendly to him and some were not. He often had to pick up temporary jobs, but the encumbrance of ghoul bigotry that surrounded him often forced him out of towns. Those that did know him well found him pleasant. He has a carefree attitude, but often addresses others with snark. He would either be good friends with you or turn you into a mortal enemy, and smiled through it all. Despite this, he does react negatively to those who insult him for being a ghoul, maybe pulling out a gun once or twice when it got intense, but he usually walks it off. Despite his carefree attitude, he can also be temperamental and aggressive, but may also take things less serious than they should. His attitude kicked him out of bars all the way from the Midwestern Wasteland to the Mojave. He had come preceding right after the second Battle of the Hoover Dam, and was staying at the Atomic Wrangler, being indentured to work there for a small room. But has attempted mercenary work as well; he's said to be a crack shot with a revolver and has good skills with hand-to-hand combat as well, which he's used to defend himself on a number of occasions.

As most ghouls go, he can eat, drink, and walk on whatever he wants, no matter how irradiated it is, with little effect. He can be slightly, just slightly healed by radiation, but only by a trivial amount and with heavy doses of it (around 35+ rads/sec)

Due to inactivity, Sazkarjhia is withholding on sending any such diplomat. Due to their limited involvement in any sort of contact they believe that they do not need to throw themselves into the fray. However, To help other Pact diplomats small security forces will be dispatched to serve as escorts.

Damwar Suar'kum was born March 1955 C.C. to Baralys Suar'kum and Grand Vessel Kargalo Suar'kum. He was raised in the Karboria Governmental District of Sazkar Major. At the age of 25, his father appointed him as his heir apparent. He left, and studied Theology and Religious Theory at the Gamaria Central University in the Gamaria Residential and Business District from the time he was 30 for 12 years. At the age of 203, Vessel Kargalo Suar'kum passed away of natural causes, causing Damwar to take power at the age of 50. During this time, Sazkar prospered. During his reign, military development increased by nearly 600%, the colony of Trimubelo III was founded, and the Sazkarjhit sphere of influence swelled dramatically. Nations and races were beginning to connect. This type of conquest had not occurred for centuries, through several Grand Vessels, and it was clear as to why that was: That much imperialism lets power get to one's head at an alarming rate. Vessel Suar'kum's campaigns became more aggressive, and less forgiving than the last. He instilled his dogma into conquered peoples; forcing them to convert to Zarwaunism, or face a brutal and fiery demise. He had exercised complete intersystem dominion, and as a result he began to develop into a tyrant.

When the Zonanese were discovered, Damwar saw this as a new way to expand further, and take over a new entire empire, and he launched an offensive against them in a string of battles that would be later known as the Crusading Period. The Zonanese planet of Domu was bombarded by naval forces, but managed to be repelled by races banding together to assist the troubled Haches. They had eventually reached Sazkar, and all fell into discord after that. Something inside of the Vessel's head snapped, and he suddenly became crazed and extremely paranoid. On June 8th, 2148 C.C., he was put to death in a ceremonial execution atop Mount Karbor. It seemed at first that all was lost, and then Fakeem took the reigns.

Fakeem Suar'kum was born on April, 2120 C.C., and at the young age of 18, was appointed as heir apparent. When his father died, Fakeem officially became not only the youngest of the Kumari clan to become Vessel, but the youngest Sazkarjhit in history. However, he led the reformation of Sazkarjhia, and managed to rebuild the bridges that his father torched. Years later, Fakeem began to seek diplomatic connections with other races that had once warred with the Sazkarjhit. In 2165 (aprox.), Sazkarjhia became a member nation of the Equiis Pact for economical and diplomatic reasons.

Message to Triarian Collective
By Pact code, we are obligated to provide support. We wish to not experience heavy losses. However, any attack the Equestrians carry out we are to provide support for, for the betterment of Sazkarjhia. We understand your reluctance to fight with us. We've seen that you are powerful shipmasters, maybe even better than our own. We would wish to remain neutral, but under the terms dictating that all Equiis Pact members are to support one another, despite the Equestrians' lack of rationale. We will try to remain as spectators of any sort of altercation. However, if our allied fleets call upon us for help, we have no other option than to comply.

In response to rising hostilities and accusations towards Pact members, Sazkarjhia Assault Fleet 056 has been deployed to the scene of action to provide support. The fleet contains several Pulsar-Class destroyers, as well as Samani-Class corvettes among other ship types.

Equiis Pact Response
We are willing to comply to these terms. Although we must warn that Commander Lano'dum has a tendency to act on his own terms, something we use the best of our abilities to contain.
Equiis Pact
After some time of consideration, we, the Grand Parliament of Sazkarjhia, and the Grand Vessel to Zarwaun have agreed to your terms, and are willing to form the Equiis Pact. However, we ask that the following rules and stipulations are adhered to:;

I. We will not have our own kind use magic, nor will we tolerate it being influenced onto others on our soil. We believe that magic and divine powers are only reserved to the gods. Any Sazkarjhian who is seen using magic will be convicted of heresy and heavenly defiance, and will be sentenced to death by firing squad.

II. Physical augmentation is only reserved for the Commandos belonging to the Sazkarjhian Defense Firm. They already use genetic augmentation for increased strength and mental capability.

III. If anyone that is part of the pact has any sort of affiliation with Sazkarjhian Pirates, we ask that we are given the right to take them into our custody for questioning. We severely condemn pirate activity and even Sazkarjhit who are convicted interacting with the pirates will be sentenced to death by firing squad.

IV. We will allow the Equiis Pact Military to use the abilities of the Order of the Grand Vessel's Sword. However, due to their use as Sazkarjhia, Trimubelo III and Markada Minor's police forces, we will only allow about one third to one half of the OGVS to be part of the military.

V. Pact members are not allowed to access the Daramaska Industrial Region due to its largely uninhabitable state and because of Sazkarjhit military projects being conducted there. They will have limited access to the Bellaran Agricultural Region due to many there still being indifferent or hostile to other groups, and to, as was agreed, protect the cultural identity of certain groups, such as the Moguhls. The Karboria Government District will only be accessed by higher leadership bodies in the pact, due to worry that an anti-Sazkarjhit assailant may attempt to attack a government official. However, the Gamaria Residential and Commercial Region is open for those to visit or lodge, (Where we can provide electrolysis and rebreathers for those that need oxygen to breath, as well as special capsules that can temporarily change body chemistry, and allow those who breathe other atmosphere to be able to breathe in the chlorine that makes up most of our own). The Borsarsa Mercantile Region has already been opened to Equestrian Empire members, and thus those who wish to trade are free to come there.

VI. We do not require, but we wish to have a small number of groups within the Pact to help provide military support if necessary. We will be able to train them like our own units.

Besides these requests, we have agreed to join the Equiis Pact
Colonial Rebellion Response

Seeing the increased amount of military activity near one of the Hach colonies, orders have been given to send two fleets to investigate. Sazkarjhia Assault Fleet 009 and 051 broke off from Hub Fleet 3, the closest to Hach space, and entered warp. Orders are to be wary and to try and not mingle in affairs if some kind of attack is being staged.
