The Elder stood and look at Otto. "That was very brave Otto. Thank you." He looked at his cane and it flew to his hand. He then walked up to Otto "Follow me. Please. I want you to see something." He started walking to a dumpster

Franklin looked at Adelisa. "See to Otto and then I want the two of you to find Theodora and then go to Mira and tell her that I want them and Blackmoores to meet in the library court." He then looked back at Romulus

"Is that so Romulus." The elders voice firm and fierce. He stepped between Otto and him. He looked over his shoulder and Otto. "Threatening a Young Vampire specially one as brave as Otto is not a good thing. And everyone has their feeding habits and I can't judge it. But your feeding habits I can. But I will be generous this night with a slight slap on the hand. After all we are only Vampires " he had his hands behind his back and a hammer was in them. "But. Should you threaten Otto again. Well. I may just have to hit my gavel."

walked over to the window and peered out to see what the young one was talking about and he saw the outline of the figure and he scoffed and walked over to the couch, "Now i know my children comment was a bit, harsh, but we are all after all children of the night, any ways, where is mira, i was suppose to speak with her about the weekly blood count and the weekly exposures, and also your shipment of cloned blood has arrived, this was a special order from Italy, i prefer real blood over cloned though but who am i to judge." he chuckled, "Also, i have a charter that needs handling, which i was hoping to actually have Praetor handle it, because it is of dire importance."

the doors to the main hall opened and he looked at Theodora, Adelisa and Otto, in his mind all he could see were children needing much to learn, the other scribes wearing black suits with a necklace around their neck, each representing their ability, one wearing a necklace with a hourglass in the pupil of a eye representing foresight, the other a hand print surrounded by fire representing fire control, the elders had a brain with wavelengths coming off it representing telekinesis, he looked at the three and smiled "Good evening children. Where is Mira?"

one of the other scribes had a couple crates with the blood banks mark on it. the other with a scroll and quill ready to take notes

Franklin smiled and shook his head. "No Alistair. Thank you " he turned with the other court members and left. Headed now for the Kingston estate. He was in a limo when they pulled up. The horn honked at the gate to signal them to open it. Then. Once opened the limo pulled up to the door and he and the other court council entered. HHhe young scribe announced that the Elder had arrived

He walked in his suit fine and himself leaning agianst a nice gothic like cane as he looked around for the one he was suppose to talk to.

One of the new scribes hurried over to Mira, he was part of the Kingstons after all, but he still worked for the Blood scribes, he slipped when he got to the room where mira stood, when he stood he tried to catch his breath, "I...come with a messege and notification from the Elder Scribe, he will be on his way to collect the weekly blood reports and exposures and to notify you of this weeks blood order shipments for the kingston clan." he bowed and waited for a responce before he turned to leave, he had a bag of scrolls, most likely orders and notes from other scribes seeing how he was a rookie

Night fall, a time that all Vampires enjoy. Franklin and a couple of the other members of the court walked into the Blackmoore mansion from the Library tunnels. His cane clicking against the ground as he walked. Wearing a blood red formal suit and a maroon tie he looked fairly handsome for 1000 years. They made their way to see the head of the Blackmoores, and once arriving he stopped giving enough space between them and Alistair.

"Good evening my lord." He said with a bow with the other two members of the court. One of the court members was carrying a scroll and quill. "It is time for the weekly blood report and exposures" he spoke in a very calm collective tone. Then they waited for the responce so they could then head to the Kingston home
