Where do I even begin with Jenkins? Upon extensive evaluation I determine him an extraordinary individual with traits worthy of candidacy.
He possess extreme mental strength, his ability to withstand mental, emotional and even Psionic stress is by far one of the best I am yet to encounter in this project.
He can function perfectly under extreme duress and seems unaffected by external events around him, focusing only on the task at hand and nothing more.
