Notice that most of the first year students who are soloing these things are in fact already trained warriors.
Tai Yang, for example, is a 21 year old warrior monk wuxai hero. Also, his target couldn't fight back.
Deja is a blind samurai with superpowers. Bit younger at 17, but probably still fought a few good fights.
Both very much trained warriors.
I am kind of wondering how Aurora is doing all the things she's doing while unconscious.

"Fair enough, your words are wise. One moment." Tai Yang suddenly lept back into the intersection, speeding past the dragon headed towards Abraham.
For, the dragon statue that had gone north found itself stuck halfway through a wall, as at the T intersection, there was no where to go in the northerly direction but through the wall. So, it was stuck, lava bubbling helplessly as it ever so slowly melted its way through the brick that was much thicker than it had anticipated, stopping it at its wings.
Having his target nicely lined up, Tai Yang swung his right hand down, in that familiar karate chop used to slice boards in half move. 'An immobile target is no different from a piece of wood. Summon your strength!' Tai Yang's eyes bespoke a passion as he struck down with his full might.
"KIAI" Tai Yang's yell hardened both his body and soul, and his Karate chop landed with a force inhuman, the arm unscathed by the heat of the lava. With it being so nicely braced, the dragon statue was cleaved in half, sending rock and lava splattering around him.
Landing before the half of its body not stuck in the wall fell to the ground, he kicked it up with his left foot, at first staggering with the enormous weight of the thing, but then launching it a bare few feet up, lightly scraping the ceiling with its tail. Then with a spinning kick and another shout, Tai Yang sent this half of a dragon statue hurtling towards the one headed at Abraham.
"I have now dealt with a lava statue. This one is yours if you wish, otherwise, stay back!" Tai Yang ran after the dragon statue half that he had sent towards the one heading at Abraham, and would intercept the comparitively slow beast if Abraham chose not to engage. Tai Yang did look a bit odd though, in that his shirt was on fire from lava splatters and this did not seem to bother Tai Yang in the slightest.
However, if Abraham wished to engage, he had a perfect opportunity what with the target about to get slammed with one half of one of its comrades, which would very certainly lower the guard of the thing and kill its forward momentum as it was shoved into the wall.
Well, you would have had to walk past Dios in order to do what you did with Alice, but other than that, seems fine.
I think the result if he launched a few meteors would be thus.
Yui: Telekinetic some out of the way.
Aurora: SUPPPAAAHSAAAIIIYAAAAJIIIIIIIIN!
Assorted Fire Manipulators: FIREBALL!
Assorted Martial Characters: I punch/sword the meteor to nothing or into a tree! Depends!

Ninja Janitor was KO'd.
Tai Yang explains that no, he doesn't have a mystical sense evil power. But he follows Yui and gets to the action anyway without needing it.
Val saves Ninja Janitor after quipping with BAD MOJO and tells Tai Yang to protect Abraham.
Key attempts to shut down supersaiyan fairy before she gets hurt by hurting her with a book to the back of the head.
Abraham retreats.
Tai Yang retreats with Abraham as ordered.

Dios is at the center of a T-Intersection. East, West, and South are the directions to go from this intersection.
To the East, Abraham and Tai Yang are retreating.
To the South, Mark in hellhound form holds his ground, as Val grabs the Ninja Janitor and retreats.
The the West, Yui engages in debate, while Aram and Key try and keep Aurora and Vicky from dying stupidly. Deja is at the background of this group.
No one else is here. There are no NPCs to protect. They were smart and ran away as soon as stuff started falling through the ceiling, being long gone now.

"I believe we have in general the same idea." Abraham would likely notice that the muscular man who had previously been on the other side of Dios, was now backpedaling alongside him. Long, sweeping alternating steps, both hands held behind his back. How had Tai Yang crossed that space? Well, considering everyone was looking at BAD MOJO, I mean, Dios, it was actually pretty easy.
"However, you fail to realize that, other than that girl with two teachers trying to drag her away and the other girl behind them, you are the last one here to evacuate that should not be here. There is no one's retreat to defend, save your own, in this direction." Tai Yang explained the situation as they moved. "All that considered, however, you are moving very quickly for one retreating such as this, so I shall not advise an alternate course of action, save now, when your course will shortly slam you into an open locker door that you cannot see for staring at the intruder."

Anyway, I'll embellish my post with her later about her reactions to Dios' taunts and all that before tossing her aside, but I'm really tired and I just wanted to get the bare minimum of what was important for the story out there.

"Deja, I am afraid I do not sense evil well. My spirit is hardened against evil magic, but this leaves me insensitive to it. Thank you for your words of advice." Tai Yang proceeded to follow the Headmistress. Blueberry lollipop still in hand.
Upon reaching BAD MOJO... I mean, Dios, Tai Yang's fists tightened. This man was clearly responsible for great evil, having caused such a mess in the school and receiving such harshness from Yui. And also.. Bathing in tea? Tai Yang was slightly confused, yet again.
Tai Yang was ready and in fact desired to engage the man, but he followed Yui's lead. She wished to negotiate with Dios, and Tai Yang could see the wisdom thereof. A full power fight in the midst of a school could harm the students.
Tai Yang, due to positioning issues, couldn't see the Ninja Janitor*.
*because roleplaying rescuing myself would be boring.
