Heh, I wasn't able to do anything because everyone is already roleplaying with Baklava, at least, those who are still with us.
Man, I've had that post saved for such a long time.. Finally got to use it.
Veitaru let out a slow exhale. Likely to make sure she didn't snap in irritation. She addressed Lethe, "You seem to believe I am disrespecting you because of who you are. I really don't care who you are or who sent you. We can work together as long as one condition is met, and then I will follow your orders to two steps past reason. I have established this condition. And you continue to ignore it, believing that I care more about who you are or who sent you."

Her next words were slow, and heavily enunciated, and with big spaces between them, as if trying to teach someone or communicate with someone in another language. "DO. YOU. HAVE. A. LEAD?" She waited a moment, "If you don't, that's ok, does the person sending you have a lead?"

At one particular line in Lethe's statements however, Vei's discipline was overcome, and a hand slipped up for the ever shameful facepalm. "Seriously? You're giving me the borrowing argument. Gee, never heard that one before."

She strode over to a corner in the cliff next to an unusual coloration pattern in the dirt, and began chipping away at the dirt with her dagger, eventually revealing something wooden. Pulling it out, Veitaru had quite some difficult with the feat, often making an inch or two of progress before stopping to catch her breath after a long series of tugs and pulls. Finally, she set both feet up against the cliff and yanked, an acrobatic move that finally pulled out the box but also resulted in Veitaru crashing to the ground with it on top of her with a "GAH!" Physical strength was not her forte.

Opening the box, it unveiled two sets of clothes, one resembling what Vei was wearing, but in a larger size, and one fairly normal set of clothing. Additionally, there was a dagger, more sized for an adult than Vei's, and a handful of deku nuts.

"If your magical ring can transform him into anything, I don't see why you wouldn't just pick a horse or something and just escort him out, but if you absolutely need clothes, this is one of my father's supply caches. if we don't need it, let's leave it as it was." Unlike Sheikah that roamed around all the time, Veitaru's father was based in Kakariko and, as such, maintained such average spy practices as safehouses and supply drops. Veitaru had started shadowing him, but then her Father started moving some of his drops into the Shadow temple or deeper in the graveyard, where Vei didn't dare follow him. But he did leave a few out here where she knew where they were. She figured that was silent permission to use them if she ever needed to.

As Frore and Cain did their song and dance number, Veitaru glanced to the side and gave them an, "Ok." She didn't seem terribly interested in the pair after writing them off as childish bullies from their earlier attempts at social manipulation.
Tai Yang

"Mmm...." Tai Yang noticed Key's distress and seemed to contemplate it for a moment, before he decided on a course of action.

"Meditiation, is, at the most basic level, a training of the mind. This class will attempt to teach us how to utilize our minds to calm ourselves, and if we get to it, to harness hostile emotions. This class will be focused more on the battlefield applications of meditation under high stress scenarios. We are to become Dawn Slayers, and we must not show fear or anger on the battlefield. We are to be shining examples before humanity and the paranormal that there is good within all of us, and that in goodness, we are NOT weak."

"To begin, let us discuss some of the more negative emotions. It is well known that stress has a negative effect on the body. A mental state of stress weakens the body. Other emotions have other effects. Anger gives strength and allows you to ignore pain, but it blinds you. The intent to kill allows you to strike remorselessly without hesitation, but removes your compassion and empathy. Pride gives confidence and relaxes you but gives way to fear when under pressure. Fear heightens your awareness and gives speed to your flight, but removes your initiative and resolve."

"To truly master meditation, we must use it in motion. To be calm and have control over our emotions when one sits quietly is a great feat, but we cannot always sit idly by. Eventually, we will attempt to meditate in motion, and we will try and summon the strengths of our negative emotions without the consequences they bring with them. To use the mind as adeptly as our hands."

"However, for now, we must first become familiar with our own minds. We should understand ourselves before we try to muck around in our own emotions."

"Position yourself, in whatever way feels comfortable. The beginning level of meditation is whatever way makes it easy for you to ignore what is around you. I have met those who were most comfortable in a sitting position, as I am now." Tai Yang was sitting in a crossed leg pose attached to meditation by many. "But I have also met those who meditated best in the stance of a warrior, their father's sword held tightly, or backstroking in a pool that happened to be on the ceiling by their own mystic arts. Do not be embarrassed to take your meditative pose, and if you require any special quarters, feel free to ask me, and I shall see whether I am able to accommodate. Now, breath deeply, consciously. Make it a slow deliberative act that you can focus your attention on. If you do not breath, or would prefer a different task, find some other self contained act that can be focused on and repeated safely. If juggling balls of fire is as natural as breathing to you, by all means, juggle balls of fire. If you are distracted by your eyes, close them. If your other senses betray you, focus on the task you have chosen."

"Now contemplate this. We are to be Dawn Slayers. We are to protect the Peace, whether by action or word. But what is that Peace we protect? What does the shape of that Peace take to you. Consider it carefully. Flesh out every detail like a painting. Each of us will explain what the Peace is to us at the end of the class. You do not truly know something until you can teach it, so take the class to learn what the Peace is to you in terms you can describe to all of us. And remember, the only wrong answer is a flippant one. The question is not only what you discover, but what you learn discovering it."
No, I don't bother with trying to get Misaki to post. I expect two week+ delays from Misaki, given experience.

Also, I think Val would be a Kamidere, but that he is smart enough to realize that just openly demanding the respect won't get it.
"Farewell! It was wonderful to meet you!" Allia waved cheerfully, happily weathering the thundering cheer of Shadan. When one has been yelled at by a dragon, it takes might lungs indeed to be too loud. Then her smile and wave faltered a second before resuming again at a slightly more somber tone. "I will visit again," Her voice faltered slightly, "If I am able." It was a sad truth that their countries always had that chance, however slight, that they might break into war, and any promises between them would be left unfulfilled in the terrors of war.

Allia wondered if this was what caused Suishō's wariness of outsiders. Friends made in other countries might simply be forging the bitter seeds of friends one has to fight to the death. But, Allia shook her head and smiled, eyes slightly watering. Here she was, almost crying about what she was simply imagining! "Goodbye!"

Zilant took off, "Hmph... Humans have such long goodbyes."

"Time spent apart is more bitter when you have less time to spare, oh Elder Dragon Sage!" Allia was still slightly teary, still in slightly somber thoughts even as she made a slight jab at Zilant.

"Haha! Save such talk of time spent apart when it is battle-tested friends you cry over, not roadside acquaintances!" Zilant's laugh was his imitation of the human form, a nod to how he did find humor in Allia's statement despite it not being funny enough for him to give a genuine laugh. One had to get creative sometimes.

"Still, they were good people, Zilant. And I know too few of them!" Allia looked over her shoulder, just spotting Shadan's last few waves before he turned away.

"I didn't take you for a homewrecker, Allia. I didn't know you were so""ZILANT!"

The dragon laughed genuinely this time, a rumbling affair that shook his whole neck, making Allia have to cling to him to remain aboard.

"Too easy. Still, if you are so fond of then, perhaps their eldest would be..."

"Zilant, if he's still in the academy, he's probably a dozen years my junior." Allia was guessing. She sure hoped she wasn't heading to some place filled with what Zilant would consider eligible bachelors. She'd have to figure out some way to keep him occupied while she was visiting the academy.

"Mmm... Fine, fine." Zilant grumbled

After dropping off their uncharacteristically silent companion, Allia and Zilant had requested directions to the academy, and headed there next.

Zilant left her to navigate the city alone as he circled around the area.

Spying some children at play but with abilities that exceeded that to be expected of children of that age, Allia thought she might have stumbled onto the right place. The fact that they were playing dodgeball, but with rocks and poor clones seemed to scream "ninjas in training".

Seeing a child in a green tunic with pants tightened around the lower calves, with a freckled, androgynous face that Allia wasn't quite sure if it was a boy or a girl with brown curly hair down to the bottom of his or her ears, "Pardon me, but is this the academy." She bent down slightly to address the child on a closer level. The child turned to look at Allia just in time to see Allia catch a rock with her face.

The child giggled slightly, smothering his or her face to try and deaden the sound, but the child was slightly surprised to it fall away from her face leaving nothing more than an easily wiped away smudge, catching the rock with her other hand.

Looking up, she noticed the thrower quickly by the one that simply stood there with a guilty look on his face while his friends skedaddled. A green hoodie-like garment with similar pants to this one. Very short black hair, an obvious boy cut.

Smiling, Allia straightened up, tossed the rock above herself, and made a few handsigns. Panic briefly caught the child's face, but Allia snatched the rock out of the air before he moved, and cracking could be heard, and then... "Catch." Gently lobbed it to the child. Who caught it easily. Then, the rock turned to dust in his hands. The child was confused but shrugged it off and started playing with his friends again.

"Oooh ooh, are you an Earth Jutsu user?" The child Allia had first addressed nearly bounced up and down, an idea clearly running through the child's head.

"Mmm... Nope. It's a contract ability. I can use it because I swore a pact with a dragon clan."

The small child's eyes lit up at the mention of "Dragons" but then got disappointed as the child realized it probably couldn't learn that technique. "Aw... I wanted to make a trade, showing you the academy for you teaching me that trick."

"Well, that might be out, but we still might make a trade." Allia smiled at the perceived strangeness. Sheesh, the kids started thinking so deviously early when they were training to be ninjas. "But first we should know each others names! I'm Allia."

"That's a funny name... I'm Yuriko." The child tilted her, probably given the name.

"Well, Yuriko. I don't know about earth, but I could certainly try teaching you some wind jutsu if you want to try." Allia put a hand on her hip as she waved the other one, feeling quite silly but enjoying it nonetheless, "Just be careful though, not everyone can use every element. If it turns out you can't use Wind Element chakra, I'll just have to owe you one."

"No fair! You're an outsider, we'll probably never meet again!" Yuriko pouted.

Allia opened her mouth, before the weight of what had been said hit her. Even the children seemed to know it, instinctively from the cultures they lived in. The borders were more than just identity checks to keep out pirates and brigands. Taking a moment longer than she would have liked, she tried to continue in the same spirit she had been before. "That's the deal, I still have to take the same amount of time to teach you the wind element whether or not you can actually use it or not."

"Mmm... Fine.." Yuriko didn't seem completely convinced yet that this was a good idea, but still wanted any way to get ahead of the boys that she could, and private lessons with an outsider! A smile took to her face as she grabbed Allia's hand and pulled her around a corner. "It's real close! We snuck away to Michiko's yard because it's real close to the Academy and then they can't watch us play!" She grew more and more sure that she'd totally be a wind element user and get cool powers and show all the boys she was the best in class!

Ah, so that's why they were able to play dodgeball with rocks... Allia thought to herself.

And so, the Junior Academy Student Yuriko dragged outsider Allia to the Academy. Of course, there was some confusion about which branch Allia had wanted to go to, seeing Allia herself had no idea how the Academy was separated out, but hey, at least they were on the right campus.

Well this is an anime RP....and she does use fire so....

And that's why Tai Yang's Limit Break basically boils down to a Kamehameha. Anime styling. :)
Indeed, I'm excited at the possibility of moving again.

ERode, would you like me to start the lesson or wait for you to post?
Hang on a minute.. Is Dios going to be spying through the eyes.. Of someone who wears a blindfold at all times?
Tai Yang

"Mmm, there will be discussion as well as a peaceful contemplation. Attempting to communicate with others what you have learned and what you feel, in other words, teaching, is one of the greatest ways to teach yourself. My master, Ming Yue said 'the path to mastery is an everlasting road to express what you know so clearly that others may understand. The goal of bringing enlightenment and joy to the darkest soul is the eternal struggle of everyone who bears the slightest candle.'" Tai Yang explained himself evenly. If Tai Yang noticed Val was making small talk, he did not express it. Buuuut it's pretty unlikely that he did.

"In other words, we shall begin with the introduction to the class, then practice meditation, then discuss what we have learned, if we feel we have. A lesson that teaches one only how to execute a task is not our goal. I would wish every student to become capable of spreading their light further." Tai Yang certainly included himself in the group pronouns he used.
