Why must autocorrect ruin things in a way that is not even correct?

Kassey made sure all of her things were securely loaded into the RV before filing in behind everyone else after Aaliyah finally arrived and everything was ready to roll. Kass was already getting antsy as she followed somewhat impatiently into the RV, bouncing on her toes as she did so. "You guys, this is going to be awesome." She grinned widely and finally made her way into the RV, taking a spot on one of the couches that lined the outer edge of the vehicle. She tried not to fidget too much, lest she annoy the friends that sat beside her. Last thing she wanted was to get sandwiched between them to hold her still from the habit of bouncing her leg.

The music came over the speakers and the RV began to move, and finally they were on their way. Of course, they had one more pit stop. Couldn't leave without the full squad! TJ was a bit tricky to convince, but Kassey figured that when they showed up with this big ass RV packed with people, she couldn't easily say no. Hell, if she had to Kassey would go inside and drag TJ out herself.

She occupied herself by playing on her phone and making mild chit chat with her companions until she felt the RV come to a stop. Riley honked the horn and Kassey looked over her shoulder to see if TJ was going to come out willingly or not. "We may need to use a little more forceful persuasion to get 'er out here. And by that I mean borderline kidnapping." Kassey looked around with raised eyebrows. It was a shame TJ didn't seem to want to hang out with the group as often anymore, but Kassey wasn't the type of friend to let someone slip out of their tight little group. She knew it was annoying at times, how concerned she seemed to be with everyone and everything. Unfortunately, she couldn't help it. It was in her nature to be loyal to a fault. So, if annoyance will keep her closest friends together, so be it. It has worked this long, after all.
I'll have a post up later, been a busy week
"A prank, you say?" A large mischievous grin played across Kassey's face as she looked past Riley and Cassandra towards Carlos, who seemed all to confident to be expecting anything. Kassey looked back to her two friends and nodded eagerly, "Girl, you know you don't have to ask me twice. I'm totally in." She chuckled at the thought of pulling one over on the prankster himself as she walked over to accept a churro.

"These don't have some sort of hidden spice in em, eh? No cayenne pepper surprise beneath that cinnamon facade?" She smirked and took a bite before patting Carlos on the shoulder. "One thing to trust for sure is your baking skills. And choice in liquor of course, but I'm with Billy on that one, maybe once the sun is going down instead of coming up." She gave him a thumbs up before turning towards Billy with a concerned expression after noticing the tone he took on.

After hearing his declaration of shotgun, however, she narrowed her eyes at him and playfully thumped him on the arm with a smile. "Dammit, Billy. You should really take up acting." She picked up her bags and put them in the compartment with everyone else's things, turning back towards her group of friends to wait until they departed. It seemed like they would have a good spread this year, everyone contributing something just like always.
I'll have another post up tomorrow

"Hm? Oh, no trust me I'm happy we didn't get screwed over and waste our time." She joined Avani at the table and put some food on her plate, pouring some juice into her cup to accompany it. "I don't know, I just hope it doesn't come back to bite us in the ass." She said after taking a sip of her juice. She took a few bites of food, realizing she very well may have cooked far too much. Oh well, it would have gone bad by the time they got back anyways. A bit of everything crowded her plate, but she did her best to eat as much as she could.

Kasai finished her meal and followed Avani into the kitchen to rinse her plate, returning to grab her glass and finish off the liquid it held. She nodded when Avani came back into the room carrying her bags. "Okay, I'm going to pack up some of this food real quick. Might as well take it with us, less we have to buy on the road." Returning to the food, she tossed what wouldn't keep in the garbage and then found some containers and parchment to wrap the rest in. Satisfied with the amount of food they would have for a while, she continued wrapping up the food and then quickly cleaned up around the kitchen.

After she finished, she tucked the food into the empty spaces in her bags and slung them over her shoulder, also grabbing the trash to take out when she went downstairs. Tossing the garbage in the dumpster, she walked over to meet Avani at the motorcycle with her bags. It would be a tight fit but they could probably manage all they had packed, even if they had to carry a couple of the bags on their backs during the ride.

"Okay, so do we have everything we need?" Kasai set her bags on the ground and unzipped them to quickly check them, ruffling through the contents until she was sure she had everything she would need. "I think I'm good to go, anything else to grab before I go lock up the apartment?" She was surprisingly excited, ready to get on the road and get out of Republic City. Still, she knew they didn't need to rush. They'd be worse off if they forgot anything essential anyways.
Currently dying, wondering how I'll ever make it to the shower after that workout I just did. Brb dragging myself to the tub
Kassey had risen early, all too eager to begin the little mini-vacation that she looked forward to each year with her friends. In attempts to get her excitement under control, she went for an early morning run around her neighborhood. The rising sun painted a warm glow over the slowly waking town, setting the scenery for what she hoped would be an incredible four days out on the lake. Kassey had to keep herself from running up and banging on doors as she passed several of her friend's homes. The urge to toss pebbles at their windows and yell at them to wake up already pulled at her, but she figured she might as well let them sleep because they might not be getting much of that on their adventure.

Kassey returned home and showered, and much to her delight she was met with a text from Riley as she exited the bathroom. A grin played across her face as she dried off and got dressed. She let her hair fall into its natural wave, still slightly damp as she made her way downstairs with her bags to meet her dad at the kitchen table. "Good morning, sweetie. Off so soon?" He greeted her, dressed in his police uniform with a mug of black coffee in his hands. "Yep, gotta get an early start on the partying." That earned her a lowered brow from her father. "Kidding. Kind of. Love ya Dad!" He mumbled a 'love you too' as Kassey wrapped him in a hug, then reminded her to text her mother. She gave him a thumbs up as she walked out the door to her car and threw her bags in.

It wasn't a long drive to the school, though in Red Lake it wasn't a long drive to anywhere in town. As she pulled into the parking lot of the high school, she was met by a handful of the gang gathering around the RV. The car was quickly put into park and Kassey retrieved her bags, locking the car after her. Eagerly, she practically skipped over to her friends by the RV and met them with a large grin plastered on her face. "Hey guys! Who's ready for a kick ass trip? You already know I am." A small laugh escaped her as she set her bags down and joined the pow-wow circle to wait for the rest of the group to arrive. "We totally have to top last year's trip, it'll be tough but who better to raise the bar than us?"
I skipped a class today and instead opted for xbox time, so you could say my day has been fulfilling. Haha, how's everyone else?
Kassey Hall | 18

Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Personality:
Kassey is a fun and outgoing young woman. She's been described as selfless, kind, and intelligent. A natural curiosity surrounds her, which has been known to get her into some trouble at times. To those she befriends, she is loyal to a fault. The trust and respect that she has for others means a great deal to her, and to put that trust in jeopardy means she will be emotionally hurt. However, she has been known to forgive too quickly those who have turned on her. She is forgiving and believes in the good in everyone. This makes her optimistic and usually very happy, tending to lean towards the side of sarcasm and laughter. Kassey is observant and detail oriented, noticing things other's might easily overlook. Truly a spirited soul, she enjoys the little things in life like the smell of rain and the sound of thunder, a good hot cup of tea and a good book, or the comfort of a warm fire with friends gathered around.

Bio:
Kassey grew up in Red Lake, having a generally normal childhood. She was just like all the other small children in elementary school, participating in little league sports and putting on bake sales for whatever event happened to be going on in town. Her parents had met in college and moved to Red Lake shortly after getting married. They first had her brother, Logan, before adding Kassey to the family. The Hall's remained a family of four, with the father Garrett working at the police station and their mother Natalie working as a nurse at the local hospital.

Kassey had a somewhat uneventful life growing up thus far, experiencing no real tragedy other than a couple of deaths of distant relatives throughout the years, which could account for her unusually optimistic disposition. The toughest thing she has had to deal with is her brother leaving for the military, headed to a Marine training camp on the west coast. In conjunction with Logan's departure, Kassey had a period where she was somewhat depressed and didn't know who she really was. This was when she came to the realization that she was bisexual. Dealing with this was tough for her, and things at home weren't as straight and narrow as they had always been for a while and her brother was not home to be her support. Eventually, her family came to an understanding and everything returned back to normal.

Now, Kassey is surviving high school just like every other teenager. She is a core player on the varsity soccer team, the sport has become one of her true passions. To top it off, she manages to keep up good grades among all of her other extracurricular activities with her friends. For now, she keeps her optimistic attitude and takes every day as it is, making the most of it for everyone.
