Lucky. In Illinois you get your learners at 15 and need 50 hours of driving and 10 hours of night time driving before you can get your license at 16 or over. You shouldn't feel too bad, I should've gotten a license a while ago, but I still haven't because I'm too lazy to get the hours.

How do they even check that? Do they embed a microchip in your hand?
