What relations do the French have to the Netherlands . Been trying to look some stuff up.Modern day they are quite close but I don't know when that relationship started. .
The cold sort of relations. France screwed over the Netherlands a lot during the Napoleonic Wars, and the Dutch decline was then aided by an empire-hungry Britain seizing many of the Netherlands' colonies. Mind you, that was fifty years ago IC, but I don't imagine things have changed much as far as attitudes go.

Occitania would be more divisive. As of 1860, about 40% of the French population was Occitan speaking. Another almost 10% at the same time spoke neither French nor Occitan natively (Basque, German, Breton, etc).
As of the beginning of the RP, only about half of the French population had the French language as their mother tongue.
A spam-themed video game would appeal to an incredibly niche market consisting of maaaybe twenty or thirty people, and would in all likelihood be both a commercial and critical failure, regardless of its genre or plot.
