I think Prussian denial, along with, as Amph pointed out, the Greek reaction, should give everyone a clear picture of how Prussia works. Way to go Boerd :P

I've noticed that you've been ending every OOC post with ":P" lately. Nervous twitch?
Rare, I really think you're overestimating European dependence on Latin America. Any blockade by any Latin American country is going do horrific damage to the economy of that Latin American country and have little impact whatsoever on any European nation. This is the colonial era; most European empires already have high tariffs imposed on foreign goods to ensure that only their colonies can trade with them on fair grounds. Brazil blockading Europe is the most horrible decision possible for the Brazilian economy.

It's a good idea that you cancelled the operation, but you need to be temperate and consider the affect of the actions that you consider taking before you embark on them. Otherwise, you're going to need to make an addendum post to every single post you make.

Sweden was actually doing useful things??

Scandinavia has signed a treaty with half of the countries on Earth. It will probably allow them to remain neutral in the upcoming war that the British are shoving down my throat, which will in turn allow for them to be unifying and industrializing while everyone else is killing each other.

Somehow, I am not overly concerned.

Ya. Even if Brazil had been a large Prussian trading partner, the naval blockade currently being imposed on Prussia sort of makes the whole thing moot.

._. So you remake it or what? It clearly seemed like you did make it..

Tip: Constantinople is not a city in Prussia.

It could be argued that with Prussia's withdrawal from the treaty that they have no rights to the land they took. Just would like to objectively point that out.

Prussia did not take any land, they merely assisted the Dutch in repossessing it. Read the Treaty of Brussels—no former Belgian territory was assigned to Prussia.
^ I doubt the U.S. will get involved. Civil War and all. Then again, I can't imagine the world's too happy.

Ahh, I see. Thanks. Also, I second Outcast's opinion. You're all mad. Madder than the late King George III.

Not madder than this roleplay's Queen Victoria, though.

Was it?Ok wasn't sure.

Yes, it was during. If it had been after you guys had pulled out, Article 7 would've been completely irrelevant.

The treaty of Constantinople was after the French and British declaration of war and the British blockade. ..

So, I got lost about 20 pages ago. TL;DR anyone?

The Netherlands invaded Belgium, and Prussia sided with the Netherlands in its role as mediator.

Turns out that half of the Treaty of Constantinople wasn't publicly known to the European powers that weren't signatories, such as the Netherlands, Spain, Greece and Italy. We found out about this after Prussia spilled the beans.

Some of the signatories of the ToC (Britain especially, in all likelihood) are blockading Prussia and the Netherlands and demanding that the Dutch withdraw from Belgium.
