Rule five RULE FIVE.

They're going to exist afterwards. I'm merely pointing out that the peace we offered them before the war is obviously going to be kinder than the peace dictated afterwards.
Earlier in the roleplay, before I had officially joined as the Netherlands, I was speaking to the Italian player about his ensuing purchase of Veneto. He complained about Austria delaying the sale of the area and wasting his time and orders. I posed that Italy should simply declare war on Austria and TAKE Veneto, both to cut through Austrian delays in selling it off, and to save Italy from the dishonour of buying one region of the country with gold and all the others with blood. Amused, we continued talking, and discovered we both shared distaste for the Treaty of Constantinople. Italy suggested that a conference in Turin would be the best way to solve his problems with the treaty; I jested that the easiest way to get rid of it was to march to Vienna and Constantinople, paint "Treaty of Constantinople" in Italian across the sides of the Austrian and Ottoman Parliament buildings, and set each of them on fire.

Maybe, with this war, I'll be able to see both of my proposed solutions put into action.

I am not lenient. I like to plow through my problems with a bulldozer. When Vienna and Constantinople are occupied, it will be me that draws the new map of Europe. Eurus will look like a dream straight out of the Sultan's harem, and no one on all Earth will question the unity of the Dutch nation without thinking twice.

I would find it horribly ironic if the majority of Jews sided with Prussia...just sayin...

That won't be ironic for another 80 years or so.

I'd recommend sticking with what you have.

This number may be different now that India is rebelling.

It would be a big hassle on the stats, but it'd be nice if colonial empires could know their home country's population and their colonial population separately.

Wasn't there use to be a stat that told us the max amount of conscripts our nation had?

Yes. It was removed.

How many can we have though? Like when we order for them...how many do we all have in reserve that can be called up?

And how many of those reserves that we have would be an appropriate number TO call up?

War has now become a hundred thousand times more complicated.

At the moment you have none. During a war, you call them up.

So we just take however many we like from our population?
We don't know how many conscripts we have, though...?
