Pretty much. There's nothing stopping Germany and Italy from DOWing France after all of this is done, Germany taking a huge chunk of France's colonial empire and Italy taking Nice, Savoy, and Corsica, never mind the goodies that the Netherlands can get.
That is a fantasy scenario that has no basis in reality, or the actions of this roleplay. Italy, Germany and the Netherlands only just made peace with France, and took absolutely nothing from them.

@Pasta: You've been making alliance based generalizations for a long time now. First you assumed that I was the one behind trying to get the U.S. into a war in Canada based solely off of the fact that you figured someone from the Eighth Coalition did it, and now you're suggesting that a free trade deal between two sovereign, neighbouring countries is tantamount to Paris surrendering itself to a country in no way involved in the actions of the treaty.
Pasta, the treaty had nothing to do with Prussia.
I'm happy to see that French-Dutch relations are improving so steadily.
Dutch-French Wartime Reciprocity Treaty
The Emperor of France, being equally desirous with His Majesty the King of the Netherlands to avoid the continuation of the suffering of the Dutch people under blockade, and endeavouring to end such suffering and avoid instances of further coastal embargo in the future, does hereby announce that during wartime or in other instances wherein the Netherlands suffers under blockade, full or partial, the government of France will temporarily disable all trade restrictions and tariffs of any kind between the Empire of France and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, so as to permit the unmolested continuation of Dutch trade during such times, and thereby limit or abrogate entirely the suffering of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and her citizens, and further that the government of France will not enable such trade restrictions once again until such time as the Kingdom of the Netherlands has recovered completely from the damage, economic, infrastructural or otherwise, caused by such war or blockade.
