The Netherlands' prestige is 31, and we have an African colony and a navy. Mexico's prestige is 5, and they have no African colonies (or colonies of any kind), and virtually no navy to speak of.

No. Eighth Coalition victory is sealed at this point, and has been for awhile now. I just want the war to end sooner rather than later. Britain has made exactly two movements against the Eighth Coalition powers: a failed invasion of Sicily and an attempt at defending France from an invasion that never actually came. Britain is politically isolated and doesn't have a single victory to speak of. It's a farce to declare that you've won a war before winning a single battle.
Britain is the only faction on the face of Earth that is still trying to escalate the war, Aegon. If London does not come to terms soon, I would fully recommend that you simply exclude them from the conference and have it only include the sane nations of Europe.

Netherlands broke that treaty of London. Also they invaded. Big difference than a land dispute. Honestly my solution would be that the Netherlands gives the 800 to Belgium and France pays the rest to Belgium for that land.
The Netherlands is as much in defiance of the Treaty of London as France, at this point. Speaking of which, do you plan on ignoring my IC post entirely?
