Also, Sami are not 'people of colour'. Not that that's relevant anyway, since there ARE Sami in Frozen. I have no problem with Frozen on the basis that Disney was somehow being discriminatory, and I laugh very heartily at the people that do. If you need to have a main character who is the same colour as you in order to feel connected to a story, you're a racist.
No. Sometimes they're just morbidly lazy, or not actually homeless at all. Rarely, they might even have become homeless from environmental factors out of their control, and happened to have had no one to turn to for help.
