I am new to the Guild but I have been hearing a few people complain about over-sensitivity among the community.
Name: Simon Strange
Alias: Candy King
Age: 15

Skills/Powers:
Candy manipulation: Simon has the ability to create and control candy of any kind, he can even change their size and power depending on how much energy he puts into it. He normally uses specific kinds of candy for specific situations, if he needs to restrain an enemy then he will create giant lickerish or gummy worms to ensnare them or have them stuck by large amounts of gooey chewing gum. For offensive attacks he uses hard candy of varying size depending on how he wants to attack. He can fly by creating a giant floating bubble of gum which he can hang on to as he wills it to where he wants to go.
Equipment: he has a sword that has blade made of lollipop that he creates using his power. Simon also has a whip made of gummy candy and sharp disks made of hard candy. His weapons' strength is determined by how power he puts into.
Personality: Simon is funny and has a carefree personality. He is full of fun and tries to be nice to people he believes deserve it. Simon hates people who hurt the innocent and will take it to the bad guys hard if they begin killing people. He loves candy and was incredibly happy when his powers developed and he could create and manipulate candy.
Weakness: vegetables are like his kryptonite, although it doesn't physically weaken him it will temporarily take away his powers if he is close vicinity of for too long. Using his abilities requires energy and if he uses them for too long then he will begin to feel fatigue.
History: Simon Strange was born in the Bronx borough of New York and from the day he could, he always loved candy. His parents tried to get him to eat proper food, but it was hard and he always had a secret stash of candy. Eventually he was in school and a lot of kids thought of his antics are being weird and he would sometimes get picked on. But he always tried to keep a positive personality. He fell in love with the movie Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory, and had dreams of being a candyman in his own right. His dream came true when his powers manifested and he could create and manipulate candy. He wondered what he would do with his powers and that's when he got the idea to become a superhero. He made his costume and named himself Candy King. He now is fighting crime in the city and trying to keep the innocent safe.
Appearance: He is five feet and nine inches tall with bright red hair. His costume is a green long-sleeved shirt and blue pants. He has hard candy plated armor that has on his upper torso. on the chest of his armor is the picture of a red lollipop with the letters 'CK' in the circle. Simon also wears a a red cape with 'CK' on it in golden yellow. CK is the initials for Candy King.

@The Patriarch: Magatorr is accepted. The sheet looks much nicer now. A much more fleshed out character. We officially have a lizard now. Lizard-ish alien. Close enough. XDAs a reward for their victories in the tournament, David Mirai will gain 50 points to his power level and Ultra-Dimension will gain 75. For future reference this does not mean that a victory will guarantee a lot of points. The amount raised will be judged (granted somewhat subjectively as I am only one man) based on the level of exertion that the character demonstrates.in their fight. Think of it like working out at a gym: if you hardly try you won't get results like the guy pushing up on his limits. As a note: injuries and fatigue sustained during the fights won't magically go away. In Ultra-Dimension's case there are some measures being taken over his wounds but in general a character won't be fixed as soon as they come out of combat. Medical attention will be given but bandaids can't fix broken legs, if that analogy even works.
so what can I have my character do since he is not in the tournament?

New God Physiology: Because he is a biological son of Darkseid he has the physiology of the New Gods and has several of their abilities. He has superhuman strength and is strong enough to lift a bus. He is 20 times fast than a human at the peak of physical perfection and has a reaction time that is almost quick enough to dodge bullets. He has really strong endurance and can take hits from superhuman beings and powerful explosions. Korrin has a healing factor that will slowly heal his wounds but it doesn't protect him fatal wounds. He also has very heightened senses and has an awareness of cosmic and supernatural forces.
Energy Blasts: Because of the experiments on him to try and copy Darkseid's Omega Force powers, Korrin has the ability to fire blasts of red destructive energy out of his hands and can cause big explosions if puts enough power into them, but this ability can drain him of energy if he uses for too long.
equipment: He has an alien gauntlet that works as a supercomputer which he can use to get information and communicate with people over pretty much any form of communication.
personality: Korrin is very strong willed and is a hot head with a bad attitude, but he is very loyal and will try to keep his word which is surprising because of his dark heritage. He is good deep down, but his soul is at war with itself between the light and darkness within him. Even though he is too proud to admit, he does want to be good, but he has the mind of a warrior and will not show weakness even to his fellow teammates.

Because of experiments and being artifically grown, Korrin did not look like the average New God and instead appeared more beast like. Even though Darkseid's scientist tried to do a perfect recreation of his Omega Force power, Korrin was born with only the ability to shoot a beam of powerful energy that derived from the Omega Force. Darkseid began to train Korrin to be cruel and a heartless warrior, but by some miracle he tried to hold onto a feeling that he didn't fully understand and that feeling was the goodness that was deep inside of him.
He tried to bury it, but it wouldn't go away and eventually he decided to leave Apokolips. How he managed to escape was with the Justice League when they attacked Apokolips to stop Darkseid's invasion of earth. Korrin asked them to take him with them and they agreed. He came earth and trying to figure out a solution of what to do him, they decided that he would be the leader of a team of young heroes that assist the Justice League by going dangerous mission that the league could not do themselves because of the popular image. He took the name Darkclaw as his hero identity and is ready to take down any crime if it'll mean redeeming himself for what he has done on Apokolips.

Daddy's home and he has a new car. Well, "new" is relative as the car is even older than my previous. But it's not a piece of shit so that's a plus.Time for me to play catch up. I'll probably edit this post after I've read everything that happened while I was out.
