It's kay. I come from a school of thought where you don't really need that. You'll get into the general groove of things by being around it long enough, even if you say "his rifle" instead of "his M16A4."

I had another friend who is just getting out of basic in a couple of weeks and she wrote back and was like: "This is awful, they thought it would be funny to make me fight the biggest, most jacked girl here" with the little boxing things.

There's basis in PoW in reality. In particular, my nation harnesses an ethnic conflict I know all too well about. There are genocides involved. But it's good to explore that in a fiction environment like Precipice. It allows for more freedom, more expression. Political sensitivity is there but it's explored in an alternate way without having someone literally destroy the actual house you live in in a real world.
