I dunno, it really depends on what you want to accomplish. For example, it might (hypothetically) only take a drop to cast a glamour, or (Hypothetically) summoning a demon might require a vial or chalice of blood, while calling a forgotten old god (HYPOTHETICALLY) could take hundreds of lives in sacrifice. Or, ya know, it might not. How would I even know? *whistles*

Rao walked into the hangar, looking around. Even after all this time, it still impressed him to see all the dimensional vessels gathered. He stopped one of the workers to ask where the designated ship then followed the directions, tossing a wave and a smile back to the woman.

"Getting," Rao said, standing. He slipped his hands back into his pockets. He walked to the door, bumping it open with his hip, and started down the hallway, pausing to see if anyone would be joining him in walking to the hangar.

"Sir, yes, sir," the mage replied. His tone was sincere, though the speed at which he responded left some question about it. "Anything else we should know? Is there a government there? Are they allies or enemies? Will this universe's rules affect our abilities or gear?" All pretense of sleep gone, Rao sat up and looked intently at the commander.
