Picking up his briefcase again, he left for his office and detoured briefly to grab a cup of coffee. Juggling all three items at once, he entered his office and managed to close the door behind himself. Setting everything onto his desk, he sat down to go over the mission files in more detail.

"Hi dear. I heard on my way in that there's something going on. My flight out of Europe was a little bit delayed so I guess I missed the briefing."

might give me that needed edge until I get something a little nicer. Gonna go take a look at my character sheet because i have a sneaking suspicion that I put down the weapons pylon count rather than the payload weight.

Actually, I really like counter-insurgency light attack aircraft and close-air-support aircraft that are prop powered as well as jets ^^;; the and are two of my favourites. I guess I'm more of a mud-mover than a dog fighter.

Don't forget the granddad of both, the L-19 Bird Dog. No guns but it did wonders for guiding other attack craft. A Local airfield uses them to tow gliders.

Kate cut a hard right as Angel made her left turn, cutting the throttle and pulling a tight, high G turn while scanning the sky, trying to get a count on the enemy. She spotted several friendlies in trouble and cut in behind the Corsair.

"I've got your six Romeo."

She tried and failed to get a missile lock on the attacker. Switching to guns and firing a short burst, she broke off for a second to check her Six and get clear before anyone could get in behind her.
