Powers: Valentine has a large quantity of medical equipment that can be used as weapons such as a a longer than normal bonesaw (her main weapon), scalpels, shurikens in the shapes of Red Crosses, various poisons and antidotes, along with others. She works for the Skullgirl, Marie, and can thus call upon her for help, or have the Skullgirl boost her damage. She is extremely agile, along with being quick on her feet and having a high endurance.
Weaknesses: She doesn't really side with anyone unless they are a very hefty part of the Chaotic Evil end of the spectrum or are affiliated with Marie, thus leaving her with little amounts of backup or help. She is mortal, despite her amazing abilities, and can be killed normally.

Artyom muttered obscenities in his native language, Russian, then stored his weapon, now only holding his trench knife. "So, you have made another ally, Doctor? That's good to hear, we need all the help we can get against those ublyudki." He called out to Robotnik, his guard still up from the fight he was just in.

"Damn!" Artyom shouted, reloading his weapon quickly, hurling an incendiary grenade at the group as he did so. He continued to spray bullets at the others, hoping to damage at least one that wasn't a child in a hood.

Artyom opened fire on the crowd, shouting obscenities in Russian. It may not have been the best idea, but it was effective in other situations, so why not try it now?

Artyom readied his revolver, lifting it so his motive was clear: protect the Doctor, kill the targets. "Lay a hand on the Doctor and you're dead, ma'am. Whatever powers you have, I'm sure a gun is efficient enough against you." He muttered huskily as she recovered from Eggman's attack. "You want the emeralds? I'm sorry, but we can't do that unless the circumstances are fulfilled."

"Thank God." Artyom sighed as he disconnected the filter, resealed it, and stuffed it in his bag. "So these are my targets? Seems easy enough. They seem to be emitting some sort of... power similar to that of the Dark Ones, so I shall keep my guard up." He glared at the screen, intrigued by the targets and their supposed powers.
