“So I am to give a speech about the overview of the school year to everyone?” asked Adam. “I’ll have to think up the speech on the way but it shant be any real issue.”

"That's good to hear," said Render, nodding his head. "Anyway, I'm fairly certain you know how to craft a good speech, so I think I'l leave you to it."

And with that the Headmaster got up. Before leaving he approached Miataea and handed her the hamper of sweets The girl took it with a smile, before waving goodbye to the Headmaster. A Healer opened the door open for him as he exited, before sighing in relief.

"Good luck to you, A . . . Adam, right?" said Miataea. "I didn't want to give that speech anyway. I hate crowds."

Meruin scanned all of Mutts moves analytically. Not tactically, because she was not a fighter, no, but she was a researcher and a avid learner. The boy (wolf?) had tremendous strength even while not transformed, and that rock was not natural either. She could feel the magic behind it. Still, the power that would be coming from this blow was completely scientific, which just meant that Mutt was swinging it really hard.

It was not her battle, but she could tell that Sol was in a dangerous position. Getting hit by that would not be pleasant at all. Still, there was one very glaring weakness behind Mutt's attack, one that seemed rather obvious to even Meruin at first glance; destroy the rock, preferably from a distance. He was swinging that thing with so much momentum, that if it were destroyed, he'd still be forced to follow the trajectory of his swing. Furthermore, once that was destroyed, his energy would be wasted and his attack would have been for nothing.

David sighed and grinned at a job well done. Arts and crafts may have been a bust, but he did build a bird house . . . or apartment. Made completely from a tree that he had ripped apart to specific lengths then punched holes in, David had created a 6ft birdhouse with multiple rooms. He heard the bell for lunch and smiled. He was hungry!

Logically, there's no way they would be sitting around the entire time that Adam and the Headmaster are discussing these things...Just trust me, they're gone. And besides, Ren has been at the school for, like 9 years, and knows Miataea by name. They certainly would have interacted in the past. (I just realized that without the sheet, you had no way to know how old Ren is. My bad. She's 19, and has been at the school for a time.)EDIT: Assume that a few moments after Ren asked "option A or option B?", Aoife said "option A", and they both made their way immediately out of the building.

Erm, didn't Ren just go next to Aoife, who is inside the Hall? Near Adam and Miateae even :D? As far as I can tell, you guys haven't left the building yet too.

Miateae in terms of predicting (note, predicting, not reading) the flow of energy and the like is even better than the Headmaster himself. This is a natural born gift for her, but it leaves her severely tunnel visioned. She's trained herself to snap every few seconds or so to get her mind fixed.

As Ren is an Ouramancer, this will be the first that Miataea has met, and the energies around Miataea are now undergoing intense observation :)

The Headmaster was internally counting the seconds in his head. Before he even got to five, the young man answered him, same serious look on his face. Render grinned and was a little entertained to find that Adam did not disappoint his expectations in the slightest.

“I’m willing to help; I just would just need to know what it is you need me to do. I’ve spent the last few rites brushing up on my reading so I’m not sure if it has changed since the first one,” he said bluntly.

The Headmaster chuckled, approving of Adams' choice. "Nothing much is needed. It's simply a bit of sugar-coating, or even a warning if you prefer, about their time here at our academy, plus some lip service to the teachers and small speech about the purpose of learning and some such," said Render. Miataea would have made for an interesting speech, what with her attitude, but in all honesty, Adam was just as interesting, albeit in a different direction from her. "So, is that simple enough for you Adam?"

Meanwhile, Healer was looking a bit ruffled at the sudden arrival of the Headmaster. Even though he was generally fair and overall a nice man, he was also rather particular about performance, and currently two of his most prized students were in the Hall. It wouldn't be a mistake to say that every Healer in the Hall had probably broken into a cold sweat.

Extraordinary High School (Supernatural/human rp)

Reina just finished her third class. Her schedule started earlier than most students due to the fact that she had signed up for more classes. Currently, she was having her recess, which would end once the first classes for most students begun.
