Meruin was still mumbling incoherent mumbo jumbo. She was also probably sleep talking. She was also known to cast spells in her sleep. She was also still in the fighting area.
In the meantime, Meruin kept mumbling unintelligibly. For the relief of the others, it should be mentioned that Meruin was not chanting a spell anymore, merely babbling some mixed up garble. Her eyes were half-lidded and unfocused, and she hasn't realized that Tyler and Sol are in front of her yet.

Meruin kept chanting, her half-asleep mind not yet processing that there was no fight. She didn't notice Tyler approaching her either.
"A- *yawn* -aaare we going to hauve anutha fwight agawn?" said Meruin, her voice slurring due to drowsiness. A book floated right above her shoulder and opened up, flipping rapidly through its pages before settling on a rather detailed lightning spell. "Awkey den . . . heew I gooooo . . ."
She began chanting, her eyes half lidded and her arms moving around randomly.

Meruin shrugged. "I use all kinds of magic. I'm a scholar by nature, so I don't just focus on one. As for my rank . . . I'm not really a fighter, so I don't know about that. I'm sure Sol knows though - it's probably rather low, like I said, I'm not as great at fights as the others."
At the corner of her eye, she suddenly saw Lisana move, and instinctively her mind prepared a barrier for herself. She raised a brow when she saw Lisana go for Sol however.

Meruin glanced up at Liz with gratitude and despite her small size devoured the sandwich in four bites. "Haaaah . . . that was nice." She stayed silent for awhile, then her mind processed recent events. "Hm? There's a lot of new students here suddenly. So . . ."

Haha, my reaction aside, nothing much is happening - everyone's pretty busy, so we're kinda slowing down. Hopefully things'll pick up by next week :)
