It's a conditional thing. The character I'm planning to create is Lower A class most of the time, but when certain conditions are met, she has the ability to exceed (is that even possible lol) S class. However, getting those conditions to work is pain in the @ssgard. If you want, I can send you the WIP of my character sheet so you can see what I mean.
