Today's the first time in a long time that I've felt empty. Not even sad or tired, just empty. This quarantine is getting to me more than I thought.

@Jessica Bunny: You live in America! College is optional (and expensive) and around you is opportunity. I believe you can make it!

"Why not? It should be good practice for the both of us," said Meruin, not noticing his increasing nerve. "Well, I won't be doing it anytime soon anyway. I will still have to see to besting Mithrail." That was her name right? Oh well.
Rina nodded. The way to the dinign room was fairly obvious, and they got their soon enough. Rina smiled. "It seems there area few other people here."
David just laughed. He didn't mind forwardness; he was a forward kind of guy himself. "No, no it's fine, besides, how are we ever going to figure things out if we don't ask questions right?" he said. "I suppose you could call me a regular old superhuman. Super strength, durability, even a bit of regeneration. I can't be hypnotized or mind-controlled either, apparently. Still, it's kind of dull when compared to a lot of other people I know."
"So you're using me to do it?" stated Meruin. Well, she didn't mind. Beating her and helping Tyler would just be hitting two birds with one stone then. "I'll have to challenge you again sometime in the future, now that I think about it. You're responsible for one of the biggest milestones I've had so far, so I can use you to measure just how much I've improved."
David inspected his things. Satisfied, he arranged his stuff in a (sorta) orderly manner and He changed out of his jacket and into a sleeveless jersey. He usually wore those jackets because people got uncomfortable when they saw his body - it was a just bit more muscular than normal. And by just a bit, we mean a lot - but this was a summer camp. Eventually he would have to stop wearing his jacket, so he decided it would be now rather than later. Besides, fire pit usually meant fire, and that meant sweating. He'd rather have less clothes on if that were the case. The tall boy stepped out of his cabin and walked towards the fire pit. He grinned as he spotted Alison and Autumn. "Aaand I'm back~. So how are your cabins? Do you have any roomates yet?" he asked, casually sitting next to Autumn.
Well Autumn, since you've taken so much bait, I'll send you the coup de grace~
Reina was unable to react to the sword coming towards her . . . but then again, she didn't need to. The various barriers around her person stopped the sword from coming even a foot close to her. Leaping off the woman she just landed on - that was embarrassing - she eyed her attacker warily. "Excuse me, but perhaps there's been a bit of a misunderstanding . . ."she began wit explanation. "That was an accident you see. Perhaps we can put down the sword and I won't have to level your building, yes?" Damn it, giving out threats was no good! she scolded herself - but Reina never has been the best with hiding her aggressiveness. In case he decided to pursue the fight, Reina's trigger for magic in her mind already cocked and ready to fire.
Attacking right of the bat huh? xD
Reina Wisdom really wished she paid attention to that shopkeeper now. She was told that the landscape of Shirandi Kingdom had changed considerably since the battle with the Demon King, and that the old maps were obsolete. She was told to wait a week until the new, more accurate maps arrived, before setting off for the capital, but she insisited on journying ahead anyway. I mean, how much could a county's landscape change anyway? Of course, like with most of her decisions when it comes to travelling, that came to bite her in the rear. She should have known that battles with Demons Kings would cause whole mountains to disappear off the maps and for entire roads to just vanish! "Argh! That does it, I'm teleporting straight there!" she shouted in frustration. No matter how much the landscape changed, after all, the capital was still in the capital. As long as she had a general sense of where it was, Spatial-Transfer Magic was possible. She wanted to avoid using magic if possible, since she was trying to be incognito, but at this rate, she would never get there in time to fit her plans . . . Calling upon her magic, Reina's vision blurred for a second, before her surroundings changed . . . Hm? Why is it so dark . . . and soft? Landing on top of the Kings wife would feel like that yes. "Huh?"
Very well, let us begin the battle . . . but first: Do we start dragging our other characters here eventually, or just stick to these two? Personally, I don't think the universe can handle that :P
