James woke up shortly after sunrise, getting up and stretching as he yawned, putting on his kippah. He went downstairs, and poured out some coffee that had been brewed the previous day. He looked down at his watch, and saw the time. He could let Thomas stay in bed for a bit longer, but they would need to leave for they synagogue in just over an hour. James decided to read the newspaper for a bit to pass the time.

James saw that it was eight, and decided to wake Thomas up. They would need to leave in 45 minutes, and they still needed breakfast. He went up to his room, picked up His kippah, and threw it onto him. "Get up," he told him, "I'll be serving breakfast in five minutes." James then when back downstairs.
Thomas rolled out of bed, looking at the clock on his wall. It was already eight o' clock, and he had to leave in less than an hour. Thomas walked downstairs, and sat at the table, reading a sports magazine whilst he waited for his father to serve up breakfast.
If nobody wants to be Thomas's fling/girlfriend I'll make her myself in a few hours. Let me know if you do.
