Jacob didn't get the chance to hear much of anything before Jason asked if his pistol was ready. It did get annoying, hearing the same old phrase as often as he did, but it was his job, and he was good at it, so it didn't bother him too much. Still it wouldn't hurt to throw in a hey, how are you doing, now and then. "Yeah, I got it ready for you. I would have brought it if I knew you'd be here," he said. "You know where my shop is, you can pick it up anytime."

He then turned to the rest of the group. "If anyone else gave me their gun, you can pick it up whenever. I finished all of my orders about an hour ago," he said. It was true; he had spent the entire day cleaning guns, probably in preparation for the trip. Of course, Jacob doubted a lot of people knew his intentions. He didn't make a habit of talking about it, not that he had much of an opportunity. He was still relatively new to the group, so not a lot of people came to talk to him, nor did he go out of his way to do the same. His isolationist attitude held strong, though the supposed promise of finding a more or less permanent settlement did sound pretty inviting. He had his doubts, sure, but he never liked staying in one spot for extended periods of time, unless of course it is like this place everyone seems to be talking about. Either way, it seemed like if he did decide to go with these people he would basically be committed to staying.

That was when Alexia walked in and put some medicine on the table. Good timing that someone brought some extra supplies just as everyone was talking about the trip. Speaking of which, he figured it was time he joined the conversation. "Just for the record, I'm planning on leaving as well, though I don't feel comfortable with leaving everyone else without a gunsmith. If you don't mind, I'd like a day or two to teach someone a few basic things, or at least write up some instructions and whatnot."
Don't worry, if he starts one I'll finish it.
I feel like we're derailing this thread a bit, but while we're at it...

America is fucked. We've got too many problems, and every stupid solution that our "leaders" come up with end up making more problems, either that or the top 10 richest people in the country paid them off to do it. Our entire government infrastructure is completely corrupted and fucked up with little hope of recovery.

Fuck this place, I'm moving to Finland or something.
6/10. The quote is funny, but that smoke ghost demon thing kinda creeps the hell out of me. What even is that?

7/10. I wasn't a big fan of Watchmen, but Doctor Manhattan was pretty cool.
