I do the Sci-fi, fantasy, urban fantasy, Dark fantasy and steampunk thing when it comes to roleplays. I'm pretty straight forward

Ian's response is done. Kinda short but I've done a lot of writing today and I think it satisfies the situation. Any more text probably would have been excessive

As Ian came out of his turn he slammed into a man who had seemly appeared out of no where. The force of the impact should have floored the man but he didn’t even budge. Ian had time to take it all in, in the few seconds before he crashed to the floor hard. His fatigued brain couldn’t even comprehend what had happened as he sat on the ground. Tasting blood he realized Fidrieon had smashed him in the mouth. With a grimace Ian levered himself up off the ground and looked at the man he had smashed right into. He didn’t even appear phased in the slightest. How the hell was that even possible? Ian was no lightweight, in fact he weighed in at a solid 190 pounds of almost pure Martial Arts muscle. And this guy hadn’t flinched.
Ready for anything Ian brushed his hair out of his face. “My apologies for running into you friend I didn’t see you there until it was far too late. You’ll have to forgive me I have had a rather long day.” As Ian took in the man in front of him from the way he stood to his dress he concluded that he was probably as nutty as the rest of the people at the Academy and that this was going to be a far more interesting conversation than Ian probably wanted to have at this juncture.

A couple of questions:1) Where did he get the Holocron? Did they just let him take one, or did he find it?2) Will we be taking it with us? Sounds like it could be nice to have. We don't really need it, though.3) Is there a story behind the Krayt Dragon Pearl? It never mentioned him living on Tatooine, so he either went there for some reason and killed it then, or bought it.
1. Found, he is a veteran of the Jedi civil war and he aquired it as a trophy originally but after he was inducted into the order its worth became apparent. He is willing to return it to the academy after he has completed learning all he can from it.
2. That is up to you guys, as far as Avory is concerned The Holocron is on loan to him from the Order as it was never his to begin with so if the Order wants it back he'll return it to him.
3. During the time between serving in the Civil Wars and his induction into the Academy Avory was hired to help hunt the dragons on Tatooine for a time, the pearl was part of his pay and was originally a part of his double lightsaber but when he constructed his blue lightsaber he moved the Pearl to the new lightsaber.

Avory is best described as prudent. While he is more than capable of resorting to force if a problem calls for it Avory is more inclined to try and solve a problem through diplomacy.This seems like an odd personality for a Guardian but his combat skills were the reason he chose to become a Guardian as it allows him to serve the Order to the best of his abilities even though his mind set is closer to that of a Consular. His current inclinations on the world and how he should interact with it are quite new as his time with the Jedi has allowed him to contemplate his previous mindset.
Prior to his time with the Jedi Avory served as a highly trained Mandalorian soldier and his attitude reflected it. When Avory becomes agitated or angry he is often inclined to give in to the urge to use violence to solve problems, however it should be noted that Avory is highly disciplined both physically and mentally. Avory does his best to keep his temper in check and aspires to maintain the highest levels of serenity a Jedi can achieve.
Reason for joining the Jedi: After battling the Jedi in the Mandalorian Wars and again in the Jedi Civil War as a mercenary hired by Revan, Avory came to realise that the Mandalorian ideals regarding honor and violence no longer agreed with his own feelings about how things should be. Additionally while fighting under Revan he Avory discovered that he was naturally force sensitive, Revan also discovered this and had begun to train Avory as a Sith before he was captured by the Jedi council. Avory soon defected and after the return of The Exile sought training in the ways of the Jedi in order to redeem his past and come to peace with a universe where he had only perpetuated violence.
Master:
Avory was originally a Padawan of Master Vrook but his training in both saber combat and the ways of the force allowed him to quickly progress to the rank of Jedi Knight and as a result he no longer has a Master
History:
Avory was born on Iridonia in a less than fortunate family so when the Mandalorian Wars broke out Avory left Iridonia to journey to Mandalore where he swore fealty to the Mandalorian Clans and was inducted in as a soldier. Through out the war Avory distinguished himself as an excellent soldier and a ruthless combatant. Avory quickly earned a place in Mandalorian society as a celebrated Soldier and a skilled warrior. After the Mandalorian Wars Avory sided with Revan in the Jedi Civil war initially as a mercenary and assassin fighting against the republic forces. When Avory discovered his talents in the force Revan quickly inducted him into the Sith order and began teaching him the secrets of the Sith assassin. When Revan was captured by the Jedi Order Avory saw his opportunity to leave the Sith forces. After which Avory wandered the galaxy leaving as a mercenary and gun for higher dodging Sith and Republic forces.
When The Exile returned to the Jedi Order Avory decide it was time for him to change his ways. Avory made his way to Dantooine where he surrendered to the Jedi Order and made it clear that he wished to repent the ways of the dark side and serve as a Jedi within the Order. Two years was all it took for Avory to learn the ways of the Jedi and to pass the trails of Knighthood. Avory has since left Dantooine to continue his training on Naboo in the lakes district away from the world where he may hone his skills and prepare himself for the trails to come. Avory is in possession of one of the Jedi holocrons which is how he continues to hone his saber and force skills.
Note: Avory has several sets of gear one as a jedi, one from his time as a Sith and one from his time as a Mandalorian. Avory never makes use of the Sith gear but he keeps it as a reminder of his darkest times. Avory rarely makes use of the Mandalorian gear as it limits his ability to use the force severely.[/hider]
