Suddenly Akairo flew back into a wall, "You sassy son of a bitch." He got back up, in front of him was a Kishen staring directly at him, "Alright you wanna play! Sukunai, Gōsuto!" The two siblings spoke in unison as they changed into their weapon form, "Got it!" Akairo stood ready to fight as the Kishen charged, he dodged the brutes attack and cursed when he saw three more Kishens charging after him. "Alright guys, let's dance." He spun around and slashed the first Kishen across the neck decapitating it. Then he turned facing the other three and charged, shooting a lighting ball and destroying two of them. "Last one, you got this Sukunai?" Sukunai giggled with excitement, "Of coarse." Akairo swung the fire claw at the Kishen, when the claw made contact the Kishen erupted into flames and exploded. After killing all four Kishens Sukunai and Gōsuto devoured two Kishen souls each. Gōsuto sighed, "I guess that means we have no where to live now." Akairo punched a nearby wall, "Yeah."

Akairo rubbed the back of his head, "You don't have to hit me so hard, that one hurt." Gōsuto patted him on the head, "I'm sorry, next time I'll make sure to knock you out so I don't have to hear you complain all the time." Sukunai was laughing so hard she feel on the floor. Gōsuto shook his head and chuckled a bit, "Come on you two we got to go," He waved at Tatsuya and Hikaru, "Thanks, we enjoyed the time." Akairo smirked, "Who said I enjoyed it?" Gōsuto grabbed him by the collar and started dragging him off, "Come on Sukunai, don't want to keep them waiting." Sukunai got up and followed them, "I'm coming!" She turned and waved at Tatsuya and Hikaru, "Bye!" And with that the three walked towards the city.

Maktane finished off the group of creatures and walked over to the room sheathing his sword, "Well, let's see what's in it." They went inside, it was an open room with nothing much in it besides a couple chests laying randomly across the room, "Hold on guys don't touch anything, these might be traps." He cautiously went to a chest and started inspecting without trying to open it.

Sukunai stuck her tongue out at Tatsuya, "Oh please, you wish you were cool." She laughed to herself. Gōsuto stood and watched the three interact, he chuckled a little. Akairo suddenly appeared next to him a smirk on his face as if nothing had happened, "I went easy on you, I didn't even try to win. I didn't want to hurt your feelings." Gōsuto punched him in the head, "And the prodigal douche bag returns." Gōsuto sighed a bit and continued to watch the other three talk.

Sukunai smiled, "You were awesome!" she ran over and hugged Hikaru. Gōsuto looked at Tatsuya and shook his head, "It's not a matter of just holding it for long enough, see, our soul resonance is a bit different from other peoples. With ours there needs to be an extensive amount of soul energy building within Akairo, but the amount it needs would be humanly impossible, except for Akairo's case, but even he can take a lot of damage from holding it." He glanced over to where Akairo had walked off, "He's already almost died about twice trying to hold it, but I don't think his body can handle that much power just yet."

Another lizard started to swing at Kaito from behind, but Maktane shot inside and slashed it across the torso with his sword killing it in one shot. "That was a close one," He turned back towards Vixen smiling a little, "Don't worry, we've got your back." With that he turned around destroying another lizard. "What?" He said surprised, "Guys they have small daggers on there back and I think they have poisoned tips." He started to run toward a couple of the monsters, "Don't let them hit you with it."

Gōsuto looked at the two shaking his head, "It's not your fault, sometimes Akairo can get over his head, he'll be fine in an hour or so." Sukunai frowned a bit, "Yeah, if you noticed the black bandage on his nose, that was from the last time we tried our soul resonance... It didn't turn out so good as you can probably tell."

"Oh really you wanna...." Akairo was cut of as Gōsuto spoke, "We can't do that Akairo, we aren't ready. You can barely hold on to the damn thing for a few seconds, I doubt you'd be able to hold it for that long in the egotistical state you're in." Gōsuto turned back into his human form, "I know you want to show off, so you can prove that you don't need people's pity and help, but I don't want to risk losing a close friend. Death told you himself, if we try the soul resonance and can't successfully pull it off, it will put to much pressure on your body and you'll die." Sukunai also turned into her human form and gave Akairo a hug, "It's okay, Gōsuto and I know you're awesome," she smiled at him. Akairo looked down at the ground, "Yeah..... You're right... I need to go do something, I'll be right back." He walked away in silence, "Is he going to be okay Gōsuto?" Sukunai looked up at him worried, "Don't worry, he'll be back," He placed a hand on her head and smiled, "Just like last time."

Akairo only responded with maniacal laughter, He stood both claws on either side of him. Then both started to glow he swung on arm in front of him and the other behind him. He ran at a group of about 10 dummies and jumped swinging his arms the other way making him spiral. He spun at inhuman speeds as a small tornado of fire and electricity surrounded him. The tornado expanded reaching every dummy, then the swirling winds were sucked back to Akairo who stopped spinning. When his foot touched the floor a circle of fire and lightning expanded and exploded making a crater where the dummies use to be. "I can do this all day." Akairo stood in a crater steam from the heat of the explosion rising around him.

Akairo grinned, "That's easy... You ready Gōsuto?" He raised the lightning claw into the air, "Leave it to me." Suddenly the claw started to glow and electricity started to burst from it. Akairo pulled his arm back and swung it forward, a large ball of electricity shot forward toward the furthest dummy. When it hit it's target the entire dummy exploded and ripped a small hole into the ground. "Was that a bit too much?" Gōsuto asked his voice coming from the electric claw. "That was awesome!" Sukunai's voice chimed in emanating from the fire claw. Akairo smirked at Tatsuya, "So, you still think you can one up me?"
