Btw, REALLY late reply about Ebil's arc. xD:

Ebil Bunny said - Elijah chose to make the HPA, and is the founder CEO of the HPA

^I like this idea a lot more than just Dani being the 'innocent sponsor'. It'd be like a clash between his old self and his current self without all his memories right?

And if we go with this one, then it makes more sense why the HPA would want to take Dani 'back' from Athalia. Perhaps in hopes that they can do something about his memory once he returns and get him to lead them again along with all the perks of having a rich leader.

Then... If people (Maria? Students?) refuse to 'return' Dani claiming he is a part of the academy now, the HPA can start attacking the academy as retaliation and maybe even as a part of demonstrating their cause against supernatural beings?

Just throwing some ideas around. ^^; Not sure how Ebil or anyone else would feel about them.
– Vee

Vee couldn’t help but let out a laugh when Altaire called Beast ‘intimidating’. Now that was the last adjective she would’ve personally associated with the giant softy. “Naaah~!” She waved a paw in front of her in a dismissive manner. “No really. You should try jumping on him with the biggest form you can mimic. You’ll see how much of a pushover he is. And if he dares to scare you…” She gave him a wide grin, “I’ll join in with you and jump until we knock the wind out of him.”

“Not a ditto? Hm…” She tried to think of any other pokemon that could mimic others with such ease, but couldn’t think of anything else. There was a nagging feeling in the back of her mind that she was missing a rather obvious, though unlikely, possibility. Unfortunately, she couldn’t quite recall any other likely pokemon at the moment. ‘Ah well. Mulling over it on my own like this probably isn’t going to get me anywhere.’

Her ears prickled as she heard that Altaire was a male after all. She silently did a small victory lap in her imagination as she thought, ‘Yes! I knew it! I was right!’ Now if it was around any of the other members of the village, she would have actually done the victory lap, regardless of how people stared. But the thought of scaring Altaire again barely managed to keep her in check to behave like a proper, mature adult. Barely. “Really now? Do you borrow Jazz’s form at times?” She asked, looking at Altaire’s fluffy tail instead of directly into his eyes.

With almost impeccable timing, though with enough time for Altaire to answer her back if he wished, Jazz suddenly descended into their midst and she watched the shy pokemon (Altaire) morph into a Jolteon. ‘Heh, it’s almost like watching me evolve.’ Vee grinned widely. “Found us? We’re not playing hide and seek Jazz.” She trotted over to the Jolteon and suddenly gave her a light head-butt on the nose. “Tag! You’re it!” Taking clear advantage of her sudden announcement, Vee suddenly bolted away from Jazz, leaped over Rin, and ran deeper into the forest while calling back, “First one caught is a giant Snorlax! And must touch one of Akira’s tails as punishment~~!”
– Kathy

Kathy felt her arm pulled back with a slight jerk as Crash stumbled over his sentence, and something a lot more material jutting out of the ground. “Er, you alright there?” She asked, feeling more concerned from the fact she couldn’t see as well anymore. “We can slow down even more if you want. Or even stop for a moment. The stars aren’t going to run away anytime soon.” Worries aside, she couldn’t help but think, ‘How very Crash-like. He follows Murphy’s law so rigorously it seems like a part of him.’ Hearing his question she admitted, “The latter. I’m ashamed to say that I probably couldn’t identify anything aside from the big dipper.” And in fact, she wasn’t entirely confident about identifying that one either. ‘It should be easy to tell the big and little dipper apart… Right?’ She was about 75% sure that the one constellation she could actually point at was the big dipper. The rest of the 25%, she was worried she had been calling the little dipper the big dipper this entire time.

Feeling more warm fingers close around her previously-free hand, Kathy turned to face Alex and give him a smile for holding hands with her. However, the first expression to cross her face was one of surprise. She had expected to be looking down at a pixie-sized boy, or perhaps someone who was only as tall as her hip-level. Instead, Alex was in his teenage form again and tall enough to look her directly into her eyes. She momentarily turned away from him, feeling a lot shyer than before at his change in appearance. ‘He’s still Alex.’ She reminded herself, ‘He’s still the small boy that asked if you could be his mommy.’ Turning back to face the blue-haired boy, she managed a convincing-enough smile through the bit of nervousness she now felt. She clasped her fingers around Alex’s hand to hold his hand back, but with her other hand she gave Crash’s hand a small squeeze. Almost as if to reaffirm that the shapeshifter was still there.

She was beginning to think neither of these boys were very good for her heart. She had pretty much landed herself in the middle of a heart-attack sandwich.

Kathy found herself falling into a sort of natural silence as they walked on. With her pulse finally beginning to even out a bit, the only sounds really reaching her ears were their soft footsteps against the grass and the occasional twig that snapped under their feet. ‘Should I say something?’ She wondered. She actually didn’t mind the silence all too much, but she didn’t know how Crash or Alex felt about it. The last thing she wanted was for them to feel awkward just continuing on like this in silence. Luckily for her, someone else decided to take the initiative before she ended up in a round and round spiral of thoughts, wondering whether or not she should try to mediate some sort of conversation between them.

“Plans? Let’s see…” Despite the usual light and friendly tone she used, Kathy was busy racking her brain for something to reply back with. The real answer to Crash’s question was: ‘Nothing. I didn’t plan anything out.’ Not only was this an incredibly boring answer, it also seemed like a rather awkward way to accidentally end the conversation off at a stand-still. “Oh!” Unable to hide her small delight upon thinking of a better answer she continued, “I’m going to go through some of my picture albums and get them organized. I’ll um… Let you know when you can come by and pick one for our trade.” She told Crash, smiling in the darkness. ‘After I hide all the embarrassing and bad photos.’ She thought silently. Speaking of photos, she wondered if she could go to Maria and ask if they could all have a group photo on one of the beaches. Even for Athalia it didn’t seem like a common thing to have all the students gathered in a tropical paradise, and she thought it would be a good keepsake for the memories in the future.

She gave Alex a chance to reply to Crash as well (both questions), then turned to the boy for a question of her own. “By the Alex… Just how old are you exactly?” Obviously unaware of the fact Crash had been avoiding this question, Kathy asked Alex this straight out of her own curiosity. She had seen him as a very young pixie, a fully grown adult even bigger than herself, and as this teenager close to her own age. In her mind she retained the image that he just an innocent and adorable little boy, but she began to worry that perhaps she was wrong. Alex’s hand, which she could tell was slightly bigger than her own, truly strengthened the small doubt she felt in her mind.
– Leroy

Leroy laughed. “To tell you the truth, I’d never heard of Bakeneko myself until I met my roommate.” He leaned against the table with one arm and the hand supporting his chin as he continued, “Apparently he’s not just a shapeshifter or cat, being a completely different species altogether but I haven’t heard enough detail about what a Bakeneko is yet to try to educate someone else about them.”

“The beach?” He repeated, raising a brow in question with a highly intrigued look on his face. “How was that event anyway? I skipped out on it since it seemed like it required a lot of moving around but I was fairly curious to know what everyone was doing then.” And he wondered just what sort of activity they could have possibly done to involve a random kitten strolling around on the sandy surfaces of the beach. Or rather… What exactly was a small kitten doing on the island in the first place? Surely it couldn’t have been a feral kitten from the wild right? But in that case, it seemed even weirder that the domestic animal would just be wandering around the island without a proper owner. “No owner to claim Sunflower? He or…” Leroy would have guessed female from the name, but he’d known plenty of male AND female ‘Snowball’s, ‘Fluffy’s, and ‘Smokey’s.

Shrugging he replied, “That’s what I would guess. Never met heard of a dorm that allows pets but… Who knows. With all the crazy things that go on in Athalia, a pet is probably the last thing the principal would be worried about. Maybe you can just keep him.” Funny enough, Garden ended up answering his question even without him having to really ask. ‘Little guy’ was a fairly obvious cue after all.

He decided to answer Garden’s question before continuing on with a couple of his own. “I’m actually just planning to camp the night here, so I’ll still be around even after everyone else leaves.” He explained, purposely keeping out the exact reason why he intended to stay at the lounge overnight in the first place. Leroy was just stalling for time. If Garden didn’t inquire about it any further then that was that, but in case she decided to ask about it then he needed to prepare an answer to give her soon. “By the way, what did you mean by ‘dance a bit with the flora’?”
I believe I can probably get a post out tomorrow, but just in case:

Woke up rather ill this morning and normally it'd clear up quickly, but I can't let my body get a good rest due to work... T_T Still think I can post soon. Mostly just a warning in case I take longer than expected and letting anyone that's waiting for me know that I am still around. ^^;

– Kathy

Her cheeks became tinted with a red hue again as Crash asked a rhetorical question. “You’re being evil again.” Kathy pointed out with a fake pout on her face. She had been expecting to go pick up the towels together if they agreed, but the shapeshifter ended up just bringing enough for all 3 of them on his own. She let out a laugh. “I’m not the only one eager for all this I see.” Though Crash’s corgi form had only been a temporary one back at the beach, it somehow seemed oddly fitting for his personality. “Good boy.” She told him, grinning at her subtle joke.

Feeling Crash’s fingers gently wrap around her own, she felt a small urge to pull her hand back. Successfully keeping this embarrassment-based reaction of hers suppressed she actually managed to also tighten her grip so she was actually holding his hand back instead of letting it lie limp in his grasp. Still, she could not keep all the blood from rushing to her face again. ‘Aaaah, this is so pathetic.’ She thought, feeling even more embarrassed at how greatly this was affecting her despite the fact she had been the one to suggest it in the first place. In fact, it was exactly what she had wanted. Kathy could feel her heart beating a mile a minute and was fairly certain that Alex (with how close he was to her) could hear it and maybe Crash could even feel her pulse from her fingertips. She didn’t know if that was actually possible, but it sure felt like it was with her hand heating up at the contact.

‘With all the blood rushing to my head and hands, how in the world do I still have some left for the rest of my body?’ She wondered, temporarily lapsing into a moment of confusion and randomness.

Kathy was brought out of her random thoughts when Alex jumped off and declared the start of an adventure as he flew upside down. Laughing again, she pointed off in the right direction for their destination and added, “Let’s make sure we’re going in the right way though.” Smiling she thought, ‘He’s adorable. I wonder if this is how it would feel to have a younger sibling?’ She offered her other hand to Alex. “Do you want to hold my hand as well? It’d be a good way for us to all stay together.” Or he could always just return to sit on her shoulder once more. She didn’t mind either method but decided to offer another to Alex as well.

Nodding to both of them, she began to walk on with Crash and Alex (making sure the small boy was either following properly, holding her hand, or comfortably on her shoulder again) into the forest. Hidden in the darkness, she felt less embarrassed about how red her face was or the fact she was holding Crash’s hand. She still felt extremely self-conscious, but she could calm down a little. “Careful. Let’s go a bit slowly and let our eyes adjust.” She told them, though mostly directing her warning for a certain clumsy individual.
– Leroy

“Leroy.” He answered, smiling in a warm and friendly manner as he nodded before taking the offered seat. He was quite happy to receive the invitation seeing as he thought he might’ve been quite bored until he found a place to use as a temporary place to sleep in for the night. “It was my pleasure fair lady, though I apologize for the sudden intrusion.” Now, Leroy had no idea if Garden’s manner of speaking was actually normal for her, but for now he decided to just mimic it. Not really in mockery or the desire to be as polite as she was, but simply because he could.

Looking at the small kitten in Garden’s arms, his smile grew wider. ‘Small and young, but apparently more perceptive than most.’ He thought, feeling like applauding the small animal for being able to recognize something humans just never seemed to be able to detect. “Perhaps the kitty doesn’t like the scent of my roommate? He’s a bakeneko, and someone quite similar to a cat. I’ve heard that cats are sometimes hostile towards the scent of other cats.” Leroy told her, offering a logical-sounding reason that was entirely wrong. He didn’t even notice that he slipped back into his normal manner of speaking. Already having lost interest in being extra-polite after getting distracted by the kitty named ‘Sunflower’.

“I didn’t actually think the academy allowed pets.” Leroy commented, looking curiously at Sunflower. “Or is that small cat in your arms actually not a pet at all and another student?” He was half-joking, but by now he had begun to learn that not everything moved according to common sense within Athalia.

Turning his attention back to Garden he asked, “Any reason why you’re not heading somewhere else like the others?” He gestured around them at the lack of students compared to the large group that had gathered around from Maria’s announcement.
Submitting some Arc ideas for the... Very far future? XD:

Title: V for Vendetta Valentine

Villains: TBA

Arc: The official Athalia Valentine’s Day tradition follows that of the oriental culture: It is a day where the ladies have a chance to show their affections for someone of the opposite/same gender by giving someone chocolate. Though couples are, of course, free to celebrate Valentine’s Day as they wish it’s a great excuse for the female students to let their unshared feelings known along with everyone else during the commercial-based hype in the name of choco- I mean, because they've all been shot by cupid's arrow. Yeah. That's it. And of course it's a great way to remind that special someone that they are loved.

Valentine's Day Traditions:
- The females are the ones to prepare the gifts (chocolate).
- The ladies may prepare 'obligatory' chocolate which is usually just cheap/normal chocolate one could buy at a grocery store just to hand out to co-workers and/or friends. No romantic feelings.
- 'Handmade' chocolate is considered the ultimate way of displaying romantic affections for someone on Valentine's Day. Even more than expensive brand-name chocolate (Though ladies that cannot cook are known to 'cheat' like this. xD)

'Course, just letting students know about the tradition and letting them hand over the chocolate at their own leisure is no fun at all. And so, there's a special catch to all this. As the girls happily wrap their chocolates and get ready for their special day... They suddenly find that their chocolate has disappeared! One minute it was there, the next it is gone! Where is it? No one knows for certain, but as the chocolates disappear the guys find a mysterious letter addressed to them with some sort of hint as to where something 'precious' may be.

((In short: All the girls' chocolates will disappear and be hidden away somewhere in the academy. The guys are handed hints as to where the chocolates are but... The clue they are given is for a random chocolate. xD Meaning, the one they can find may not be the one that's meant for them. Goal 1: Find the chocolate! Goal 2: Get the chocolate to the correct person! xDD And ALL chocolate will be hidden, including the obligatory ones. :P))

Involved: Everyone. Especially for characters with a love interest (fulfilled or otherwise).

When: Jan or Feb.ish?

NOTE: The places where the chocolates are hidden and the hint distributed should all be decided and handed out at the beginning of the game so everyone can hunt at their own leisure. Though a lot of interaction may be needed to trade chocolates/hints to get the right ones. xD
Title: 'Forget Me Not' OR 'Simply Irresistable'

Villains: TBA

Arc: White Day is on March 14th, and it's the day when the gents must give return gifts to the girls for giving them chocolate on Valentine's Day! But even if the poor gents did not receive any chocolate, it is now their chance to appeal to the girl of their dreams with a lavish gift!

White Day Traditions:
- The males are the ones to prepare the gifts.
- The gents can prepare 'obligatory gifts' (gifts just handed out to return the favour for the chocolates, and for co-workers and/or friends). Or, they can prepare a gift to actually show that they return the affections of the girl or to display their unrequited ones.
- Gifts can vary greatly, unlike Valentine's Day. Generally tradition is to prepare a 'white' treat. For example, marshmallow, cake, white candy, white chocolate, etc... But some gents choose to go all out for things such as clothing or even jewelry (once again, usually white in colour).
-It is considered a social obligation to at least give a gift to any female that has given them chocolate. Failure to do so will result in public shaming within the academy (because this is more interesting).

As with Athalia tradition... No major event must go as planned! xD

Idea 1: Most (if not all) the girls within the academy receive a small and modest package on their doorstep: a bag of marshmallows in a clear wrap tied off with a white bow. The tag reads 'From Your Secret Admirer' and appears to be a gift for White Day. It is left right by their bed, on the desk, or some other conspicuous area in their room. How it was left there is unknown, and though this may be considered by some it's not entirely improbable that someone with a special ability for this has left the gift there without ever even having stepped into the room.

What they don't know is... The marshmallows have been 'enchanted'. Anyone that eats it automatically forgets everything about the person 'most' important to them. They retain all their other memories and do not even realize they have lost a portion of their memories (the brain is good at filling in gaps like that, surprisingly enough). The cure is... Well, that's what they have to find isn't it? XD

Idea 2: Most (if not all) the guys within the academy receive a small and modest package on their doorstep (because I am original and creative like that xD): a small vial left in a plain-looking cardboard box with the tag that reads 'From an Anonymous Supporter'. Only ONE box is left behind the door of the shared male dormitory (meaning: 1 bottle between 2 roommates). Within the box is the tagged vial, and a small card with the instructions:
'A whiff will get notice. Some drops will earn affection. The entire bottle for their heart. Add to something sweet for best results.'

((Translation: Having someone smell the liquid inside will make them notice the person more. A few drops will give small feelings of affection/crush. The entire bottle will make someone fall in love. All the effects will work for the FIRST person the affected sees. :P))

Will anyone use it? On who? And... Just how will the effects last anyway? The answers will be found within the arc... And not because Theo was too lazy to think of them at the moment.

Involved: Everyone. Especially for characters with a love interest (fulfilled or otherwise).

When: Feb. or March-ish? Some time after the Valentine's one.
– Leroy

“Hm?” Leroy looked up with surprise as Little Feather suddenly jumped up to her feet and suddenly left the lounge completely. Though he was puzzled, the characteristic smile on his face only grew wider at her sudden actions. His hand subconsciously went to the pocket of his jeans where he had his precious bottles of ink. ‘Is that because of the emotions I gave her?’ He wondered.

Now, under any other circumstances, he would have followed Little Feather to continue observing her gradual change for as long as he could however… There was one bigsmall problem. His smile faltered slightly as he stood up and looked at the path (or lack of one) that she had gone through. “…” Leroy ran his fingers through his hair, wondering how he was going to get back to the student housing let alone follow Little Feather through the dark forest. In hindsight he probably should have left earlier instead of sticking around to the very end of the game.

He decided to just stay the night at the lounge. There was plenty of space indoors if he wanted a little more privacy, and a lot of comfortable furniture around for him to sleep in. He was quite used to just falling asleep in his personal studio on top of a pile of newspapers or just getting knocked out on top of an old couch anyway. In comparison to those, the comfy lounge chairs seemed almost luxurious to fall asleep on.

Lost in his thoughts as he mulled over his options on potential ways to get back to his room without having to walk through the dark or just staying overnight in the lounge area, he accidentally bumped into the leg of a chair, quite hard. “Oops, pardon me.” He immediately said, reaching out with his hand for the girl (Garden) to grab hold of if her balance became compromised. An on-looking would’ve probably been surprised, perhaps even shocked, to see Leroy be able to reply immediately with ease. Anyone else would’ve been hopping around or lying on the floor in pain from stubbing their toe like that but Leroy barely even seemed to have noticed it. “You alright?”
– Kathy

“Mm. It happens.” She assured Crash, reaching up and giving him a good ruffle of his hair. It felt as though it had been a long time since she had done that. Kathy stopped for a few seconds with her fingers still brushed into his soft red hair. Smiling warmly, she messed his hair up even more than usual and retracted her hand back with a light laugh. “Good thing you weren't the one doing that dare, otherwise you might've gotten penalized for not following the King’s orders.” She was actually glad he didn't do the dare for other reasons, but she decided to leave it at that for now.

Kathy beamed at the two boys. “Great!” It was an idea she only came up with mere moments ago, but she was already excited for it as though it had been something she had been looking forward to for weeks. The nodding at Alex she replied, “That sounds like a good idea. Though...” She looked around, wondering if there were any blankets conveniently lying around for them. Going all the way back to their rooms just to grab a couple of blankets seemed rather troublesome. Eyeing some of the beach towels laid out on the chairs she asked, “Why don’t we use those instead?” She briefly gestured at the beach towels with an open palm to indicate what she was referring to. Otherwise, she thought it probably wasn't too much of a detour to the student houses anyway.

As the boys had some time to think about the suggestion, she looked around them. Most of the students had already left once the end of the game was announced, and the others nearby seemed distracted by their own conversations. Lifting the hand that was opposite of where Alex sat, she brushed her fingers against Crash’s. “Um…” Blushing again, she looked down at their feet instead of up into his eyes as she asked, “C-Can we hold… Hands? So we don’t separate in the dark…?” Her voice grew quieter with each word, though hopefully it was still audible enough.

It was a rather lame excuse to tack on, especially considering she usually just led people around by the wrist. And they didn't need to hold hands yet since they were still in the brightly lit area of the lounge. ‘Smooth Katherine Argall. Smooth.’ She thought, inwardly groaning. But she felt rather conscious of the fact Alex was right there on her shoulder and she felt the need to have some sort of reason to hold hands with Crash. Even if they had been holding hands already down at the beach, she still felt even shyer than usual with a witness around. ‘Alex wouldn't read too deeply into it, right?’ Attempting to bank on the innocent image she had of the blue-haired pixie, she tried not to think about how obvious her actions probably seemed.
EDITED: Lol. I think there's a limit to the amount of inception you can do. xD
