Brynmor: Just north of the Lutetia lies the Kingdom of Brynmor, a land built from riches lying deep within the earth and military might. The kingdom takes pride in its fine steel and luxury gems, boasting both high quality of craftsmanship and purity of the materials. While having no official alliances, many countries have established stable trading partnerships with the kingdom and rely on the exports from Brynmor for their own countries.
A majority of the citizens have jobs involved in mining, crafting, or with the military. Due to long winters and loss of land from mining, agriculture is not a predominant part of the country. Most of the food in Brynmor comes from the imports of other countries, especially those from Lutetia.

Alicia Isolde BrynmorAge: 24
Gender: Female
Bio: Alicia Isolde Brynmor is the first-borne princess of the kingdom. Diligent in her studies and well-known to all due to her constant interaction with citizens at the trading ports, there were many rumors that she was trying hard to prove herself capable of inheriting the crown to lead the country without a husband by her side. Firm with her actions but using gentle words, she exuded a strange charisma that could only be described as something befitting of a future queen.
The lack of a male heir in the royal family had always worried the citizens as they wondered how the king and queen intended to select their successor and, ultimately, who Alicia would marry. To their surprise, Alicia’s marriage to the second prince of Lutetia was announced. Furthermore, it seemed that instead of bringing in Lutetia’s prince as Alicia’s husband within Brynmor, the princess herself was to go to Lutetia and live there in the neighbouring kingdom.
Perhaps it was the shock of having to leave the kingdom for good, but no one could have imagined that the smart, responsible princess would suddenly disappear from the castle after the announcement of her engagement. This is a closely guarded secret within the royal family, however, her absence has most certainly been noticed by others working within the castle. No one seems to know where she is, not even her younger sister.
Maire Lumi Brynmor Age: 18
Gender: Female
Bio: While the citizens are almost equally familiar with Maire’s face as Alicia’s, very few know of her personally or have much comments about her. She could usually be found wherever her elder sister was, seeming to follow Alicia everywhere with a smile on her face. Although she is also diligent in her studies, it seems that she is less interested in actually gaining the knowledge to help the kingdom and more in catching up to her idolized sister.
Except when accompanying her sister, Maire generally kept to herself and rarely left the castle walls of her own free will. The small, enclosed world she imagined in her mind was shattered to pieces when she woke up one morning to find her sister gone with only a single note leaving the word, “Farewell.”
To make matters worse, she must now take her first steps into the outside world… Pretending to be her sister. Both she and her family was reluctant to do this, however, they could no longer keep stalling the marriage for a princess that could not be found.
Evan GranerAge: 27
Gender: Male
Bio: A (former) member of the King’s personal guards. He is one of the few members outside of Bynmor’s royal family that has been trusted with the secret about the princesses. His loyalty lies not with the kingdom or the royal family, but with the King and the King alone. He seems to be by Maire’s side to guard her and help to ensure the engagement can proceed as planned, but there may be other duties he was told to complete in secret…
Elouise Marva BrynmorAge: 47
Gender: Female
Bio: Queen Elouise is the legitimate wife of the King Reagan and birth mother of both Alicia and Maire. She retains a surprisingly youthful appearance for her age, although her once golden-blonde hair has now darkened to a light brown over the years. She expresses a strong interest in alchemy, personally working and contributing to the work done by the Royal Alchemists of Brynmor. While she seems concerned with the state of the kingdom, she leaves all political decisions to her husband and only acts to provide support for his actions when necessary.
