Hi all! First of all, I appreciate the hell out of you for taking the time to read my post. It was really cool of you to do that, but now just keep reading and let's make something really great happen together!

So, a little bit about me first. I was a long-time member of this guild and quite a few other roleplay forums for years and years, up until about two years ago when I started a little family all of my own and simply lost the free time required to roleplay. Now though, I'm back with a vengeance and a serious hankering for some high-quality stories and world building. I don't tend to have many rules or boundaries for the stories I play, but I want everything to make sense if and when it happens. I don't stan random sex in the middle of us taking down the pirate lord who has been ravaging our sea for generations. We're here to make stories together. I'm sure there are other websites you can go to if you want naughty things and nothing besides that. As mentioned, I am just now beginning to get back into the flow of forum roleplaying, and as such please bear with me as I iron out the kinks. I do consider myself a high-casual to advanced roleplayer, but it'll take me some revving up to get there.

As for my stories, I like to build them with my partner. What I am going to post is a general list of pairings and scenarios that I find interesting or intriguing enough to base a roleplay around, but what I want more than anything is to build a world and story together from the ground up. In my experience with 1x1 roleplays, those have always been the most rewarding for the pair as we both have a true stake in the world that we are writing within. That's not to say that I don't want to hear your ideas though! I love playing out ideas that my partners have created, just as long as I can add my own little bit of flair to them as well. Like I said, I think the best worlds in roleplays are created together, but plots on the other hand can kick ass just coming from one person's creative mind. I'm eager to play out any plots that have been sitting in your head unfounded as long as we can build a world around them!

There was most likely a lot of redundancy there, but the point stands. Collaboration. World-building. Stakes (Yum!). Fun!

Now for the nitty-gritty guidelines that I abide by:

Guidelines

1) Please be respectful! I'm pretty easy-going, but don't take advantage of that. Treat others how you want to be treated and so on and so forth.

2) I play at a high-casual level! I don't expect that in return, but what I do expect is a nice, juicy, well-written post that gives me plenty to play off of. Nothing is more dismaying is a roleplaying partner that you have to drag along through the story tooth and nail.

3) Respond at least once every 1-3 days. Like I stated, I have a family and won't be able to respond countless times a day, but I would like to run at least a semi-active game that I can stay invested in.

4) All 18+ themes are fine, but they have to make sense. I don't want a partner that just rushes the 18+ themes and then ghosts me once they get what they want out of the story.

5) I play FxF, or MxF pairings! I do lean towards female roles, but I am versatile and ask that you please be the same.

6) I prefer to play through PM's. It's easier for me to keep track of than through posts.

7) If you're interested, PM me! I miss posts in threads a lot and I don't want to miss out on a story with you!

Modern-Day

• A Pair of Thieves - Think modern-day Bonnie and Clyde. Or Bonnie and Bonnie. Or Clyde and Clyde. I'm down for whatever.
• Friends taking an off year from university to go exploring. Whether that be through the jungle, mountains, or just a foreign city.
• Investigative reporter going on tour with a controversial pop/rock star to get the inside scoop.
• Writer moving to a small town to get away from the rush of the modern world, there they meet someone new that changes their life.
• Undercover Officer/Criminal
• I'm open to any suggestions when it comes to slice of life. I'm a sucker for it.

Fantasy

• Forbidden romance between heirs to two rival kingdoms.
• Runaway heir to a kingdom that has been overthrown is hidden by a simple farmer on the far outskirts of the kingdom that was once theirs.
• A traveling tournament knight and their squire.
• Two new members of an adventurer's guild who are forced to work their first assignment together despite their differences as no one else is a low enough level in the guild to take such a quest.
• Two mage apprentices at a prestigious magic school.
• An escaped witch/wizard from a prison in a kingdom where magic is outlawed taking up with a merchant traveling to a far-away land in search of new fortunes.
• Bounty hunter/Their bounty
• Once again, there are too many options with fantasy for me to name them! If you have an idea, I'm open to listening!

Sci-Fi

• A pair of space-faring criminals on the run from their latest heist and who are already planning their next.
• Two surviving members of an exploratory vessel's crash landing who are attempting to survive on the planet thought to be a potential "next Earth".
• A pair of bounty hunters tracking down the system's greatest threats.
• Two individuals stranded in a ship lost in space. When they send out a distress signal, it is not help who comes knocking.

Fandoms

• Pokemon, but a more grounded and mature take on it with adult protagonists

New Here Once Again!

Hello everyone! After a long, two-ish year, break from roleplaying I'm back and so happy to be here. I used to be very active on both RPG and other roleplaying forums and websites, but slowly drifted off due to work and starting my own real-life family. Now that life has calmed down and COVID has left me stranded at home without a job, I gravitated back to this forum as a way to find fulfillment in my free time at home while the baby sleeps or is at her daycare! I hope to hop back in and find many new friends and stories that will stay with me for a long time yet.

I considered myself a high-casual to advanced roleplayer during my time here, though you may have to bear with me while I get back into the swing of things around here ^^ Hope to see you around!
