Um, I don't think that's how nuclear winters work. Stuff just doesn't stay frozen after the winter's over.

I still have to start my NS technically, since I've decided to change it. And Marshall, you really don't need to tell me not to start posting until after I've finished my NS. -_-
EDIT: But, on the bright side, I've finally actually decided on which of the several ideas I had that I'm going to use. I've already made got the map, and now I just need to actually put everything into words. Just need a name.
Er, if we're going with the 'nobody knows for sure' route you probably should change the first post. Because it all but explicitly states what actually happened.

Oh. If that's how we're going to be posting, then you'll have to count me out of the RP. That's not really my cup of tea.
But we as the players should still know what exactly happened, regardless of what the people themselves think. Unless Marshall wants to just say 'we don't know what exactly happened'. Which is fine too.
Er, I don't think discussing the specifics of how the planet was nuked would interfere with the RP. We could discuss it as the RP goes on, since it's not something that necessarily matters to the setting. The planet was nuked, that much is certain. But it'd be nice to have a somewhat realistic reason as to how/why.
He changed stuff up a bit; one of the changes was making the date later.
