Just a random guy, doing random things. Main RP: Hell's Coffee Lounge Current RPs change often enough that it's too much effort keeping a list of them updated.

((I wasn't actually throwing around any lightning, just making my hand glow a bit.))

Kami smirked "You're a super-being who, without a word, joined a fight, wielding shadow powers, and then fled at top speed. While the other heroes are most likely dealing with the explosion, you are my target." Kami was really annoyed now. This guy obviously didn't know how this worked.
He was just flying away! People kept doing that today! Kami sighed, as he became electricity, and appeared in front of the villain. If there was one thing his power was good for, it was preventing people from walking away from him. He'd have to establish a rule that people don't walk away from him. It was annoying. Finishing his contemplation, Kmi held up his hand, and it crackled with electric power, causing a humming sound. "Don't turn your back on me, or you'll live to regret it." That was good. He liked that effect, with the little speech. Very intimidating.
"You joined a fight, my friend, and you sided with a bad guy. That makes you a bad guy. Or is that too complex for you to understand?" Kami was still annoyed at this guy for walking away. He was also eager to test out his powers, and didn't like this opportunity slipping away.
Kami landed before the shadow man, smiling arrogantly. He decided to float a bit above the ground. Ten minutes ago, he hadn't even known he could fly, but now that he did know, he planned to make full use of his ability to look awesome. He crossed his hands in front of his chest, looking at the shady figure who had restored his mask. "Protecting your identity? We'll see how private your life is after you land in jail." Kami held out both arms, ignoring the girl who was coming after him - he'd called dibs, after all. This was his fight - and focusing on the fight before him. This would be his chance to prove himself to be an excellent fighter. He'd probably throw some lightning bolts. He didn't have much experience with punching people - he'd have to practise that - so he shouldn't try that. Maybe he could try out some new stuff, like absorbing electricity from machines or something. He didn't know what he could do, which made this all the more exciting.

"Yea. My blood as a corrupting factor...let me put it to you this way....a vampire bit me and turned into a dark force user." I say.

That sounds like a Chuck Norris Joke.
Kami was surprised for a moment. He coulldn't just shut up and watch, he was the main character! Obviously, he should be performing the heroics. However, he recalled that all side characters get their spotlight, and to hog it would make him seem arrogant. He'd let them fight, and watch, and probably the wolverine dude would lose, he'd save his life, and they'd be crime-fighting comrades. Or something like that. Kami wasn't specific on the details, but he was sure something would work out. Then he saw the man with the shadow mask and sword emerge from the crowd. Obviously, there was another target now.
"Dibs" Says Kami, as he rushes at the man, who quickly retreats once he realizes he's outnumbered AND outclassed. Kami shoots into the air, flying above the buildings, following him from above. There was no way he was going to let this guy escape. He'd spent half his life thinking about strategies he'd use if HE were a hero, and there was no way he'd screw this up. The man had lost the mask and sword, but he was still fairly easy to make out, as there was no crowd for him to blend into, and he was rushing at high speed, obviously trying to escape pursuit.
"Halt, villain! I will deliver you to justice!" Kami shouted, in his most heroic voice possible.
hey ven!
hello?
Wow, we're getting a lot of players. I was thinking of using another character, but with this many people, that really isn't going to work. Oh well, the more the merrier, I guess.
Kami found himself suddenly alone, as everyone had gone off in different directions, and suddenly realized he was horribly, horribly lost. He had no clue where he was. He had been following his target before, but they were pretty deep into the city right now. Certainly far deeper than Kami had ever bothered going before he became a superhero. He kinda sat there, as he realized how stupid it would be for the mighty Kami to not know the way home. He could ask someone, and sacrifice his pride.... or he could go see if he could find the other supers. He could always ask someone for directions later. Furthermore, he had the feeling that all the action was happening without him, whihc was a sad thing - If he was going to be a hero, he'd need to be in the thick of action.
Shooting off like a lightning bolt at first, Kami quickly slowed down when the webby trail down the tunnels ended. Although it had been fairly simple spotting the bright red strands of web and following the trail of nets, he had no idea where this person had gone after this point, which was probably the intention. He felt like an important villain had just escaped, and he'd pay for it later. Or maybe it was like with Catwoman, and they'd team up together against Bane in the end. But the only way either of those things were going to happen was if Kami could actually manage to find her, and hopefully the dog man as well.
Luckily for Kami, at that moment, a voice echoed throough the tunnels. It wasn't loud, but it in places like this, sound can carry for miles. Smiling, confidence restored, Kami shot off after the source of the sounds, having recognized the voice as belonging to the woman. There was another voice as well - probably the Wolverine-esque guy - whihc helped Kami, and he soon arrived at the section of the tunnels where the conversation was supposedly taking place.
For a moment, Kami couldn't see the pair. Had the echoes fooled him into taking a wrong turn? He was just about to curse his luck and leave when something moved, and he saw them a little whiles away, where they had been previously hidden from his sight by a large intersecting pipe. Whew. Almost lost them there. Kami built up his resolve, sure he'd be able to solve this all, and become the hero of the day, walking up to the pair, his footsteps echoing through the complex tunnel systems.
"You won't be able to leave ME behind that easily!" He said confidently, smiling brightly. He was having loads of fun. Aside from almost getting lost, this was working out great! Although he had kind of hoped for a big battle, and a chance to try out fighting baddies, he enjoyed being able to play the part of the hero as well. "I'm here to arrest this woman."
Anyone on right now?
