Dresden howled once more, rushing through the woods. He could smell his prey fleeing. The fear was tangible in the air, like a foul spice, filling his nose. The Pack ran, as they approached the village. However, Dresden had picked up a far more tasty scent. The scent of another vampire. A traitor. His smile grew wider, as he barked his orders, and the horde rushed from the trees, running on all fours like hounds, and moved around the vampire and the woman, moving on, not even giving them a single scratch. One vampire didn't control his bloodlust and made a lunge for the traitor, but one of his more sensible freinds dragged him back into order. As the vampire hordes moved around, Dresden moved towards the couple, growling in anticipation.
"The traitor. How good of you to prepare yourself for me. When you left to join these humans, you disgraced us all." Dresden doesn't waste any more time with banter, moving towards the vampire, blade drawn. He ignored the woman. She wasn't a threat. And he didn't want to kill her NEARLY as much. This would be a kill that would be told of for years to come. Hopefully, it would also instill some sense into the more rebellious youngsters,
Johnathan was ready at the walls. He was tense. He knew they'd be coming. he'd lose a lot of men, by the sound of that howl, he knew he would. This would be a cataclysm, even with the fog generators. However, if they used the smoke at the right moment, and were able to retreat back to the cave, he believed they would emerge victorious. All that was left was to determine the cost of that victory. However, suddenly, he realized something. He hadn't seen the vampires.
Looking to the edge of the forest, he saw nothing. Despite the fact that it was far away. If the vampires were on a bloodhunt, they should have been here already. But they weren't. That could only mean..... they were going after easy prey. They were going to slaughter the village!
Johnathan shouted in alarm, as he quickly rallied his forces. He knew this would be a suicide mission. Without the walls or the fog generators.... fighting a horde of vampires would be their death. However, he addressed each of the men rapidly. "I don't have time for a speech. The vampires are going after the town. If we try to stop them, we'll die. Are you with me?" After a moment of silence, the men cheered. These were elite SOLDIERs, and they'd been hand-picked for this. They were some of the best and bravest. He knew none of them would die without a fight. Turning to the gate, he quickly moved, preparing the cars.
"Lets go! Those vampires aren't going to be waiting for us!"
*There's a sound of stomping feet, as Titan moves through the town. He puts down a foot. Then he picks up the other, and puts it down. He can hear master Zargo whacking the back of his head, although he has no sense of feeling. Not really. Titan doesn't mind, however. His job is simple. When master Zargo tells him to pick something up, he picks it up. When master Zargo tells him to move something, he moves it. If master Zargo tells him to kill something, he kills it. Titan liked the simplicity of this. He thought about how simple things were, as he rumbled through the city, at his own, slow, pace.
He sees the death angel, and the new person, as he trudges through the city. The girl wasn't a death angel, though, even though she was. Or at least, she wasn't supposed to be, so Titan was supposed to call her a witch, but she wasn't a witch. Really, Titan didn't care, but he did what master Zardgo said. That was how his life worked. So he walked on, moving towards the not-death-angel-with-woman and the new person.
Zargo sighed in exasperation, as he berated the massive pile of junk again. "Move it, scrapheap! By the time we get there, they'll have died of old age! One step, two step, good, well done. You get the rythm. NOW DO IT FASTER!" Zargo gave his lumbering golem another wack with the scroll, although he knew it wouldn't do any good. The magic he'd applied to the golem hadn't gone as far as giving it senses. However, Zargo needed something to exact his frustration on. He had to check what had set off his aggression ward, he knew, but he had urgent studies. He wished he hadn't left his speed potion behind. It was only because of his frail legs that he didn't just jump off and RUN to the ward's location.
Finally, after the endless journey, Zargo saw the Death Angel girl and a newcomer. He checked his talisman, as he pointed it at the newcomer. Judging by the colors, it wasn't a human, and it had a death-type aura. Zargo grabbed his scroll, and quickly scribbled this down. He'd investigate further. After doing this, he wondered if the Death Angel had killed someone, and that had set off his ward. He'd been keeping close tabs on her ever since he discovered her identity, which had been about ten minutes ago. He'd set up wards to alert him to the presence of Angels, fearing that they'd come and get him. However, Zargo knew that if she'd killed someone, his death ward would have activated. So it seemed he was relatively safe. In any case, he couldn't let that deter him from seeking the origin of this disruption, and perhaps do a little bit of close-up research on the Angel as well.
Alright! Let's get this part started!
Wow, that was short.
Hiya!
Quite possible. However, by that time, i think people may be making new characters.
HELLO!
Yeah, I'm planning on giving Kami a dependency on electricity. He also has to be careful - if he runs out of energy, he'll die.
Didn't see it. I should have realized most of you must have joined after I made the little forty place. It's on the second page, I think. Maybe the first. No, wait, it's on the first. I don't know what I'm talking about. Oh well.
