Yep. Gimme a description of Aisyle's group, I'm kinda curious. You haven't let anything loose besides the name.
A man. Aisyle. Armed? Yes. Dangerous. Terminate, Wiper was on the roof the instant Aisyle turned around, two meters away from him. Not even a whisper sounded it's movement, as Wiper aimed it's silenced pistol, and fired away. Three shots to the head, carefully aimed. target down. Commencing capture. Without hesitation, Wiper stabbed Aisyle in the back with a large syringe, filling him with toxin that would keep even a super under for at least an hour. He would wake up in Kami's dungeon. Then, no more than ten seconds later, Wiper returned to it's duty.

Backstory: Like Kami, Wiper is a mutant from the RadioActivity zone, where the Green Plague started. This plague was caused by a government experiment gone wrong, which would cause a person to become radioactive, and die rapidly. The area was quarentined, and within weeks all that was left was those that had been mutated into horrifying monsters with superpowers. Kami is probably the only survivor who looks completely human, and rumors are that she came out more beautiful than she went in.
Personality: Direct, protective, and silent, Wiper is ruthless in his methods, and completely loyal to Kami. It would gladly sacrifice itself for her, and is one of ther most feared weapons.
Crush/Relationship: Seems to have some kind of adoration for Kami

God's Tears don't really have a sector. They have a hideout, which is well hidden, and they have spies in every part of the city besides Apollyon's domain (Which is nigh impossible to infiltrate). They don't really control any part of the city, they just kinda manipulate it all from behind the scenes.
