Both of Alucard's arms ripped off under the immense stress, as Mithias applied his full force. However, there was no blood. Instead, there were spurts of black goo, which soon formed together into a new pair of arms. Alucard chuckled, as Mithias looked at the pair of arms he was holding, which seemed to start growing, roots digging into his skin. Injecting goo into his veins, draining his life force as they had done to so many others. Alucard's body remained his even after seperation, and within moments the newly formed parasite was attempting to cover Mithias' entire body, sucking the life from him. "A rapid attack, but far from enough. Battle is not all about strength, my friend. You must know your enemy, and know their weaknesses and strengths. Such damage to my body won't harm me, even as it would not harm you. If you wish to be victorious, you must discover how to defeat your enemy."

Alucard held out his new arms, as once more flames gathered. But this time it was different, by far. For the very air ignited, slight impurities burning away, turning to nothing. Two blades formed, from a heat that could no longer be described as mere fire. Two slices of the sun, two slivers of unholy fire, which would burn worlds. As these blades marched steadily towards the planck-epoch, the air broke apart, electrons separating from atomic core under the influence of the immense vibration. After moments, the very atoms they touched broke apart into a soup of subatomic particles, a trail of plasma lighting their path as they moved through the air. Alucard's movements changed, as he took an almost graceful stance - a swordfighter's stance.

"I'm not going to burn you. I'm going to destroy you. Every last bit of you. I will separate you into subatomic particles, and I will crush them into quarks. When I am done, there will be nothing left to regenerate. I am Alucard, Lord of Vampires. And I will have you know my name, you impudent whelp."
@Kaichiiro
Yep, all the way back.
@LowKey123
Nope. Still remember you.

And yeah, this has been going on for almost 2 years now. I see no signs of it stopping anytime soon.
"Oh my, it seems another fool deems to interrupt me. See, I was trying to meet up with an old friend - no not you Bug - and people keep getting in my way." Alucard sighs, as he watches from the top of a nearby building. "Truly, you people are a bother. Allow me to give you a fitting ending, insect." With this, Alucard's arm seems to morph into some form of cannon, as he points it at Bug. It then begins firing globs of acid at high speed, which eat into anything they touch. Of course, he was not overly interested in accuracy, and simply sprayed the entire area Bug occupied instead of aiming at him in particular, a rain of acid rapidly corroding the metal.

Politics
Immense communist dictatorship. In order to suppress warfare and promote happiness, individual free will and choice is suppressed. No access to weapons is granted to anyone who is not a drone, and occasional groups of scientists. People have no rights, nor protection from the government, but are mostly free to do as they wish. However they are granted no privacy. People are assigned to occupations based on their skills as determined in the educational system. Marriages are often arranged by the resident AI in order to promote happiness and reproduction, but marriages out of love are usually permitted. There is no tolerance for crime, and even the most petty of crimes can result in the death penalty. Culture and traditions of worlds conquered by Matt are usually annihilated, but due to his zero tolerance policy and the fact that nobody has access to weapons, rebellion is all but impossible.

Foreign Policy
Matt believes that the best thing for the Multiverse is for all to be united under a single rule. Furthermore, he wishes to reclaim the power he once held as the God Emperor, to once more reach that state of absolute enlightenment. His goals are to expand his empire and to reclaim control of the Plot Hole, as well as the artifacts of his former rule. However, he is far less inclined to attack empires, because he believes that any species that forms an interstellar empire has formed a system of government sufficiently powerful to control the populace, and as such make expansion possible. He still intends to conquer them if possible, but he will prioritize other, smaller, less capable worlds.
@Luna
Hello. Didn't notice you there. Welcome back.
The Great Matt Nerf

It has recently come to my attention that I am powergaming more than Tyki. This is a state of affairs that cannot stand, and as such I'm going to nerf Matt significantly.

Babylon, Matt's capital ship, is now 1.500 km long, about 400 km broad and high. Total volume of 240.000.000 km^3. It's length is half the diameter of the moon, it's total volume is about 1% of the moon's.

Instead of using portals to do... well, everything, Matt's portal technology has been massively nerfed. He now uses Quantum Entanglement to communicate over any distance instantly with his ships. Faster-than-light information transfer FTW. Ships have Warp Engines, allowing them to jump to certain locations, but that's about all.

Nuclear weapons like Blink Missiles have been replaced by Matt's more classic mass acceleration weaponry. Basically a direct upgrade from more standard combustion weaponry. he may still use missiles on occasion, but no longer will they be so bullshit OP. Their force will be countered by the fact that they're relatively slow, and can be shot out of the air.

Matt's empire is no longer near-infinite, nor are his forces. I have designated that he controls 200 solar systems, and a total of 228 inhabited worlds. He also controls 40 Production Worlds, which serve no other purpose than being giant factories for his drone armies, as well as creating ships.

I will be creating an Empire CS, which will document his troops and ships.
@supertinyking
"I have walked the grounds Darkside walked. I have seen entire worlds wiped clean of all life. In all my years, I never killed as many as Darkside did in his short span. He was a monster beyond compare, and the souls he took still cling to him. That kind of evil doesn't simply leave. Neither do those memories." Stein smiles, as he ends up next to Saeid, looking down at the broken figure on the ground. "Tell me. What will you do if you remember? If one day, you wake up, and you feel like killing again? Everything that you consist of, all your thoughts and emotions, are but the product of your temporary confusion. If ever you do awake, you will kill billions, starting with those who try to help you now."

Stein turns around, as he fetches what appears to be a remote control out of his lab pocket. The press of a button opens a portal, leading back to The Lab. "There remain two individuals who can use the Force for mass destruction, who have inherited your teachings, Saeid. And they are yours, regardless of who you claim to be now. There is a Sith Lord on Korriban with immense power, and although I do not know his name, he could potentially annihilate entire empires if released. Secondly, there is a being known as 5, whom through unknown means is capable of using both my Soular Manipulation and the dark side of the force."

Stein looks over his shoulder at Saeid, ignoring Leeroy for the moment. "I plan on dealing with both of them, utilizing your presence as the original Dark Lord. For a man such as me it would be easy to disguise you as the Dark Lord. I fought him often enough that I could replicate his presence perfectly. You would almost certainly lose your life in the process." Stein smiles, in his smug, knowing way. His plan was unfolding already. "Of course, it would be the only way to rid the world of your legacy. Without the Sith Lords, the remaining Sith would be easy to clean up. And if you choose to wait.... you'll have to live out the rest of your days knowing that at any moment you could simply snap. That if anything were to trigger you, if anything were to return your memories, anyone who got close to you would be slaughtered. Leeroy won't be able to prevent it. Whilst he can counter insanity, his healing magics would do as much help as harm, returning your mind to it's original state."

The trap had been set, the stick was swinging, and not a lie had been spoken. Nothing Stein had said about Darkside's soul had been false, and Stein had strong suspicions that Darkside's memories still remaining, buried somewhere inside. Of course, even he could not tell what the odds of them emerging were, so he chose to exaggerate. It did not matter. Even if the odds were virtually nonexistent, the fear of the possibility would be enough to turn anyone's life to a nightmare. Now all he needed was the honey. "If you do survive, of course, I could annihilate it forever. I'm capable of performing surgery on your Soul, the only person in the Multiverse who can. I could remove the memories at the root, and while I might not be able to wipe the stain from your Soul, I could prevent it from ever taking over. Leeroy could watch, if you fear foul play. I would be perfectly happy sealing away one of my former enemies. You wipe away your legacy of evil, the Multiverse is saved, and the greatest threats to my life are eliminated once and for all."

Stein then turns, and steps through the portal. "Follow me or don't. I won't ask again. You destroying Leeroy is almost as good for me as this is. Either way, I win. Your choice lies in how you want to live, or die."
@Teoinsanity

Stein looks up, as Leeroy joined the battle. Didn't Mia kill that tree? Like, twice? Hell, Stein was pretty sure he'd killed that tree himself. Whatever. It seemed like he would no longer be able to utilize his insanity wavelength, and with Leeroy joining in the floodgate had been opened. Whilst he was fairly sure he could defeat Leeroy and Teo with Mia's help, he had no doubt that more heroes would enter the fray before he did so. He would have taken a hostage to get what he wanted, but unfortunately heroes had a very acute sense of timing with their entrances, as was demonstrated by Leeroy just now. Undoubtedly, if he were to place his opponent's in danger, another hero would simply swoop in to save them.

"Believe it or not, I'm not going to fight you, Leeroy." Mia gives Stein a surprised look at this point, as she had been very much looking forward to killing both Teo and Leeroy. "But I need Darkside. Or Saeid as he calls himself now." Stein holds out the scalpel he had been using to fight - an ordinary model - and drops it. "I can sense it inside of him, Leeroy. You know it too. True evil never dies, it isn't bound solely to memory. His soul is rotten to the core." Stein starts working to the former Sith Lord, turning his back on both Teo and Leeroy. It was a show of vulnerability, although he could sense them just fine. "You can keep the new one. Provided he doesn't come barging into my house any time soon, I'll leave him and his companions be. But darkside is mine."
