They're small and light, lacking any true punch, which means that even with super strength, even light armor would deflect them. A much more effective throwing weapon woudl be a throwing dagger, or even a kunai. Of course, you could be going simply for the cool factor, like with Shikaru's Gunblade.

((Allow me to put it this way. Imagine that, for Jack, each moment moves 1.000x slower. In that moment, he can see every move you're going to make in reaction to each action. He will know how you would react to each dodge, each correction you make, and each reaction you're capable of providing. Every possible future branching from that particular moment. This means he can take his time to pick the 100% perfect dodge. He can effectively choose what happens. As long as it's physically possible for him to dodge, he will have dodged, and as they're both human, it is most definitely possible.))

((You do realize that they're both moving at human speed, right? If it's physically possible to dodge, then jack succeeds, even if the chance is infinitesimally small. Weapon skills don't matter, Jack can fight on equal ground with supers of Drac's level without a problem.))

The vampires on their crucifixes screamed, Dresden heard his son call out to him, and smiled. Perfect. The bloodlust was strong in him. His voice rang out from the forest, as the vampires set about clearing an arena, removing the trees. "Come, my son! If you wish to face me, you will have to do so in the wild, where vampires should always fight!" Dresden laughed, as he brandished his crimson blade, standing in the middle of the clearing, as his pack formed a semicircle around the makeshift arena. Mouths drooled, and small growls could be heard under the screaming. Blood would be spilled.

After Abbadon passed, a set of servants stepped out of the walls, and treated the walls with acid, removing any and all marks Appolyon could have made, including runes, and then set to polishing the walls anew to their original shine. This curiously produced no noise to block Kami's conversation. "Thank you. I make sure to impress those who require impressing. This place is completely unfindable. I've already bribed the atlanteans and corrupted many of them, and they leave us alone. We are, in fact, on the other side of the world from Fear." Kami smiles, s she takes up a cup of wine, swirling it in her left hand, as is her habit.
"I plan to take control of Fear. A full coup, where we shall become the definite rulers. Had this been my only plan, you would have been an obstacle - a city can have no two rulers, and I would even now be looking into ways to kill you. " There was no threat in Kami's voice. Just a careless practicality. "However, I have bigger goals. You remember, of course, Abbadon? He should have looked like you, more less, Had the same powers?"

((Jack predicts your predictions. His precognition takes everything into account besides his precognition, allowing him to see the one way of dodging that'll keep him out of harm's way.))
Jack artfully dances among the blade, as it moves millimeters from his skin, unpredictable and unreadable, the dodge always perfect.
