Jake looks down at the Elf disapprovingly. "You grabbed a young child, and planned to make off with her, without any paperwork, or even informing the authorities, checking whether she has any valid guardians? I'm glad, then, that I came her to abort this drunken kidnapping of yours." Jake sighed, as he decided the elf was a fool. He was no doubt trying to do good, but his heart and mind were not of equal strength. Many mages, unfortunately, spent so much time above the law that they did not even understand it, or make any attempt to abide by it when they do not feel like it. It was truly a shameful thing.
I'll be writing up Jake's backstory soon.

Jake walks through the door, to find quite a colorful scene. Magic was being used, which was the first surprised. The second, from a brief glance around, was that at least three of those present were obviously mages, based on their choice of dress. Three mages in one place, the most he'd seen his entire life. No wonder the locals had left the bar: not many would risk offending a mage, let alone three. Deciding to cut to the matter at hand, after a brief appraisal of the situation, Jake interupted. "The child must go to the orphanage. However, to be frank..... what brings three Mages to this lowly little bar?"

Yea the tanks sound awesome. Question, combined with super strength could a chakram slice part of the tank off or no? I have no idea of the capabilities of a chakram lol.
A chakram is actually a rather unwieldy weapon. It does not have the weight or power of a longsword, and also lack in reach. However, it can be used adequately in certain styles of martial arts, although as a weapon for the average joe it is quite useless.
All in all, the chakram specialises in being quick, manouverable, and blocking blades. It can also double as a shiield, should the need occur. However, it lacks the sheer mass to pose a real threat to armored steel, even combined with vampiric strength. Maybe if it was Dresden, and even he would have to hit it multiple times to have much effect.

Powers: Jake controls interdimensional spaces. He can effectively create bubbles in space that exist everywhere at once, existing outside of time and space. Using this method, he can store a virtually infinite amount of goods in this space, as well as stepping into and out of the space to move to different locations, although he needs to have seen the location to travel in such a way. This space is referred to as the Vault in aranological terms.
The power to move objects into and out of the Vault is extended to all objects Jake can see. By only moving part of an object, he can rend most physical objects into pieces, although living objects cannot be so seperated, due to some aspect of the Soul, or Life Energy. Furthermore, Jake cannot move living beings through the space other than by touching them, and thus phasing them. Beings can live for an indefinite period of time within the Vault, as if in stasis, Jake can phase living beings out of the vault with range of sight, no touch required due to the Vault, in a way, being connected to Jake's Soul or Life Energy.
None can be harmed or damaged within the Vault, making it the ultimate safe haven, as well as the ultimate prison, and beings within will not notice the passing of time. One can be kept for years, and emerge as if mere moments had passed. This also prevents wear of items. The Vault can also not transport anyone into a space already occupied by something, preventing Jake from phasing into a wall.

Fine by me. I love the name Jake. In fact, I have literally wished I was called Jake. The only better name, in my opinion, is Jack. Or Joe.

I just love the idea of Vampire Tanks. And it's not because of Dresden, but Johnathan that they've come up with these strategies. Johnathan is the military tactician behind the vampires' sudden strategic attack.

I doubt Dresden would let Matt get away with slicing away at his men. Neither woudl Johnathan, for that matter.
