Quite probably, nobody. Alexander and Tsukune are too wrapped up in fighting one another, and the others aren't going to break into the area to save her.

As Alexander sat on him Tsukune smiled. This body was quite attached to his speeches. After Alexander sliced, Tsukune grabbed both of Alexander's arms, holding them at the wrist. Twisting them, he forced Alexander sideways, and then reversed his grip, giving him more leverage. He quite calmly sat on top, having used his enormous strength to make the effect of Alexander's tail negligible. Black carapace covered both of his hands. "Go ahead. Breathe fire. You'll hit me at this range, but I'll break both of your arms. You can't throw me off in any way that'll remove my grip, and I'll still break your arms. Even if you manage to stab me in the back with your tail, I'll break both of your arms. And without arms, you're not going to be doing much. Do you understand me?" Tsukune stood, casually dragging Alexander upwards as if he were made of cloth, and pushed him against the wall. "Well?"

Tsukune doesn't much care about his own life, remember? Also, I'm pretty sure that Tsukune can take Alexander in his tiny dragon form. A good punch to the head would knock the little guy half to death.

Tsukune listened patiently to Alexander as he had his little childish rant. Then, as he turned to leave, Tsukune reached out and grabbed him from the air, which was rather easy as the dragon was making no special effort to leave. "Sorry, but you're going into the time out corner. You already got Roxy into this. When the professor is coming back, you're going to sit here and say you're sorry, and you're going to face your punishment like a big boy." Sighing, Tsukune put down the rogue dragon. He didn't think much of those who got others into trouble through their own stupidity or recklessness. "I'm hoping I can get you to take Roxy's punishment. If you're able to get your act together and face the consequences of your actions with some dignity, that is."

Monkey Brains sighed, as he watched the camera footage. The female prisoner was going into a cataconic state whereby she wouldn't eat or sleep. It would wear her body out soon, and Monkey couldn't even begin to estimate the damage to her brain. Unfortunately, even Captain Awesome's mysterious companion had been unaware of this phobia, and he'd been unable to prevent it. However, even so, he felt responsible for his part in bringing this about. He would start her on the new program, which would hopefully help her recover from her fear. A light flashed, making him aware of the fact that Aisyle had awakened. Shaking his head, Monkey stood, straightening his jacket. He'd have to address the new prisoner, and ensure his cooperation.
Monkey Brains walked into the room, his expression unreadable. He cast a studying eye over the man, judging that, as he had expected, he was experiencing the aftereffects of overusing his powers. "I will have the guards give you some painkillers. I assume you are comfortable?" Monkey's tone was simple and relaxed, as if he were not speaking to a highly dangerous interdimensional prisoner.

When the World needs a Hero

The beam smashes into the rocks, and they glow up brightly at the edge. However, nothing breaks, and the demon with many arms starts crawling forward, uttering another shriek. In the meantime, the humanoid demon jumps back onto the ledge, his wounds having healed, and kicks down the barricade. He swings down, aiming to take Zelos off of his feet with a powerful swing. "You humans are all damned! I'll drag your souls to Hell in person!"

The soldiers are pouring out of the hole now. The man with the lightbrown skin speaks briefly, before leading them to the many-armed beast. "You take the Hell Knight. You're going to need a holy weapon to hurt it." After delivering this message, he jumps down, as the heavyset man opens fire with his gattling gun, shouting "Feel the bite of Russian steel!" and the others blast it with their remaining amunition.
