She made a country tremble by stamping her foot. She's affecting continental playes with her movements. I think she's on a bit of a different level from Optimus and Megatron, both of whom cannot rip apart planets with their bare hands.

That was Rift, not Kami. And Rift basically just teleports things. Also, I'm expecting the fight between A-Ko and Kami to last quite a while. Remember, Kami has only a fraction of Bob's power, and while he's quite dangerous, he has a weakness, which is the fact that he isn't particularly strong or fast. While his Chaos Gem can't be destroyed with physical damage, he cannot create a new body for himself, which means only Bob can bring him back.
Oh, and if you beat Kami, Rift or Bob will send you back to the forest. I'm mainly doing this so that Kami can blow stuff up without blowing up other chars.
