It's not what we fight, but what we fight for

This was what I was thinking, is this area permissible?

Sure, go for it :)

@FortunesFaded Accepted!
@FortunesFaded Looks absolutely fantastic! :D Regarding pictures: my advice is to upload them from your device to tinypic.com and then use the IMG code you get from the site. It's always worked for me.
As @FortunesFaded pointed out, you may. No problem, it's always best to ask :)
Terrific! Oh, I do have one question: Say I chose the flaw that makes my kingdom's archers weak, or the infantry feeble, or any of those; then I hired a mercenary group to fight.. Would they be restricted by those flaws, or not because I'm paying extra money for them?

The mercenaries would not be restricted.

Question, can balance be achieved between races through elements other than saying all races are identical physically in terms of capabilities? Like for example, X race has a tiny population, ect?

In short, no.
Potentially interested.

Interested! Nice one, you've brought me back from a four month absence.

Sweet! You can start claiming land and writing NS's if you wish :)
SCOURGE OF THE GRAY QUARTER

Truth. Some say it’s objective, always the same. I say it’s a matter of perspective. The Nords, they say we’re ungrateful for not worshipping them when they let us live in their city. They fail to mention, however, that we’re only allowed to live in a run-down slum without law or order. They call us lazy when we refuse to work for them in their stables and wharves. The fact that they in turn refuse to pay us decent wages seems to have slipped their minds, though. Worse yet, they accuse us for being necromancers because of our rituals concerning our sacred dead. The hundreds of draugr-infested barrows are suddenly forgotten. And finally they dare call us spies for the empire when we refuse to partake in their rebellion. A rebellion that we have no stake in, regardless of side or outcome.

The truth, as far as these Nords are concerned, is that we’re rats. Thieves and no-goods, the lot of us. Well, the truth as far as I’m concerned is that the so-called sons of Skyrim are oppressing tyrants. Bullies and bastards, the lot of them. And there you have it. Perspective.

The difference is that I’m right and they’re wrong. They’ll see. You’ll see. Just wait.

Welcome to the game!

We’re here to tell the story of the Dunmer denizens of the Gray Quarter in Windhelm, the oldest city in Skyrim. We will explore the everyday life of a once-proud people, trapped in a city where the native majority looks down on and oppresses them. As the story progresses we might turn our focus towards defiance, retribution and, ultimately, rebellion. This however depends on which course you players wish to take.

Your character is a Dunmer, born in Morrowind or Windhelm (depending on age). You have lived here all your life (or a great part of it), and it’s always been the same. You never come first, or even second. You’re always last. No surprise then that some of you have turned to less legal activities. At the end of the day, you’ve still got to eat, right? No matter if you’re high or low.

To apply, fill out the CS below and await acceptance. Once accepted you may begin posting. You may notice that the CS lacks a “Skills” department. That is because this game isn’t built on the Skyrim engine. It’s a social game.

Vivec is more than wanna-be divine. He's as much a divine being as Talos. It's all about CHIM. He even breaks the fourth wall in his books, adressing the player (although he disguises his words as being directed at the Nerevarine). But all that is MK's work, and thus pseudo-lore. I take it for canon, though.
Chimer for the win. More importantly, Vivec for the win.

EDIT

Wait, no, sorry. Vivec for President. That's what I meant.
I'll start work on the OOC.
