That moment when someone makes a terrible OC with a cringe self-centered plot and you have no idea how to react because you want them to indulge your own shit.

Okay that looks good to me!

So when we do start she has just gotten engaged to Guy yes? Or has it been a bit of gap between the engagement?

I should be able to get a post up today I'm hoping. Looks like you are next on my list. -laughs-
I am open to playing someone like maybe M or N along with Light and Misa, if anyone is curious.
Bumping this again. Had someone interested but I guess they changed their mind.
Awww don't say that. I believe in you!
It's not much but it's a start!
Running and hiding was becoming all they ever thought about.

The three friends were looking over their shoulders, listening to the radio for anyone they knew to be reported dead or missing, and trying to figure out how to finally gain the upper hand. Days were spent scouting nearby areas for any snatchers or death eaters and casting charms to ward off any danger. Days were also spent hunting for any stray animals and for doing what little reading they could thanks to Hermione's collection of books she had brought along with her. Nights were spent cooking and huddling around the radio, trying to remind themselves why they had turned their back on their school and friends and families. The three friends seldom spoke of past memories, conversations more often than not, snippets of possible solutions to the horcrux problem in front of them, staring them down.

It had been twenty-two hours since Ron stormed off and Hermione was growing increasingly worried. The stillness seemed all the more oppressive as she had to steer her mind away from fearing the worst. Ron would be careful, he would eventually return once he cooled off and remembered why they were on an almost impossible mission. Though the three sometimes ventured into a small town to restock supplies, they were very much isolated and the pressure was always difficult to defuse. Hermione knew Ron had to miss his family and wonder if he was doing the right thing. Still, she was still surprised by his outburst and knew she had made the right choice by not going after him. Ron often needed space whenever he was engulfed by anger. It usually passed within an hour and they would be back to smiles but they were no longer at school, they were dealing with far more serious problems than exams or essays.

Hermione had to believe Ron would return soon but she also knew she and Harry had to continue to move. It was unwise to stay in one area for more than a week. What would happen when they had to leave? They couldn't leave Ron a note as it could fall into the wrong hands. A clue would be risky as well. Hermione could hardly rest with the anxiety crushing her heart. Ron's pessimism was something she nor Harry needed and she hoped he would eventually return. The sooner the better. That said, with Ron gone she had noticed there was less tension in the air. Hermione rose from the wooden bench and went into the small kitchen and began to fiddle with the wood burning stove. They had to keep spells and other magical incidents to a minimum to be safe, though for her and Harry, that wasn't such an usual situation to be in as they were both raised in muggle households.

"Harry," She spoke up as she set a black kettle on the burner, the other one had a small pot of rabbit stew simmering.

"Dinner is almost ready." She said as she stepped back and gave the stew a stir before she stepped back into the sitting area which had a bench and table, their bunks to the side of the large tent. Hermione hadn't spoken much since Ron's abrupt departure. There had been so much on her mind that she didn't think any of it would make sense if she said anything. But she also knew Harry was feeling the loss of Ron and they both needed to stick together until he returned. She had no regret about staying with Harry and she hoped he knew that. Ron's childish behavior needed to stop and if she had run after him, it wouldn't have done anyone a lot of good. "I'm going to have a cup of tea, you want one?" She asked him as she refrained from glancing toward Ron's cot.

No. She had to support Harry.
Working in the medical field aboard the USS Enterprise, Beverly had her share of those who wanted to push through the pain. In some cases there was nothing the redhead could do to help if their egos prevented them from getting necessary medical attention. And then of course there were some that turned it down due to their race or beliefs. Beverly was in charge of healing the sick and the wounded, she would always put a patient above anything else, sometimes even the Prime Directive. She didn't like seeing anyone in pain, not when she had the power and knowledge to fix a problem right in front of her.

"Gaheris." She said gently, mostly to ensure she got the pronunciation correct. "Please let me just take a look at it." She asked gently. Beverly could see it was an unusual injury, one she hadn't seen before. But she burrowed knowledge from other similar wound locations and how the skin was reacting to the injury itself. "Very interesting." She muttered under her breath as she scanned the wound and decided to treat it with caution. She grabbed some ointment and applied it before she used another device to scan the area, ensuring it had been fully coated. The ointment would act as a barrier against infection and would also speed up the skin's regrowth and recovery process. She put a bandage on the wound and took a blood sample, just to be safe.

"Please be sure to visit me in two days so I can further monitor your wound's progression." Beverly told Gaheris. While she wasn't sure if he and his friend would still be aboard the ship then, she liked to think positively about the future. The tissue should be healed within twenty-four hours but she wanted to wait a bit longer as to not further irritate the skin. She turned to Rommie who seemed impressed. "Yes, we've been able to develop a few little tricks." She smiled lightly. "It's a quick and safe way of healing wounds without the need for more invasive and taxing measures." She said. When Rommie said she was fine, Beverly glanced to Riker who nodded.

Although she hadn't taken any samples from Rommie, she supposed it could wait. "Yes, Worf, they're free to go." She said and looked back to Gaheris who shared appreciation for her work. It was a kind gesture. Some people she had to drag into sickbay to do their yearly physical or administer necessary shots or get blood work done. "Thank you, please take it easy." She told Gaheris and watched as Riker and Worf headed out with the two strangers.

Riker still wasn't sure what to do about the whole situation.

Sure, they had rescues like this before but it almost felt like Gaheris and Rommie didn't belong. Like they were observing a scene they had never seen before. Perhaps their planet had yet been accepted into the Federation due to its technology issues but that was unlikely when they didn't seem amazed by their surrounded, more like intrigued. So Riker didn't think they were from some lesser planet with more primitive technology. There were about a dozen questions rolling around in his head but for now it had to wait a bit longer. "Commander Riker to Captain Picard, we've just finished with Doctor Crusher, we're on our way to the conference room." He said, tapping his communicator badge as they sped upwards once inside another turbolift.

The group of four soon made it to the main conference room which had an open view of the vast space stretched out before them. In the back of his head, he wondered if these two had anything to do with the anomaly but it was nothing more than a fleeting idea at the moment. "Please have a seat." Riker gestured as he sat down as well while they waited for Picard.
I heard the ending of the reboot of BSG was...a bit unwelcomed. I wish I didn't know that when I'm halfway through but oh well. I also may have spoiled myself in regards to two characters who may or may not be cylons. Which sucks. I shouldn't have Googled until I was done with the show in its entirety. But the first episode was tough to get through. Hell overall it just threw you into the chaos without even explaining what was going on and you didn't get questions answered until later, in snippets.

That said, it's interesting (a bit too political for me though) and I look forward to seeing its conclusion. I guess it shows that things have been rebooted for ages (Doctor Who for example) and it's not just a current trend we're seeing in movies these days.

And yeah, time is fucking scary the way it just flies on by. I still don't feel like I've aged much at all. :/

And don't worry, I'm getting something up shortly. Let me know if I make anything a bit questionable with handling Rommie and Gaheris but considering the TNG crew are also being introduced to them, it kinda helps. -laughs- But god, if I might not crave BSG now...even if the plot makes me uber paranoid and a bit annoyed cause not everyone can be a fucking cylon. Just no. >___>

EDIT - Posted, didn't want to add anyone unless they're invited. (I always hated how Troi just shows up when she's otherwise not necessary) Let me know if Picard would/did invite anyone and I'll edit my post for that. I assume Data still has the bridge though and Geordi and Beverly are busy.
Okay so this is our other RP for Naruto.

So I can get an intro up sometime this week, got a few other posts to make myself. -laughs-

I think our starting season should be spring cause it's romantic (well maybe fall and winter are too but fuck summer is too unpleasant to be romantic IMO lol) and cute. So yeah that's why the title is what it is. That and I think people downplay how important time keeping is for roleplays. Once I had established in a post the sun had just set, two posts later the other guy says how they have a few hours before sunset. Like noooo, did you read my post bro? Ahem.

-clears throat-

Anyway I'm not speaking from personal experience or anything.

But it sounds like we're about good to go here? I'm thinking we'd start with Sakura approaching Shikamaru for help with training? I also wouldn't mind seeing what element affinity she has since I think she's around that level for doing so? And maybe we should up the ages a bit maybe?

Thoughts?
Okay here I am!

So you had a few general ideas/situations we'd like to play out. You also wanted the attack to come later which is cool with me. So now comes the question of putting your ideas in order. :3
