Natalie was getting restless. Since being accepted into Project Titan 6 months ago, Natalie went through rigorous tests, experiments, and exercises to get used to her new-found powers. She threw all of herself into it, eager to quickly become a valuable asset in Earth's defense.

But she had spent the last week doing absolutely Nothing! Dr. Park had ordered Natalie to relax, something or other about filling up her reserves. Even though it was now a part of her, Nephilim was still something she really didn't know a lot about. Thus, she reluctantly relied on Dr. Park for his advice and knowledge. If not for this fact, Natalie would have disobeyed orders and kept at her training regimen to keep pushing her limits.

While Natalie was sitting on her bed grumbling with her discontent, her room's intercom spoke with Nicole's voice.
"Nat! We have contact!! They need you in the hanger now!!!"

Natalie was almost immediatley running out of her room with a hungry grin on her face.
"FINALLY!"

Yes, you can have more than one character. Ideally, you would only have 1 combatant of some sort, and then other non-combat characters, but go ahead and do anything. If you want multiple combatants, depending on how they turn out @Stern Algorithm will have final judgement on if he is ok with it or not.

Ning, Natalie

Name: Petty Officer 3rd Class Ning, Natalie

Appearance

Personality: A stern looking 22 year old who usually doesn't speak very much (only to friends and family) but can become rambunctious and rowdy when she is in a good/festive mood. Her determination to protect the people of Earth is supported by a will to self sacrifice, stubbornness, and an almost animalistic hunger for victory. Thus, sometimes Natalie will refuse to listen to orders she disagrees with, and has gotten into trouble for this in the past. She enjoys hiking and wandering aimlessly through town, snacking and window shopping wherever her feet take her.
History: Natalie was 15 when her mother, an air-force pilot, died fighting EO1. Her father took Natalie and her sister Nicole and fled the devastation of New York to stay with family on the West Coast. The following year, wanting to make a difference and to honor her mother's military history, Natalie joined the newly founded CETM as a Myrmidon where she served as a foot soldier (with training equivalent to that of a Navy Seal) providing ground support for the vehicles and Walker REX.
6 months ago, Natalie was one of the few selected to tryout to be a new member of Project Titan. She gladly accepted and has been in training, waiting for the day for her new found form and powers to make a difference.

Titan Codename: Nephilim

Titan Appearance

Titan Theme: Light, fallen angel (heaven/hell)
Normal Abilities: Nephilim's base form where she slowly regenerates her energy reserves. All forms have the ability to fly and move at light speed (used sparingly because of energy drain).

• Feather Shot: A low energy beam attack where Nephilim shoots up to 5 rapid bolts of exploding energy
• Angel Sword: Nephilim creates a beam sword in her hand if she needs a boost to melee combat
• Giant Shield: A stationary beam shield that reflects energy attacks and halts/slows physical blows
• Hell Chains: Nephilim generates 3-5 energy rings that fly out to hold enemies in place
• Judgement Beam: A continuous, concentrated high-energy beam that gets stronger over time, but quickly drains Nephilim's energy

Hell Shape Abilities: Turning a blood red color, this intensely hot and burning form is physically stronger and no longer regenerates energy.

• Lucifer Dive: A high-speed, flaming dive kick
• Flame Nova: Hell Shape Nephilim release a dark flame in an expanding sphere around her that consumes everything

Heaven Form Abilities: Turning a bluish white, this final form can move at light speed at will and absorbs all energy attacks. Nephilim's moves no longer have an energy cost, but this form has a time limit and will force Nephilim to revert back into human form when time runs out.

• Heaven's Army Barrage: A light speed melee charge into the enemy followed by a barrage of 5,000 light speed punches
• Final Judgement Beam: Gathering all of her remaining energy, Heaven Form Nephilim's Final Judgement Beam is her strongest, most destructive attack that immediately reverts her to human form

Titan Weaknesses: For all her power, Nephilim has a pretty small energy pool which is fully powered by Natalie's human sized willpower and determination. Receiving physical blows, constant use of her powers, light speed movement, and even flying for a long time can tremendously drain Nephilim's energy, reverting to human form when she runs out.

Ning, Nicole

Name: Ensign Ning, Nicole

Appearance

Personality: a 17 years old who, like her older sister Natalie, doesn't speak very much, but mainly due to shyness. Nicole really looks up to Natalie, so she likes to help others but is kinder, more earnest, and more detail oriented. Likes to bake, which she picked up from their father who runs a bakery, and loves stuffed animals shaped like desserts. Has horrible, horrible aim.
History: Nicole was too young to follow when Natalie joined CETM, so she studied and worked hard to bide her time. One year ago, Nicole finally went and breezed through CETM's officer school. With Natalie's recommendation, Nicole is now an ensign working as a Communications and Information Specialist for Project Titan.

Working out the details on a pair of sisters, one being a communications officer for the main base, or project titan (whichever), and the other sister will be based off Ultraman/woman with light based powers.

Upon Crowley's arrival and Officer Marv's continued nagging, Connie finally decided that the bloody drop in property value wasn't worth getting in trouble with the Corps over.

With a frowning sneer and fake falsetto, "Alright alright I get it! I'd offer you 'Fi~ine' gentlemen some of my famous watered-down ale for your stupendous and continued service, but I wouldn't trust myself to know what hole to Shove! the tankard up. You'll will have to do with my many mediocre thanks. I bid you gentlemen a horribly good day."

Connie performed a very dramatic curtsy before taking her cleaning things back into the tavern, slamming the door behind her.
