Elliot just barely heard Jacob over the music when he spoke to her. It still baffled her that he asked her to join them. She was a nervous ninny that had only ever shot at tin cans and didn't know if she could shoot robots... She guess what she lacked though Marcus and Kyle made up for. She keep fiddling with her fingers, her head slowly bobbing to the beat of the music. She smiled as she started to sway slightly, she loved music and unlike Jacob, she didn't have an iPod, so she didn't get to indulge in it often anymore.
Elliot caught the iPod after fumbling with it for a moment. She looked down at it, before she unravelled the headphones. She placed them in her ears and thumbed through his music. She pursed her lips and chose a song. She waited as music filled her ears. She closed her eyes and listened to it as she sat back on the table. She didn't open her eyes nor did she lift her head, "Thanks."
Elliot pursed her lips, "I don't think you should. People apologize because they feel bad. They want to be forgiven for their actions... If you always shrug them off... You'll make people feel bad." She shrugged, "There isn't any thing wrong with apologizing..."

She started to wring her hands, "I hate waiting for things like this... It lets me think about all the horrible possibilities..."
Elliot was little surprised when Jacob spoke back, telling her she didn't need to apologize. Her eyebrows knitted together slightly, "Okay... Sorry," shook her head, "Oh... No... Gosh... Sorry," she covered her face for a moment, flustered, "I mean... Not sorry?"
Elliot looked at him, "Of course not... but still," She smirked, "Besides, there is a difference between the one from next door and the multiple at that... stupid carnival."

She dragged her sister there. Savannah hated that place but Elliot couldn't help but love it. The music, the atmosphere... It was stupid of her to go there. She had almost gotten Savannah and herself killed because she wanted to beat the rigged games. She sighed and stood, "I'm just sorry... okay?"
Elliot laughed a little, "Well, you are lazy," She hopped onto the table and sat on it. She smiled at him, "I suppose that it did him fine... considering it didn't really matter when everything broke out...."

She looked down at her lap, "Thanks for coming and grabbing us that day... You didn't have to..." She ran a hand through her hair, "Not to mention, it just put you in danger... Sorry about that."
Elliot leaned against the table as he set the gun up for her. She smirked, "I know who to blame for that," She laughed a little, "I think you just like seeing girls with guns practically twice their size."

She picked it up and slung it on her shoulder when Jacob was done with it. She smiled at him, "How soon do we leave?"
Elliot walked into the gun storage to find Jacob, perfect! She was horrible with guns, he'd grab the perfect one for her. She was still kind of surprised that he wanted to her to come along. Sure, she knew how to shoot a gun without killing the people around her, but she wasn't good at it. It often took her multiple shot to hit a stationary target, let alone a moving one. She wasn't even that good with medical stuff yet. She could clean and bandage a wound but anyone could do that. She was useless and still he wanted her to come along. She held the straps of her bag, they hung over her shoulders, like a backpack, despite it not being a backpack. She looked at him, "What should I be taking?"
Elliot nodded when he told her that she would be coming. She stood and looked at the two guys, "I'm going to tell Sav and Marcus. Have her pack up all our things. I'll meet you guys at the trucks in a couple hours."

She turned and left the room. She went and told her sister what would be happening. Marcus started to help her throw their things into bags. Elliot went back to her own room and started to pack things up. She had an extra bag left over. She pursed her lips and grabbed it. She ran to the medical bay and started grabbing some of the supplies. She might need them in the field.
Elliot pursed her lips, "We could start up the cameras.... I'm sure they have a big room with all the feeds.... It might even have some cameras on the streets that we can get into. I'll take to Geoffrey," Their head tech guy, "And see if he knows a bit about the cameras. See if he can get them into working condition."

She bit her lip as she looked over the map, "If we do it... It'll have to be soon... If we get hit again, we won't have enough man power to make the move."
