Elliot sighed and ate her mac and cheese. Once she was done, she grabbed the bowls and cleaned up the mess. It was weird having Jacob out of the room. She had been getting used to him being all romantic and paying close attention to her in his waking hours but she was glad that he got to out of bed and see the others. Once the dishes were clean, she returned to her seat on the arm of chair, "I think as long as they don't know where we are we should stay here. Jacob is just barely moving. It best that we don't try dragging him all over the place."
Gunner had slept through Sebastian getting up that morning and woke to an empty room. His head hurt but beyond that, he felt pretty good. He decided the water from the previous night had helped. He crawled out of bed and grabbed his water bottle and refilled it while he got ready in the dark. As good as he felt, he still felt pretty shitty. He threw on a t-shirt and a jeans before he made his way to the cafeteria. Walking over to the line, he grabbed an apple and items of food that did not remind him of vomit, such as scrambled eggs. So, he was left with a rather unhealthy breakfast of bacon, waffles, hash browns, and, of course, his apple.

He walked over to the table and dropped into his seat, opening his water bottle and chugging a portion of it. He looked at Anna, in hopes that last night had been a fluke or he had just like the dress. However, as he looked at her now, even as dishevelled as she was, she was beautiful. He groaned a little and drank from his water again, "Well, I'm glad that someone is a little worse off than me," he teased before biting into his apple.

Serena woke up the next morning tired. She guessed staying up as late as she did to see the sun rise, wasn't a very wise idea. She rubbed her eyes as she got out of bed and changed into jeans and a sweater. Montana was colder in the night than Siena was and she was starting to greatly fear their winter. She grabbed a square scarf and tied it around her neck delicately before she left the room.

She made her way back to where the party was to retrieve her shoes, only to find that they weren't there. She groaned a little and looked around. Her eyes fell on the ward, it was night for the humans, meaning the Strigoi from the night before was probably out there again. She wrapped her arms around herself, her mood darkening further and walked to the cafeteria to be with the others. She made a pit stop at the food line and left with a few fruits and berries on it. She made her way to the table and put her tray down. She looked at Sebastian and saw her shoes in his hand, "Oy," She said with a small smile, "I do not think those will fit you."

She took them from him and nodded to him, "Thanks for... um.... grabbing them. I just went back and could not find them anywhere. I see why."

She placed them on the ground next to her and plunked a blue berry in her mouth, "How are our ubriachi?"

Gunner looked at her confused, "What does that mean?"

"Drunks," Serena said with a small smile as she stabbed a piece of melon with her fork.

Ophelia smiled, "Well, you're lucky... I... Haven't got the chance to see my dad much," She looked into the fire, "But that is a pretty common thing so... I can't be too upset by it."

She shrugged and stood, "I should probably go get some sleep. Don't wander too close to the barrier. We don't need to sneak out and fly cross country again," She teased.
Elliot lowered the fork back into the bowl when he kissed her and smiled, "I suppose not," She said quietly.

Savannah pursed her lips, "But I can. I really don't need to see or know what you are doing with my little sister."

Elliot laughed and leaned back against the chair. She kissed the top of Jacob's head, "Fine. Play but if you end up getting hurt, I'm going to be doubly mad."
Savannah watched and saw Jacob look at her, "She seems back to normal."

Elliot laughed without humor and stuck her tongue out at her sister before started to eat her own food. She then looked to Jacob, "And I saw that," She stirred her noodles around, "Knowing you two, you'll manage to burst a stitch just by tossing that stupid ball around. And I can't be mad at you if you end up hurting yourself and I'm supposed to be mad at you now."
Elliot looked between the two brothers, "Would the two of you stop! It's time to eat."

She laughed and shook her head, making a bowl up for Jacob. She handed it to him then grabbed her own and sat back on the arm of Jacob's chair. She held her hand out to take the tennis ball away from them.
Elliot came back with some macaroni and cheese and placed it on the table before catching the football, "Time to eat."

She looked over at Jacob and smiled, "We can eat out here if you want, so that you don't have to get up at all."
Savannah looked at Jacob and glowered, "I was planning on it... But we were in a bit of a situation when I found out. Then you got shot and your girlfriend wouldn't let us anywhere near you... And when she did, she had already told me that it was her decision. So I couldn't exactly stop you if she was the one doing it. But I was right, wasn't I?" Savannah said referring to the scars on Elliot's arm.

Elliot caught on a pull her sleeve a little lower on her wrist. That was when she saw the football. She looked at Kyle and shook her head, "Don't break him," She teased before standing up and walking into the kitchen.
Elliot smiled at Jacob as Kyle helped him sit, "And rightfully so!" She sat on the chair's arm and kissed his cheek, "After all, you are well known for pushing yourself."

She looked at her sister when she came out of her room and joined them. Savannah grinned, "Well look who is up and about. Good to see you, Jake."

She fell back onto the couch and looked him over, "You look good."

Elliot nodded and ran her fingers through Jacob's hair, "Doesn't he?"
Elliot walked with Jacob into the living room and smiled when Kyle saw him. Kyle hadn't changed much after their conversation about them never being together. Which was good but she could see that he was trying to move on, which was better. She loved Jacob and she knew how much it hurt him when Kyle had attacked him and she hated that she had been the reason behind that. The attack though, had been put behind them and the brothers were slowly rebuilding their relationship. She laughed and looked up at Jacob, "It better only be a little while. I don't know how much of your walking around I can handle."
