Anastasia looked at the guard when he spoke up, had he said anything since they had arrived? She gave her mother a small smile and nodded. She followed her up the stairs. She looked back at Gerald and Samsul as they bowed and did a small awkward curtsy. She didn't know what she was doing. She felt if she copied the Queen in the way of manners, she'd do well with etiquette and horribly with respect to the Queen. She quickly caught up to the Queen and began to fidget again. Gerald took her hands once more, making her hold them again, "You look lovely when you don't fidget. Hold your hands when you feel the need to, it'll help with the nerves."

She gave the man a quick nod. He smiled and fell back a step, falling in line with Samsul. She glanced back at the two of them again before she started to look around the castle. It was nothing like she had ever seen. There was artwork and tapestries as she had never seen before. She looked in awe of it all and of all that was happening. All this time she had kept her head down and thought herself to be nothing only to find out now that she was Princess and destined to be Queen. She shook her head a little and smiled, her emotions still fought within her with how she felt about it.
Nyima looked at him as he said he may go. She pouted slightly, "Please! It'll be fun! Besides, why would he not want you to come?"

She stood and walked into the kitchen, "You can take a hot shower tonight and come tomorrow," she smiled at him as she started to pull things out of the cupboard starting to make dinner. She had noticed how stiff he was, "I can help you if you are sore... It won't do you any good if you get into a fight and can hardly raise your arm to defend yourself."

She watched him, waiting for a response, "If you still need convincing with the whole Glacier Spirits thing... I'll be leaving and returning after dark and I'm still not allowed to walk around the city at night without supervision, your rule," she turned toward the stove and started to boil water, "And I don't need Matsen thinking this is anything more than a Mentor Apprentice thing..." she looked at him over her shoulder, "But it is up to you... I'm done making my case."
Gerald dropped the Princess's hand, "My apologies, your Highness, I just thought maybe she should get out of her travelling gown."

Anastasia looked at her mother, she wasn't sure what was worse. Trying to be a lady in front of people who knew what a lady looked like or being herself in front of them. The more she thought about it, the more she disliked the thought of either. She smiled at her mother and nodded, "He is probably right... I can feel the dust on me and I fear I'm covering you in it," she laughed lightly, it was strange talking simply to the Queen, "But... I haven't got anything to wear... This is actually my finest dress."

The thought of walking through a group of ladies with their fine gowns in the dusty dress she wore, terrified her. They'd laugh, would they not. What kind of Princess dressed like she did. She was positive that they wouldn't have dresses on hand that would fit her. After all, she had only been there a short period of time and previous to her arrival they would have had no way to gather her measurements. The thought of going to the feast in what she wore started to appear a reality. Maybe she wouldn't mind, had it not been of the snobbish way she had seen Lords and Ladies act. She didn't think her being a Princess would save her from that...
Nyima giggled at Rayn's response and shook her head, "You do understand I was joking, right?"

She looked at him and shrugged when he asked about her day, "It was nice... I work for a bit with Matsen making a few items, since it was rather slow. Then I hung around a bit afterward and we trained a bit... Then I came home..."

She sighed, "It was a rather uneventful day," she thought back on it, well maybe not. Matsen had brought her around the city telling her about the places Airbenders liked to hide. She didn't know yet if those were places she wanted to go to or if she wanted to avoid them. She pulled her legs up onto her seat, "Although, Matsen invited me to this Glacier Spirit Party.... I guess it is coming up. It is a big thing in the South... But anyways, they apparently have a party here at the Southern Water Tribe Cultural Centre. It is tomorrow night... You should come," she smiled at him, "It'll be fun."
Anastasia looked at the Queen with wide eyes when she said formalities only had to go so far. She stared at the woman as she turned to Samsul. Was she to call the Queen mother? That just seemed strange, then again this was all rather strange. The woman turned back to her and pulled her into her arms. Ana stood there for a moment, unable to think about what she was supposed to do with the Queen hugging her. Slowly, she wrapped her own arms around the woman and hugged her back. She stood there for sometime, hugging the other woman until her words registered, "Feast... Like... With other people..."

She could not even big to fathom all the rules that she would have to know just to eat at the feast. Not to mention, how she would have to look. She was already wearing her best dress which was probably twently folds below the worst dress of a lady. Seeing her apparent distress, Gerald walked over and took her hand, "Now, Princess, you needn't worry. You will be fit for a feast once we've cleaned you up a bit."

Anastasia looked at her mother, whose arms were still around her, "So soon though... I don't know anything about being a Princess... Or even a Lady..."

Melor whined at her feet and she looked down at him. She smiled at him, "Quiet, Melor."
Anastasia looked toward the castle as the doors opened. She swallowed as she watched the guards exit with the queen. She watched the Queen as she walked toward her, inspecting her. In all her years of imagining her mother, her eyes, her hair, her hands, she had never expected them to be so similar to her own. When she was young she liked to believe her eyes were her father's but it seemed they were very much her mother's. Her blonde hair was her father's as the Queen had a deep warm colour. Ana took her in as much as she did herself, both comparing their imaginations with the real thing. Anastasia curtised deeply, "Your highness..."

A man in white gloves ran over to her and took her shoulder, pulling them back, fixing her posture. She looked over her shoulder at him as he bowed, taking her bag, and stepped back. Well, that was strange. She looked back at her mother and met her own eyes, she spoke quietly, "I never thought I would get to meet my mother..."

She began to fiddle with her hands and the man stepped forward again, he held them together. Holding her own hands, she stopped her fidgeting. She looked at the man and whispered, "Who are you?"

The man bowed, "Forgive me, Princess. I am Sir Gerald, I will be one of your teachers..."

She nodded her head and continued to whisper, a smile on her face, "Well... You are kinda ruining the moment."

Gerald laughed softly and bowed again, "My apologies, Princess."

She turned back to her mother, "I see you are all eager to take me from peasant to Princess...."
Nyima notices Zenji when watching Mizuki walks away. Quickly comes up with an excuse to run off woth Rayn. Accidentally says something both men take the wrong way. Rayn and Nyima run off. Zhou follows Mizuki. Rayn confronts Nyima about the way they act.
Nyima looked at Rayn as he walked away from her, not allowingher to heal him at all. She shook her head and returned the water to the pouch and crossed her arm. He was difficult to work with at times. She nearly had to tie him to the chair the last time she healed him and it wasn't something as simple as a bloody nose. She crossed her arms and watched him as he grabbed some paper towel and held it against his nose. When he asked about her breathing, she hesitated, "I'm fine... Why are you looking at my chest?" she shot back, raising an eyebrow.

She sighed and walked over to him, "If you aren't going to let me heal you, at least do it right," she gently placed her hands on his head and tipped it forward, "This way the blood doesn't go down your throat... It will stop it too..."

She moved over to the table and took a seat, looking at him, "So... who beat me to the punch?"
Anastasia looked around as they came into the city, the country side falling away behind them. Her eyes widened at the sheer size of it, it was far larger than her own home. She looked over her shoulder to see the large gates that had allowed him into the city, as she had not seen them upon entering due to the size of her riding companion. The were giant, larger than any gates she had ever seen, she wondered if they had ever held back an army. She rested her head on Samsul's back again as she noticed the people looking. She supposed they wouldn't know who she was either, after all she hadn't known. She assumed their interest was why there was a strange girl with the three guards. She was thankful for her mother changing her into a new dress. At least, now, she didn't appear as dirty as she had been for the guards. All the same as she rested against Samsul, it was more so to hide herself away behind the large man, rather than to rest. Anastasia looked up at him as he spoke of her true mother. She nodded her head, "I guess would make sense."

Soon after they entered through another set of gates and into the palace courtyard. Her eyes widened again as she looked up at the giant rock palace that would be her home. She looked around the courtyard as they road along the path that led to the palace doors. It was stunning. She tried to peer around Samsul to see what his body hid but it seemed she was either too short or it might result in her toppling off. She released Samsul as they slowed to a stop. She rolled over on the saddle, onto her stomach and jumped off the tall horse. She looked over at the man who held Merol and smiled as he released her dog, good and well. Ana removed her bag from the saddle and looked up at Samsul, "So... Am I going to meet my mother now?"
Nyima held Rayn's hand as she ran around the corner with him, away from her brother. She opened her mouth to begin to explain the quick departure when Rayn started to speak. She looked at him, Just a friend... But you didn't complain that you were my Nyima? She was suddenly getting pulled close to him. A moment later, her back was against the wall with Rayn preventing her escape. Now you are saying take me? Are you implying something Nyima?

Her cheeks burned red when he brought what she had said moments ago. She hadn't even thought about it that way, she was just trying to get away from her brother so that she could tell Rayn about the Airbender. She closed her mouth that had still been hanging open since she tried to speak in the first place. She shook her head, "We are just friends... and... um...." she didn't have much of a rebuttle for the Nyima thing. What could she say to that? She didn't complain that she was 'his Nyima'. She bit her lip, trying to keep her head on straight, making sure nothing could be taken wrong, "And I meant take me to work."

She brought her hand up and rested it on his elbow, "As for the whole... Your Nyima thing... well," her other hand rose to touch his cheek as she smiled. A moment later, she pulled his arm toward her, rotating his head away until she had flipped their positioning. She winked, "You taught her a few tricks," Not moving away from him, she kept him pinned against the wall, "Now, the real reason I wanted you to take me... away, was I saw the Airbender from the other day in the house. I couldn't exactly say that in front of my brother now..." Her face went red again, "You don't think he took that comment the same way...... Oh spirits...."

Zenji stepped back at the woman that came in with the White Lotus walked up to Masuto, introducing herself. She was slightly surprised when the woman turned to her and said that she would like to protect her as well. At the mention of bad people Zenji nodded. She started to pull her hair up into a bun, hiding her shaking hands, "I am... aware of these people... I've had quite a few run ins with them myself."

Her hands fell back to her sides and she was suddenly being pulled into a hug. She laughed a little and hugged Masuto back, "I feel as though you are wise enough to know that isn't true. Trust me, Airbenders are wise beyond their years."

She grabbed her staff and held it across her body while Masuto announced they should leave. She looked at the Armadillo Bear that he called upon and smiled, "Good to see you again, Kuei,"

She glanced at Masuto and placed a hand on his shoulder, "Say goodbye... It was one thing I know that Avatar Aang regretted for not doing." she smiled at him, "I'll meet you outside."

She looked at Zhi and grinned, "Care to join me?" As she walked toward the door, there was a soft knock and a girl calling hello. Zenji turned and looked at Masuto, "I believe one of your friends has arrived and missed the big announcement, Avatar."
