Anastasia took his hand and shook her head, "No, no, you were busy too. I should have been paying attention and dragged myself away to get food."

She started to limp slightly, trying to keep pressure off her foot as much as possible. She rested her head on his shoulder, "Maybe, I should ask Eric to bring food to the office at lunch if I plan to work... Just to make sure that I don't forget to eat entirely."

She laughed a little, "A larger portion would be nice though... I feel like I could eat a horse... Which is funny because two minutes ago, I didn't even know I was hungry."

She sighed, "I told George this morning... He wasn't too happy... but I told him that he wouldn't want to lose us as a trading partner... that hopefully defused him," They reached the dining hall and she walked in quickly taking a seat, "A little better," she said commenting on the pins and needles in her leg.
Gerald looked at Samsul and smiled, "I was just doing the same," He looked at Anastasia yawned in her chair, "It seems she worked straight through lunch. I was about to take her but I suppose I should allow the lovebirds to eat alone," He chuckled a little and gather a pile that seemed to be altered trade agreements, "I'll look over these and see what we can do and then have you sign the new copies tomorrow, your highness."

Anastasia nodded and stood. Her legs felt funny after having been sitting for the entire day. She walked over to Samsul and winced slightly, "My leg fell asleep," She laughed a little, "Ah! I hate the pin and needles."
Anastasia sighed as she kept working through the papers. Most of them had to deal with things that didn't really effect her or had to do with trades. She signed the ones of those that she agreed with or changed them and set them aside to be reviewed by someone. She worked through most of the day not even noticing she had skipped lunch entirely until her head fell of her hand as she started to fall asleep. Jolting awake, she shook her head and looked around. She had managed to move a majority of the paper from one side of her desk to the other. Taking a deep breath, she sat back in her chair. Her door opened and Gerald looked at her, "There you are. I... Didn't think you would be here."

He walked over to the desk and looked over the papers, "You've gone through all of these?" She nodded, "Read them thoroughly?" He asked. Again she nodded. He shook his head, "Did you have lunch?"

Realizing then that it was later than she thought, she shook her head. Gerald placed the papers down and shook his head, "Come on, let's get you some dinner."
Millie walked into the room with the second guard and the two of them hung up their dresses in the closet. She looked around, "Wonderful, the girls made quick work."

She looked at Samsul as he stared at the bad and laughed a little. She walked over to the bed and hit it, dislodging a bit of dust. She quickly gathered the blankets and sheets, along with the pillow cases. Holding the large bundle, she looked at Samsul, "Why don't you go and get your things from your room and then relax?" She smiled, "Becoming a king has to have a bit of stress. I'd take your time relax before you have a wedding and another coronation to deal with."

She walked over to the door and grinned, "And who knows, maybe an heir is in the near future," she giggled a little at the thought of a little Samsul, "Now wouldn't that be precious."

She walked out of the room and down to the wash room to deal with the bedding.
Millie looked at Samsul when he asked she would like him to help with the moving of things. She smiled nodded, "That would be wonderful, your majesty," She smirked at Samsul before she walked over Anastasia's closet. She grabbed as many dresses as she could hold then handed them to Samsul, "Hang these in the closet and make sure they don't touch anything... That room hasn't been used in nearly twenty years... it is in desperate need for a good dusting."

She turned back into the closet and grabbed some more. Stepping out into the hall, she grabbed the first guard she saw and two maids. She sent the maids to start cleaning and handed off the dresses to the guard and sent him to the room along with Samsul. She looked at the Lost Elf, "We'll go grab your things once we've moved all of Anastasia's."

King George stared at the Queen, "You are getting married."

Anastasia nodded as she nibbled on some toast, "He proposed last night and I accepted."

He shook his head, "But I was courting you... I took you to Urais..."

Anastasia smiled, "And I thank you for that, it made me realize how much I enjoyed Samsul's company," She looked at him and could see that he wasn't exactly impressed. She stood, "Before you do anything you regret, King George, I would like to remind you that we are a great trading asset to you. It would be unwise to do anything that would ruin that. Now, I have work to do."

She took her toast and left the room and for the first time since her mother died went to the Queen's office. She walked in and took a deep breath before she made her way to the desk. There were papers for her to sign and fill in and slowly she started to work through the large pile.
Fully dressed and cleaned finally feeling clean after the trip, Anastasia opened her door when Samsul knocked. She smiled softly as him as she stepped to the side to allow him in. Millie curtsied to him as Anastasia looked up at him, "I asked Arabella to ask George to come have breakfast with me... I think it would be best if I tell me with Amul there... No reason to anger him...."

She looked at Millie then back to Samsul, "Millie has also offered to have the King's chambers cleaned and when we are ready, have our things moved into them... I should probably get down to breakfast and then see what work Gerald has for me..." She placed her hand on Samsul's forearm and squeezed it lightly, "I'll see you later..."

She smiled and turned to leave the room. Millie laughed lightly as she picked up the Queen's things, "She is a busy little bee."
Anastasia looked at Samsul as he said that he was going to be the one that left but he would return soon. Arabella and Millie both curtsied to him as he left, then looked to the Queen, who blushed a deep red, "Your majesty?" Millie asked quietly.

Anastasia held her hands tightly, "Last night... Samsul asked me to marry him... And I accepted... We figured we would start spending our nights in my room, as it is larger."

Millie nodded, "And what of King George?"

Anastasia sighed, "He is lovely.... Samsul was the only person I wanted to share that trip with..." She smiled softly, "Arabella... Can you go and ask King George to meet me in the dining hall for breakfast?"

The girl nodded and nearly ran out of the room while Millie and Anastasia walked to the bathroom, "Should we move your things to the king's chambers... We can clean it for you and have it ready. Your mother hasn't been able to use it in years. It would be nice to see the room in use again. Also, there would be plenty of room for Samsul to have his own things in the room, so that he doesn't have to leave in the morning to get dressed."

Anastasia nodded as she climbed into the bath, "That sounds wonderful."
Anastasia's hand found his that rested on her stomach and held it for a moment before she moved it and climbed out of bed. She looked at him and laughed slightly, as she walked over to her window. Opening the shutters, she let in the light, "Normally, you are up and at door by now."

She stood there a moment before she walked back to the bed. She sat on the edge and smiled, "Sleep some more... You clearly need it... Amul can watch me, besides, it would be awfully strange if my... husband... was on guard detail whenever he was around me."

She grinned at the thought that they were going to marry. She leaned over and kissed his cheek, "Go back to sleep."

Millie and Arabella walked in at the sound of Anastasia voice and were surprised when they saw Samsul lying in her bed. Both of their faces went bright red, "Our apologies, Anastasia," Millie said as she practically stared at Samsul, "We'll leave."
She walked over to her bed and climbed in, sliding under the covers. She rolled over to look at Samsul and started to laugh before burying her face in the pillow slightly, "Good night, Samsul." She closed her eyes and easily fell asleep lying there, despite how awkward it felt with Samsul in her bed.

At some point of the night, she must have gotten comfortable lying with him, because when she woke, her back was pressed to his chest and his arm was draped over her. She sat there with her eyes open and couldn't help but think how comfortable it truly was lying there with Samsul. She just wanted to close her eyes and fall back asleep. However, she had been gone for months and knew well that she wouldn't have to actually get some work done. She smiled and looked over her shoulder, trying to see Samsul. She took a deep breath, "Are you awake?" She whispered.
Anastasia smiled at Samsul as he opened the door to her bedroom. She walked in ahead on him and felt strange, knowing that he wouldn't be leaving. She laughed a little, "Mama used to lie with me when I was sick... But we haven't done that in years."

She looked around her room a little before she disappeared into her closet. She came back out in a simple night gown, with her hair in a braid. She met Samsul's eyes and blushed again, "This is very strange," she said with a giggle. She walked over to him and took a deep breath, "But that... should go away."

She felt as though all of her blood was in her cheeks as she looked toward the bed. She bit her lip, "Shall... we turn in?"
