Anastasia lay soundly on the bed next to Samsul. Normally, she was capable of sleeping through him getting out of bed at some ungodly hour. However, having fallen asleep with the anticipation of their marriage the following day, her eyes flew open as he started to stir. She grinned at him and sat up in the bed, "Morning," she said happily as she gave him a kiss before rolling out of bed. She walked over to the doors that led to a small balcony and opened them, revealing the slowly lightening sky.

She looked back at Samsul and smiled, "Well, come on. I want to watch the sunrise before the day devolves into the madness that is going to be our wedding day."
Anastasia was a little surprised by him suddenly picking up Melor and standing. All the same, she smiled and nodded, standing as well, "Brilliant idea, Samsul."

She grinned at him and gave Melor a small pet on the head before she walked out of the room with them following behind. She stopped by her office and grabbed the list of things they need to discuss, yet again, along with a pen. She giggled slightly, "We'll be needing these I suppose."

Then she walked with her husband to the dining hall. She took her normal seat and looked down at the list and started to go over it with Samsul.
Anastasia laughed a little and looked around the room at the books that were piled next to the couch, "I see that," She looked at the book in his hands and took it, reading the title aloud, "Book of Trades... it's an interesting one."

She handed it back to him, "You know, you should look around at the books in the office... There are a few that seem to be on trades and various other aspects of ruling Greenspring," She placed a hand on his neck and smiled at him, "And I'm not going anywhere, so there isn't any rush for you to learn all of this," she gave him a small kiss on his cheek, "I had it all stuffed into six months and it started to hurt my head. You don't need to cram. Paper work... in boring but I'm fine doing it while you ease into things."

She pet Melor, who was now awkwardly trying to sit on both Samsul and her own lap. She looked back up at Samsul, "We should probably continue planning our wedding..."
In the highest tower in the center of the castle, Estelle sat on the balcony as the moon rose into the sky and the star came out to play. Watching the stars was always a pastime of hers, not to mention that up in that tower was the only time and place she ever was allowed to be left alone. Guards would notice anyone attempting to scale the gray stone wall and even the best Graceling archer couldn't manage to hit anything on the balcony. She pulled her cloak close to her before sighing, she would need to get her beauty sleep, knowing well that he handmaidens would noisily enter her chambers at the crack of dawn to draw a bath that was too cold for her. Turning into the tower, she walked through the small room filled with meaningless knick knacks stuffed into books that were hidden away. The useless objects were mainly from Lords and Ladies trying to impress the King. After all, if anything happened to any of them, one of them was in the position of gain.

She stepped out of the room, and spotted the young maid who had followed her to ensure that no one entered the tower. She was a bit useless herself as she stood, leaning against the wall asleep. Estelle snapped her fingers in front of the girl's face, "Marielle."

The brunette jumped at the sound of her voice and looked around, trying to figure out where she was. Estelle rolled her eyes and turned, walking down the vast number of steps and back to the castle below. Marielle followed after her quickly, "Oh, your highness, I'm so sorry. That was terribly rude of me, dozing off like that."

Estelle said nothing and had no intention to say anything to the girl. Had some light foot assassin come up through the stairwell, Marielle would have been absolutely ineffective and Estelle would be absolutely dead. Thus, she was not going to say it was fine that she had drifted off. Yes, it was late but that was hardly as excuse, after Estelle was wide awake. Why did Marielle get to sleep?

She walked out of the tower stair well and the short way to her chambers. She stopped at her door and looked at the guard, one of the many that rotated to ensure her room was always safe, and rose her eyebrow. The man quickly turned and opened the door for her. She rolled her eyes and walked into the large bedroom. It consisted of more than just a bed of course. She walked through the first room that consisted of a couch that sat in front of a fire place. She tossed her cloak onto the couch and walked over to the bookshelf that was tucked neatly in the corner and grabbed something to read before she walked into the adjoining room that held her bed and two doors, one going off to her bathroom and the other going into her closet. She stood and waited, she heard Marielle enter the room and the sounds of her footsteps come to a halt. After a moment, Estelle cleared her throat and Marielle gasped, quickly running forward and undoing the corset of her dress and helping her out of it.

Left in her undergarments, Estelle walked over to her bed and climbed in, opening her book. She waited a few moment before looking at Marielle, "... Leave."

The girl gave her a hasty curtsy before she rushed out of the chambers and into the hall. Estelle sighed and relaxed back in her bed with her book in hopes of sleep coming to her as she read.
Anastasia placed the last piece of paper onto the pile and smiled as she finished off work. She looked to the door, there had been no sign of Samsul, meaning it wasn't dinner time. She stood and grabbed the book out of the drawer and walked over to her door. She smiled at Amul, who stood on the other side, "I'm going to try and find Samsul..."

He nodded and followed her. She started by heading to their bedroom. It was mainly to drop off the book, however, it was also to look for her husband to be. She opened the door to hear Melor bark and run over to her. She looked down at him and smiled before picking him up. He licked her face, causing a giggle to escape from her, "Hello Melor."

She walked over to the bookcase and placed the book on the shelf before she turned to look at Samsul. She smiled at him and walked over to the couch he sat on. She gave him a kiss before she sat next to him, "I managed to get it all done. There was less that needed to be changed though today."

She placed Melor on his lap and pet his head, "How was the rest of your day?"
Anastasia smiled at Samsul spoke, put to rest her worries of his parents not being happy about him marrying her. She wrapped his arms around him as he kissed her and released him when he did her. She thought about it when he indirectly asked if there was anything else they needed to talk about. She shook her head and smiled at him, "Not that can't be discussed in a few hours... Now, excuse me, I have work to do."

She smirked at him before she slipped into her office and closed the door behind her. She walked over to her desk and looked at the book that still sat there. She picked it up and hid it away in one of her drawers. She'd have to take it to her room, so that she could have it if she was having troubles sleeping. That way it also couldn't serve as a distraction in the office. She picked up her pen and sighed, returning to her work.
Anastasia nodded when Arah said that they should go as they would be needing to plan the wedding. She looked up at Samsul when he spoke and looked down at her, smirking. When he brought up work, she frowned, "But I had questions for your moth-" He pulled her out of the room and closed the door behind them, "er... Well, now how am I going to figure what Lost Elf rituals I can do on our wedding day."

She sighed as he started to pull her to her office. She sighed, "Fine, I'll finished signing the documents... But that leaves Melor and wedding details to you," She looked up him assuming that he would cave not wanting the wedding to rest on his shoulders alone. However, he didn't seem to believe her bluff and they arrived at her office soon after. She sighed yet again, "Fiiiine. Come grab me for dinner and we can talk about the wedding then and maybe actually get a chance to talk to Eric..." She opened her door and hesitated, "Do you think they liked me?"
Anastasia smiled as it seemed that Arah and Hatan were happy about the news of their marriage. She even saw the slightest of smiles on Hatan's face. She looked up at Samsul and grinned, squeezing his hand happily. She flinched slightly at the mention of the Queen and King. She had come to terms with her mother's death while on tour and because more comfortable with living in the castle. However, it still hurt her, knowing that she was gone. She gave the same sad smile to Arah and nodded, "I can only wish the same... I still have to write a letter to my Mama and Papa about the marriage... So, at least two of my parents will be there."

She nodded her head, "Thank you... It means a lot to have your... blessing."
Anastasia watched as he stepped forward ever so slightly and spoke to his parents. Her heart pounded in her chest as he began to explain to them that there already was someone. He looked back at her and she blushed yet again, giving him a soft smile. She had to look away from the three of them as Samsul finished his little speech. She couldn't help but have a bit of a giddy smile of her face as she looked out the door. When she felt like some of the blood had left her cheeks, she turned back to face them. She took the small step to take Samsul's hand in her own, she gave him a small kiss on the shoulder, as reaching his cheek while he stood and didn't move to make it easier was quite impossible. She took a deep breath and looked at Arah and Hatan. She could only assume that Arah would take it well... but she couldn't be positive, as she had only known the woman such a brief amount of time. As for Hatan, well she couldn't assume anything at all...
Anastasia watched as Arah and Hatan seemed to share a moment. She cast her eyes down, not wanting to invade on anything to personal. That was when Arah addressed Samsul. She looked between the two of them, her eyes resting on Samsul when her replied. When she asked when he was going to finally find a woman, Anastasia felt heat rise into her cheeks as they turned red. She bit the inside of her lip. Of course, her and Samsul were going to have to tell them sooner or later and of course, Anastasia would prefer sooner, but it was Samsul's choice when they told them. She supposed her reaction didn't have to mean she was involved with him in anyway, she could be embarrassed for being caught in the middle of a private conversation. She thought about the ring on her finger that Samsul had given her, then again King George could have give it to her just the same. Although, if were from a King it would probably be more glitz and glam and less personal. Not to mention, why would she be there, with Samsul liking to keep his two lives separate. She kept looking at Samsul, she just hoped that he told them, she didn't know how well she could pretend otherwise.
