The Awaking of Lord Dracula

Jared burst into the forest and just ran for a bit, not even bothering to look around for something to eat. Just enjoying the run. After a bit of time, he figured it was wise to grab something to eat. Seeing a deer, he turned and bounded after it. Normally, he would have been quiet, finished the deer quick. However, today he gave it the chase. He finally jumped at it, taking it down and enjoyed his meal. Finishing it off, he stretched and looked around before jaunting back through the forest in search of Dracula.

Jared chuckled and grabbed the count and pulled him under his arm, "Shut up."

He laughed and pulled him away before he took off out the front door. He grinned, he loved full moons for all the enegry that he had. A hunt before the moon took effect was always nice. A chance to expell some energy before he was locked up for the night. He shifted into a wolf and ran full speed into the forest.

Jared looked between the two confused along with Skye. After a moment or two, he gave up on trying to figure out what on earth they were talking about. He patted Jacklan's leg, "I should go hunt with the Count before it gets too late."

He lifted her off of his lap and onto her own seat. He kissed her temple lightly and smiled, "I'll be back."

Kyla smiled at her son, "Thank you, Trex. Zelia was a great help in there. I don't think I could have done it that fast alond," She looked at the blonde and smiled at her, happily. Zelia smiled back, "It was the least I could do."

She looked to Marcus when he asked about the trip. When he said that they were used to it, she nodded. Sure, her body was tried but anyone's would be after that trip. She smiled, "Although, this one seemed extra long. Since we came from Capital before we headed here."

She stayed quiet after that while Trex and his father spoke a little. She only spoke again when Sanders addressed her. She smiled and looked at Trex, "Because Trex is stubborn."

Kyla laughed a little, she hadn't expected that answer. Zelia grinned and began to explain, "He joined the guild a little before me. Done a few easy jobs, but the low tier jobs get boring fast. When I got there, he had been spending time trying to convince Master to let him go despite being alone and a low class. He was shut down everytime and told to get a team together. I didn't want to do any of the low tier jobs since they were, like I said, boring and didn't pay enough for me. Master took the chance and forced us together. We both went along with it since we didn't have much choice... The first couple jobs... it was hard working together because we were used to fending for ourselves. But after that, we started to work really well together and decided to stick together. A few years later, Flynn joined us and recently, Skye."

Kyla nodded along with the story when the girl finished she asked, "And what is your magic? If you don't mind me asking."

Zelia smiled and shook her head, "Not at all, I'm telekinetic," She said as the pepper floated into the air and sprinkled some one her meat. She looked at Trex, "Flynn is a celestial wizard and Skye is an illusionist," she didn't know why she directed that to Trex, he knew after all. She laughed a little, "We don't really sound like we compliment each other but we make it work quite well."

The conversation continued on from there. Questions from the parents, quips from the brother. She was slightly curious as to where Trex's other brother was.

When she finished, she excused herself from the table and walked into the living room to check on the sleeping Exceed.

Jared looked between the two of them as they made comment on the conversation. Although, he wasn't fully sure what part of the conversation it was that they were commenting on. He smirked, "Your conflicting opinions are confusing me."

Park stood there awkwardly as Elle spoke more so at him than to him. He wasn't exactly listening, he had music running through his head, despite the lack of actual music. He spotted a girl walk up to their stop as cross her arms as she waited. She must be new, Park thought, he figured that was a kind of style that one did not forget easily. Abigail walked over to them, giggling, "I wonder how many tickets the fashion police would give her."

Park looked at his sister, he knew the comment was directed toward Elle but he didn't like hear her poison. He sighed and shook his head, speaking to her in Korean, "Don't talk about people like that."

"Why not? She is asking to be talked about," His sister replied. The two of them rarely fought in english. Their mother hated when they argued in English around people because they could understand and it was rude. Park felt as though talking in a different language around people who didn't understand was worse. He figured that his mom felt that she could have a better understanding of their fights, so she could shut them down. After all these years, it just kind of stuck. Park grabbed his headphones, "It's bullying. Don't make me tell mom."

"Snitch," She said back before grabbing Elle's hand and pulling the reluctant girl away from her brother. He never would tell his mom, but Abigail had never given him reason to. She was quite scared of their mother's wrath. He smirked and looked over at the girl as he pulled his head phones on. The Eagles were playing in his ears as he looked at her. She seemed to be.. maybe Japanese. He wasn't fully sure. He might have walked up and spoken to her but Abi was right. The girl was asking to be talked about and it wouldn't be in a nice way. She held her head high and that was against Park's head down rule.

Jared squeezed her, "You'd better or I might start a fight with Geiko," He teased.

He looked at the Count when he told them to get a room. He glance between Jacklan before returning his gaze to Dracula, "Maybe later," he said with a wink.

He sighed, "Tis a shame that it is a full moon tonight."

"What happens on a full moon?" Skye asked without really thinking. Jared smiled at her, "The day is great. I'm happy, full of energy. At night... I... kind of lose control. Normally, I'd run rampant through a forest and have a blast... but since I started living here and Dracula decided to live close to civilization... I can't exactly do that... Not without probably hurting someone and definitely ruining our cover. So now, I get chained up in the basement with-"

"Silver chains?" Skye said, taking a shot in the dark. She might not have known these people existed but she knew some stuff about them.

Jared nodded, "They have a nice lining on the inside so it doesn't burn my wrists but it also keeps me from breaking out," he scratched the back of his head, "The New Moon is different... I have complete control and the wolf in me is gone. So I spend the day hating life and having no energy."

As for smut. I'm not too sure. I say we just see what happens. If things get... smutty(?), we just make sure to move to PM and see how that goes and make a proper decision from there :P

I just edited my first post. I decided they immigrated a bit after Abigail was born. That way they have a bit in common. He knows what it is like to move to a whole new country. I'm also going to make it so that Abi and Elle are actually a couple years younger. Make the move a little more significant... like he can actually remember it :P
